This is an excellent ocean view condo in the Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island. Recently awarded the 2020 Traveller Review Award from Booking.com, this spectacular 4.5 resort is directly on the ocean. As Manager, we at Singer Island Rentals, offer the lowest rates in Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island where this private condo is located in it's main building.

The apartment was lovely. We enjoyed the south view which gave us both the ocean and the waterway with the city in the background.
We felt it could have been better equipped with soap kitchen towels Trach bags etc. We should not have had to get that, which we ended up doing.

Great condo, very clean and it easily accommodated my family of 6. I highly recommend this property to anyone with kids. Friendly staff, water slide and a great beach.

The area was nice but once you are there it is hard to go anywhere. Everything was extremely expensive so we DoorDashed food. You don’t even get any type of breakfast.

We stayed at this unit for several days with our family. It has a great setup for a family with two bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and family room. I worked on my laptop with an amazing view in the master bedroom. 😎 We extended our stay since it was so nice!! We can't wait to stay again.

Just be ready to do your own leg work here and you’ll be fine. Also wasn’t expecting the yellow water. It’s completely fine it turns out. Just didn’t expect it. Would come back here in the future.

The unit had the most beautiful views of city and ocean. Everything we needed to cook breakfast. Loved the pools, esp for the baby with the waterfall and the gradual pool. The beach was great to relax and walk seashelling. Walking distance to a couple resturants.

I absolutely recommend 3800 Ocean Restaurant. The Marriott Hotel computer systems were down the entire weekend which slowed check-in and services a bit. Other than that, it was a great stay. The host had a clean suite.

From check-in to check-out, we had a wonderful stay. Our condo was a very clean and very comfortable place to stay. Additionally, the resort staff were helpful and friendly. We would most certainly stay here again.

Excellent Beachfront location in Singer island! Listing exactly as described and plenty of room for our family of four. Great for kids, adults and everyone in between.

Somewhat disappointing
It is located on a beautiful beach. The pool area did not have nearly enough lounge chairs to do any sunbathing. The policy was that the pool attendants would remove towels if the chair was unattended for more than 30 min. This was not being enforced whatsoever. People would leave towels in the AM and the chairs would be empty for hours. The unit itself was spacious but we were disappointed in the condition of the unit. For example, the pocket doors to the bathroom were not functioning properly so they wouldn't stay closed. Created privacy problems for the person in the bathroom. The hairdryer was so old and such poor quality that it would overheat and shut off after about 2 min of use. This created a problem for myself and my daughter as we both have long hair and wanted it to be dried properly before heading out to nice dinners. Additionally, it was frustrating to only be given 2 small bottles of shampoo/conditioner and a small bar of soap for the bathroom.

We had a great stay at the Marriott,however, the dinner we had at 3800 was not as good as it was in prior trips. Staff was friendly and professional, as well as all the bartenders who served us.

Great beach vacation
The condo was amazing and clean. Loved having the kitchenette. The staff at the resort were all so wonderful- you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. Only issue I had was the microwave. The one advertised as multifunction wasn’t working and there was a replacement but it didn’t have the same functionality. So we had to throw some food away because of that. Just would have been nice to know in advance. Other than that, our stay was prefect and we would definitely go back!

Before we arrived, I was emailing with various questions, and each time I received an almost immediate response. When we arrived at the Marriott we found the staff very pleasant and attentive. The unit we stayed in was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed to make our vacation easy and comfortable. There were beach chairs in the unit for our use and when I informed the rental company that the chairs were torn, they were replaced within the hour with four brand new chairs and an additional beach umbrella! Went for sons wedding which was beautiful. However 1st day had to call rental mgr due to ice machine in freezer broken, fridge freezing items, crumbs on carpet and contact stuck on bathroom floor. I was told I received a DEEP DISCOUNTbu going through VRBO so I should realize that 😳 you also don’t get towels or cleaning with that deep discount. The next 2 ladies showed up to check the fridge and said they would bring a small fridge until they could maintenance it. I was ok with that but they never brought one. The Manager called and emailed but due to the wedding I was very busy. When I did speak with him he rudely stated it was basically my fault for not contacting back. He said you didn’t have 30 seconds to take care of this. At which time I stated - I thought I did when I was supposed to get the little fridge. I felt I spent way too much time on that already!!! He was extremely rude but I don’t blame the owners for his deficiencies. Lastly the sent a guy out saying we had the fridge turned out. That was a lie and I think we know which is cold, colder and coldest on a setting. The food had to be thrown away that froze and that was really costly and inconvenient.

Just what we wanted!
Overall, it was an excellent vacation, despite the COVID-19 outbreak. The condo was very nice and suited our family well. The check-in process was very easy and the resort was great. The beach was beautiful and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The pools were lovely with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We had no issues with the room and the housekeeping staff was prompt when asked to remove our trash. We would return.

Great spot!
Our family of five really enjoyed our stay. The unit was immaculate as was the whole property. Even though the water slide was out of commission, having an inflatable was awesome and my kiddos loved it. The food poolside and in the restaurant were fantastic! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return!

We loved the condo and the resort.
We didn't realize there was no actual oven in the condo just a toaster oven of sorts that really didn't work. We also didn't realize that you couldn't have a cooler of your own on the beach with drinks in it and your own chips and snacks. We understand it not being allowed at the pool but not at the beach was a little crazy to us. We also noticed there were not grills to cook meat on if you wanted to make your own dinner. The facility was beautiful but these things are something we are used to doing in other resorts.

Great Beach with a View
Great beach and resort experience. The views from the condo is awesome and condos were clean and appointed nicely. One down side is valet parking at $27 a day plus tax is excessive. Very frustrating you can’t park the car yourself or self-service lot. Otherwise outstanding place to stay. WiFi in rooms could be improved as well as several times connection disconnected or was extemely slow.
