No Pets Allowed. This Marine terrace beauty is very aptly named. What a beautiful view, indeed!!
Completely renovated, this home has been dramatically updated, with tile flooring, rich woodwork, open beam ceilings, lots of windows, all surrounding the stunning view . The living area and master bed & bath are all on the entry level, facing the large deck. Gorgeous marble and stainless kitchen, with views out to the living room and beyond to the ocean. This floor plan is perfect for a family gathering, memorable Holidays, and quiet getaways.
As you descend the stairs, you enter a bonus room decorated for the kids. There is a large flat screen TV, perfect for kids to watch a DVD; and a hoop with basketballs…great fun!

The house is very nice, but the basement area is weird. I know it is for kids, but the floors are too hard for rough housing. The yard needs work badly. The dishes are limited. More lighting is definitely needed. The screen in master bedroom needs attention.

Six of stayed in this house for 4 nights. It was roomy, had a comfortable living space, large dining table and deck with a view of the ocean which was all very nice. There was a musty odor when we first walked in so we immediately opened the patio doors for air. The downstairs, however, smelled AWFUL. It smelled of moisture and mildew and the sheets on the beds actually felt damp. One of the guests has asthma and only spent 1 night down there because she began coughing and wheezing. She slept on the couch the remainder of our time there. The rest of us stayed there for the remaining nights, but the odor never went away. There was a "Damp Rid" bag (to prevent moisture and mildew) hanging in each of the closets and they were both filled with water. Sleeping downstairs was very uncomfortable and not pleasant at all.

This is a beautiful property which surpassed my expectations!! We were two families visiting and had 4 kids and 1 baby. This property was super comfortable and the perfect fit for us. The kids loved the downstairs den and got a nice surprise to have the street fighter arcade game to play.
We cooked in the evenings and the kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed.
We loved being able to walk to the nearby beaches and explore the rock pools. I would highly recommend this property to families looking to visit the Cambria area.

We had a wonderful time at Bella Vista. The home had plenty of room for our family. It was nice to have space to cook together, eat together, and play together. The home is clean and has plenty of cooking items, towels, etc. The kids loved the downstairs area and the hot tub. The view was spectacular and we were able to enjoy it from the many windows on the second floor.

The house is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice! The oceanfront view from the balcony is amazing. Neighborhood is peaceful, we saw a few deers roaming during our stay. The house is perfect for families with young kids. Our kids loved the playroom a lot, that’s were we spent most of our time in.
I did have a few questions along the way, they were quick and responsive. Check in and out was a breeze.
I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. I know we plan to come back per my son’s request!

This was our second time staying here. We were a group a 7 women and had plenty of space. The view is amazing from the dining area and balcony. The kitchen had all that you would need, but I’d recommend actually decluttering and organizing the kitchen a bit more. This is also a great space for a couple of families with young children. I would suggest, as others have, that the property owners do something with the backyard besides overgrown weeds. A simple concrete patio with a table and chairs would be nice. Also, please include on the hot tub guidance sheet that the chemicals will make the water green. We didn’t go in because of that at first and missed out on a couple of hours before someone’s called to tell us. This is a fantastic property, and I hope that the quality of the property doesn’t diminish over time.

Everything was as expected besides the spa was green and not maintenance’s regularly like it was posted in the vacation rental description. It definitely needed a shock treatment and a thorough cleaning. I suggest if they are going to advertise it they should pay someone to keep it maintained and up to par or take it out of there because it’s kind of a tease to see it there and not be able to use it.

This property was located in the perfect neighborhood with the most breathtaking views. The home was spotless and just the right amount of space for a large group. Perfect way to start an elopement celebration. There was just enough space to allow the bride to get her hair and makeup done before heading to the venue.

We loved this property, the pics of the view didn’t do it justice. What an amazing location and just a short walk to the beach! The house was cozy and comfortable! The kitchen was the best I’ve seen of any rental with any kitchen item available for cooking large meals! Endless supply of towels, linens, paper towels and toilet paper. Very well stocked and set up! I’d definitely stay here again.

Great getaway
This is a lovely home with lots of great space. It is definitely one of the best outfitted kitchens I've stayed in for a rental property and had all the cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. that we needed. The propane tank on the grill was not hooked up properly so we needed to fix that before we could use it, but other than that everything worked well. We enjoyed walking down to the tidepools and spending time at Moonstone beach, in Cambria, and along the coast.
We were a little thrown off by the green color of the hot tub water; the management company assured us that was just because of the chemicals used to treat the water, but that didn't sound reassuring to us (especially given we have young kids) so we only used it briefly one night. But since the weather was warm and we were outside at the beach most of the day it was a minor disappointment. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to others.

My partner and I booked a stay with his parents. The location was perfect, close to hiking trails, the beach, and downtown Cambria. The property was beautiful, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to stay in. Plus the hot tub was AMAZING!! This would also be a great location for a family with kids because of the game room downstairs. The company was great to work with too. We had a mix up with the reservation and they were gracious in resolving the matter. I would definitely recommend using this company again and would absolutely come back to this property.

We have spent several family vacations in this home beginning in 2017 and it meets and exceeds everyone's expectations. The kitchen is filled with every essential & gadget imaginable; the the 3 1/2 bathrooms accommodate an extended family of 7; the bedrooms are configured for kids & adults; the washer, dryer, iron & board are handy....well, I could go on & on. The view from the deck is everyone's favorite, though, followed by the whales we saw from the deck this time & the deer poaching snacks in the neighbors' gardens. The grandchildren really like the bb hoops downstairs and have outgrown the little tyke stuff. We miss the tree in the front yard! This July was uncomfortably crowed in Cambria proper; we tended to stay on the walking trails & sorting through tides pools & various beach flotsam such as sticks, shells, pretty pebbles & anything shiny or interesting. There is a nice hose to wash off the sand near the front door....great idea! We also just hung out at the house itself a lot BECAUSE it is such a comfortable house & is filled with light from the front windows. Open those doors leading out to the need to go far. Just stay in & rest, read, visit or watch that ginormous TV.

The check-in was simple! Arrived to the house and thought it was going to smaller than stated on website. Then, wow! Beautiful interior and spacious! This was exactly what we were looking for. The property is great for family with kids. Lots of fun indoor/outdoor space. The key/ pick-up process was a little trickier than I would like (we didn't learn the address until we received the keys from a lockbox) but overall, the home and the neighborhood were wonderful. Peaceful, overlooking the ocean, tvs in every room. I would recommend!

Very happy with this vacation rental. Looks tiny from the outside but very spacious, airy and open once inside. The view is incredible and love the location. The sounds of the ocean were wonderful as we ate and slept with the windows open. We walked and rode our bikes to the beach and tide pools. The closest beach is more of a walking beach, not one for swimming. Very clean and well stocked. It had all the pots, pans and utensils you need to cook all kinds of meals. Great for families with the downstairs bunk room for 4 kids and entertainment area with TV and basketball. Also a new, large TV in the living room and fast internet. No AT&T cell service but full Verizon cell signal. The wine cellar is really interesting too. I loved having the convenience of the washer dryer since we are an active family and all the beach trips and outings, our clothes and towels were always needing washing. One note, it is a very quiet neighborhood and people will complain if you make any noise outside the house. We didn't have a party but our kids were star gazing at night and someone called to complain, so be aware of your noise level. Also, the water pressure is very low so no power showers, more of a sprinkle shower. But at least the bathrooms were beautifully updated and well appointed. Overall we highly recommend this beautiful vacation getaway home!
