Extraordinaria estancia. Repetiremos seguro¡¡¡

La casa es espectacular. Limpieza extraordinaria, comodidad de las camas, las habitaciones muy bonitas, con claraboya, con muchisima luz natural en toda la casa. Ubicación perfecta, al lado de un parking y a nada andando del centro histórico. Roberto y la sua mamma, muy amables. El desayuno completo y en la esquina hay una pastelería para encontrar lo que quieras. Roberto nos dió muchas indicaciones para donde comprar, donde comer ... Una gran estancia

Excellent Stay!

Everything! It was great furnished apartment with style. There is everything you may need. The kids were disappointed that we stayed only one night, me too. Roberto was very nice and cooperative. If it was possible I would give more than 10.

Moments from the heart of Matera

Wonderful second floor apartment (no lift) just a few steps away from the winding streets of Matera's fascinating old town. Two spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room and a lovely roof terrace overlooking the city. Our host provided a warm and generous welcome. We loved the location and wandering the streets and alleyways of Matera. Highlights included the cisterns below the city, the duomo, the sassis, and the rope bridge slung across the gorge. Such an atmospheric place. There's a supermarket close to the apartment, a bakers nearby, and easy paid parking next door. A perfect choice for exploring the city.

Great space and ideal position

We chose the apartment for its location, views and what it had to offer. We were not disappointed. Great communication before we arrived and met by a lovely Maria, and we found google translate was our friend. She explained everything and was on hand to recommend restaurants and to answer our questions Have a choice of balconies to sit and sip wine and drink coffee was certainly a bonus Loved our time here in this large apartment right in the centre

Huge apartment in a great location.

This place was huge ! Fabulous roof top and kitchen. Great location close to the old town. The hosts were fantastic.

A bit noisy at night sometimes but can't beat the location.

Everything you need in one place. The owners extremely helpful and friendly.

The location was excellent in walking distance of restaurants the Sassi and everything we needed. Car parking very close too. Exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment. Roof terrace and washing machine.

We had a time to remember in Matera, and this apartment made it easy.

This apartment is so beautiful, well thought out and gorgeously decorated: comfortable beds that are firm but not hard, full kitchen with herbs, oil and more, well appointed bathrooms and little touches that made me want to live there. Its location is perfect for Matera because you can drive up to the door with your car, but walk out of the door, across the courtyard and down some steps and you are in the labyrinth of of the old town (no cars, walking only). Our family of 5 used three beds, one of which is a fold out in the living room (which had a curtain to make the living room private). The place is so fine - sliding glass door to keep the bedrooms quiet from the rest of the apartment, three porches (one off the kitchen, one off the living room, and a full deck on the roof with a couch and apholstered chairs that is sublime. We accidentally broke a plate while we were there. I told the host and he said not to worry about it, just have a good time. Love this place and would certainly stay again.

This apartment is a two story walk up, which isn't too bad. The good part is that since it is the top floor, it has its own deck on the roof.

Perfecto!!

Could not fault a thing- Roberto was so so lovely, and so helpful, always quick to respond. The terrace is amazing, the rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Was such a great location with everything very close and easy to get around the beautiful city

Wonderful stay right outside town. Perfect for families.

This is a great property. Not situated in the middle of old town, but right outside. Great location for families with a short walk to everything. Property is on the 2nd floor with a 3rd floor balcony. Great layout and perfect for an extended stay. Breakfast was store bought pastries, milk, cereal, coffee, tea.

Recommend for everyone

The plaace is super comfy, crystal clean with all amendities and city view from roof terrace. Loction perfect, few steps from parking options, fresh food market and Sissi. Direct access to good restaurants. Roberto is wonderfull host. The pictures do not reflect how beautiful and spacious the appartment is. Beds super comfy!

the score would be at 10 if not the breakfast that was in sweet options only (sweet youghurts, sweet juices, jaams, nutella, sweet croissants). I am diabetic and was not counting on dedicated food but actually there was not any single product that was sugar-free.

Beautiful apartment with great location

Everything is incredibly great! Clean, great location, the host is really nice, beautiful apartment, recently renewed, the terraces are great, nice view, I would recommend it 200%!!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful property!

We were greeted warmly by Roberto and Gabby and shown to the beautiful property. They provided lots of breakfast items which we can help ourselves! The beds were super comfortable and everything functioned perfectly, we have 3 balconies to chill out in and the super convenient location made ‘popping out’ to see the sights so easy. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay! Note: there is paid parking very near the accommodation and also free parking further out, just drive around and check road restrictions.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful appartment, great terraces, good location, close to the sassi and many restaurants. Nice breakfast and good comunication with the owner. I totaly recomand it, you will not regret your choice if you decide to book here! Thank you for the nice stay!

Great option of one-two couples or family

The place is on the edge of the old city which is very important. It is accessible by car to load/unload your luggage. Otherwise, cars are not allowed in many places so we saw people walking around with suitcases on bumpy trails. Within about 100 m from the apartment you are in the middle of the old city - going left or right. For a very good restaurant we went to Annina .

Breakfast is included, however everything was sweet, even the four yogurts. BUT, the owner is very nice and I think that if we would had asked him to have some cheese in the fridge, it would have worked better with the toast. (The coffee was great !!! ) . The breakfast is mainly form packed products.

Loved our stay here.

A lovely apartment in a great location, very close to the old city but still easy to get to. It was super clean and comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped with everything one might need. We appreciated the very generous breakfast and coffee. Three terraces - amazing. The owners are incredibly nice and kind people. The best stay of our trip so far. 10/10 Recommended

I wish I could live there!

Perfect! I have no words to describe how wonderful this place is in any aspect! In addition to all the comfort, cleanliness, design etc., I can say that this spot has a spirit, a very warm and nice energy that makes you wish to live there :)

A superbly located, spacious and comfortable apartment with a few drawbacks

A very centrally located, spacious and comfortable apartment, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and a plentiful continental breakfast. The host Roberto offered to come round to fix issues though as we were out most of time or in bed early difficult to arrange. Free parking not too far away on upper sections of Via Castello.

Intermittent wifi; no instructions for coffee maker - couldn't get it to work; noise from people crossing marble floors in adjacent apartments; up two flights of stairs.
