We were very happy with this house for our 4 day stay in Nashville. It was spacious, and provided good space with comfortable beds. There are a few things that could be improved- there was no welcome information either sent out prior to arrival or left in the house. So we had to ask for wifi password & instructions for house expectations upon leaving, like garbage, bottle/ recycling. They did respond to me within a reasonable timeframe. Another disappointment was that there was only one box of Kleenex in this large 4 bedroom house, which was located in one bathroom….. not mine :( I expected there would be more olive oil and condiments left from previous renters- but the owners request that everything be disposed of and nothing left in the house. Which I feel is a waste, when every renter has to purchase these same grocery items for a few days. But I would recommend this house, it was a great location between Opry, Downtown & the airport. It was also reasonably priced, which we appreciated.

Excellent location within a reasonable distance from Downtown and Opry. Large home, with excellent layout for a reasonably large number of people. Bedrooms were comfortable and large. We had a great visit.

This house was perfect for our family of 6. 4 bedroom was perfect as was the open concept kitchen/family room set up. The house appears to have been well loved by visitors over time. The walls are dirty with several areas needing touching up. The couch was fairly dirty. It doesn’t deter me from wanting to stay in this house if we return, just would love it even more with a bit of cleanliness attention in a few areas.

This was a great place for my friends and I to enjoy a mini vacation in Nashville. Check in/out was very easy and well communicated. The home was well kept, and had everything we needed; plenty of towels and toiletries. All the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The home was only about 15min from Broadway, so Ubering was very easy and effective costing about 20$ per trip for an XL. There was plenty of resteraunts near by to visit as well. I would absolutely book this home again. It was in a great location for the right price. Many thanks to the Hosts!

House was within 15 minutes of Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills. There is a train track close, which is noticeable at night, but no fault of the hosts. We would definitely stay here again!!

House was very clean. There was ample room for four couples to stay comfortably. Location was perfect. Just a min or two to visit some great restaurants and get downtown. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was so nice. We had a couple people forget some items and the owner was nice enough to ship them back. Very spacious house, very comfortable beds, and nice kitchen and bathrooms. We would stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was ample room for four adult couples and the home was comfortable , updated and clean. Gave four stars because we could have used more supplies such measuring cups & spoons, etc for cooking and some extra towels. Would stay here again and recommend to a friend.

House as it is described, large bedrooms, comfortable beds. We had 4 couples with plenty of room for all. Need a car to get around or plan on using Lyft or Uber. From honky, tonks ride should not be more than $10.00.

Overall the property worked out great for our girls weekend. The house was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. However, the back bedroom could use a comforter or more blankets. It was freezing in there! Also, needs a mirror and a tv would be nice. Hard to get ready when you have 5 girls with only 2 full bathrooms. Also, we asked for salt for the steps because they were icy. They dropped off a bag on the porch but didn’t salt the steps and driveway? We had to do it.

The advertised amenities were delivered above expectations. I didn’t get instructions about access, but texted and emailed an hour before arriving. Turns out the phone number on HomeAway was non working. Googled the company and called that number with immediate response and access. No harm, and I’m not sure if these disconnects fall on HomeAway or the property manager. But when I’m back in Nashville I’ll hope this property is available
