We had a great time. It was to celebrate my son and new daughter-in-law‘s wedding. We had all age ranges staying. It was perfect for that. The only thing I would suggest is that you put more bowls and platters or something so that if you were cooking, you would have something to serve with.

Place was in a very safe area. Location was nice if visiting Nissan stadium. Ubers were easy to get. The cost to Broadway varied from 7- 18 dollars same for return trip. The place was comfortable had four nice size bedrooms. Only two complaints the place was sparsely furnished. Bedrooms has bed and end tables no dressers. The living room had one couch. Was difficult for our party of 10 to watch tv together. Eating was even more difficult as no table only 4 seats at the island. Place would work well for a quick weekend if planning on spending your time out in town and not eating or doing much socializing inside. The rooftop was nice. Overall place worked just not super comfortable for larger groups.

We had a great experience at this property! It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Four bathrooms and showers for seven women was great! Also we never ran out of hot water in the shower! That was a huge bonus! Definitely would stay here again!

Overall a good experience! My one complaint is the queen mattress in the second master was not the best. It had a dip in the middle that my husband & I kept rolling into during the night. It made sleeping difficult. The house was beautiful very spacious we had plenty of room for all 11 of us. I wish I had a better description of the location before booking because we were further away from downtown than I thought we would be. But the Ubers were plentiful and it wasn’t far drive. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to Nashville with a large group!

Everything was clean, updated. Plenty of room - large bedrooms and bathrooms. Property manager was responsive - easy to get a late check out. Only negative was that we came in January when it was very cold and we had snowy/rainy weather. The sidewalk was very icy and unsafe and not taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here, especially with a large group. We had a group of 11 adults and this property accommodated us well.

The house was clean and comfortable. The garage stall is a tight fit but we had three vehicles with three families and were able to make it work with one on the street. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this townhouse and the location was perfect for us. We did have a rental car, so the garage stall was very nice to have. We visited Downtown, the Grand Ole Opry, the Country Music Hall of Fame, as well as Nissan Stadium and the Vanderbilt campus. We felt the property was centrally located for all of our planned outings.

Perfect set up for up to 10 people. Great communication with host. Thermostat on each floor to control the Air Conditioner was perfect. I gave a few recommendations for a few things. Such as a safe, shoe rack and more supplies.

The interior of the property was as described. The issue was the photos of views... they did not show that we were basically facing a junk yard. SO VIEW WAS TOTALLY NOT AS SHOWN! The beds werenot very sturdy. But location to get to downtown was nice. But had we known view.....we would not have chosen this property

The house was beautiful and plenty of bedrooms and space for people to spread out. Kitchen was minimally stocked for cooking, but we managed ok. Neighborhood was quiet. There is 1 garage bay. I found communication was a little difficult and they needed several documents to be provided (more than I had seen before) but I got through it ok. I loved our time in Nashville!

The apartment was quite nice and within a short car trip to the main Nashville activities. The place was clean and comfortable, and as described online. While not missing from the advertised description, it would be nice to have a dining table on the main floor and a grill on the patio. The table in particular as there is only space for four people to eat at the bar.

We had 10 family members stay for the weekend and loved it! Easy to get downtown (Uber or drive), and to Nissan stadium (some walked and some drove). Very comfortable for 10 of us- and management was great about communicating with us. Would stay here again!

group of 6 adult friends for our first time in Nashville. We each had our own 'floor' in this amazingly clean and organized home. once we discovered how close we were to the 5 points area walking to eat and great music was a breeze. We will for sure stay here again!

pros: - great location - gorgeous place - clean and well maintained - early check in and late check out Cons: - our house code didn’t work - had some construction happen in the garage by the builders with no notice at 7 am - wish we didn’t have to take out the trash and run the dishwasher when there is a cleaning fee.
