Soggiorno perfetto

Posizione centrale a pochissimi passi dal centro storico. Struttura dotata di ogni comfort per un piacevole soggiorno. Pulizia e cura dei dettagli impeccabile. Nunzia davvero gentile e disponibile.

A Matera non si mangia bene anche in ristoranti stellati .

Colazione al bar vicino alla struttura ottima , posizione eccezionale

wifi , manca l'ascensore che con le valigie è un po' scomodo anche se per fortuna le camere sono al primo piano

Lovely place, lovely hosts

This is the best location in Matera. The family who runs this hotel is amazingly helpful; they were in touch immediately when I arrived unexpectedly early and helped me get settled in town. Nunzia went beyond my expectations and is a lovely and kind person. They arranged a free breakfast for me at the beautiful bistro downstairs, and the hotel is located just above the best and most popular pizzeria in Matera. It was a great location to be in the old town in a 2 minute walk and to easily come back for a siesta watching the bustling cafes out front in the evening. Perfect sleep and a really great shower. Lovely balcony over the busy restaurant below. When I come back to Matera I will know to stay here. I can't believe how affordable it was too. Thank you for a great stay - it made a wonderful trip!

Lovely property, central location, very close to buses and trains, very convenient to explore all attraction. Highly recommend. Staff communicated in advance regarding check in and other information that was very helpful

staff were very helpful, but speak very little English. Street can be noisy at night. Breakfast is not at the property, but you get a voucher for a coffee and a croissant at a nearest cafe

If I ever visit Matera again, I will definitely reuse this place!! Amazing~

The room was perfect!!! Very clean! Cozy! Big space! Tall room(the ceiling was very very high)! Everything brand new!! The breakfast included coffee and a croissant at a nearby cafe. The owner of the hotel was very kind to me. I recommend this hotel to everybody for sure!!

The door... hahahaha... the damn door, it was very hard to open the main door with the key so I had to call the owner several times🙂🙃

Good

Location was very convenient for old Matera. We were met by nice young man who showed us the accommodation and gave us the keys, togther with vouchers for breakfast at nearby cafe.

One bedroom in particular was very noisy, being over a restaurant as well as having traffic noise. Very limited breakfast options in the cafe.

Beautiful views only a short walk away!

The size of the room was excellent as was the bathroom, the use of the balcony was a nice surprise. We stayed in the Diamond room.

The breakfast was a token for a local cafe and only included a coffee and a croissant, I would expect more of ‘breakfast is included’.

Great base for exploring magical Matera.

Everything about this place is perfect. It's handy to the train station from/to Bari and the historic centre of Matera. Vito greets guests and helps them plan their time in this stunning corner of Basilicata.

The accommodation is great, but note, if you come from Naples by bus, the bus station is a long way from centro.

The location was very covenient , very close to the trainstation and the citycenter

Difficult for the owner to change things , because the noise came from the terrace of the restaurant underneath the b&b .I had a very goed stay there .

Exceptional

Close to the old town. I really liked this place, the stuff was very helpful, prepared to help or answer any questions during my stay. Also the main train and bus station is like 2 minutes from the apartment, so it is perfect if you travel from other parts of Italy by public transport to Matera. Also the room and the bathroom was realy clean, what I appreciate.

Very very clean, nice staff.

The windows didn't have any noise cancelling so it was very loud, especially because of a renovation nearby. It was like the windows were open. The mattress was not comfortable.

Great location close to the Sassis. Clean and big room with a terrace.

The parking in Matera and close to this b&b can be a bit challenging, especially on a Saturday evening.

Great value for money

It was pristine clean, staff was friendly and the bathroom was very comfortable

You could hear noisy rumours from the entrance and adjacent room. Not very well insulated. The window was frosted and you can't see from the inside.
