Luxury oasis in the heart of Margate

Gorgeous apartment, spacious, comfortable, safe, immaculately clean and tastefully decorated - exactly as photographed. Host Lisa was welcoming, super-responsive and checked in throughout the visit (as a solo traveler this was much appreciated). Note, there are a significant number of stairs up to the fourth-floor penthouse, but it's well worth the climb - particularly for the lovely ocean view and relaxing ambience. Once inside, you really do feel like you've entered a private oasis, with two furnished balconies adding to the upscale vibe. Close the door ... and exhale, lol. I was on a quick 2-night work trip and wish I could have stayed for longer.

I did have some initial trouble with the door entry system (due to unfamiliarity), but it was quickly resolved.

Comfortable and pleasant

Lovely layout , very clean and comfortable.

The only issue was the boiler not working on the last day but the owners were very responsive to the issue, it happened on the last day so didn’t impact our stay too much.

Beautiful, modern apartment. 100% would recommend.

Really clean and modern apartment in a great location. A lot of great facilities like a coffee machine and rain effect shower. Also had air con which was much needed.

Literally the only thing I could say is the mattress was firm but that is all personal preference.

Nicely equipped apartment on the top floor with sea views in the distance. Very quiet within the building although a little road traffic noise in the bedroom. Lots of attention to detail and thoughtful goodies provided. We were very comfortable.

Beautiful, comfortable and central apartment with amazing views. Would definitely go back !

The location was fabulous with amazing views. Parking was secure, convenient and central. The flat was spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The key collection arrangements were completely clear and very straightforward and the host made absolutely sure that all was well despite a fairly late check in. The welcome pack was very much appreciated !

Nothing. The whole experience was a delight and would happily move in permanently !

Fabulous Apartment.

Fabulous well equipped stylish apartment had everything we needed luv all the little extras little gift bag on bed and the real Christmas 🎄 tree and decorations. Shall be back for sure.

This was one of the best self catering apartments we have ever stayed in & we would highly recommend

The modern, comfy and coordinated furnishings were of very good quality. The facilities and complimentary toiletries, biscuits, crisps, chocolate etc were excellent. The apartment has two small balconies with comfy chairs and tables. The sea can be seen over roof tops from the balcony off the lounge. Overall a fantastic apartment in a great location with a supermarket close by and the beach just two minutes away.

Margate Penthouse long weekend

Amazing apartment, excellent location, distant sea view, beautiful decor, fabulous attention to detail. Gated parking a bonus .. local shops and facilities close by. All in all a wonderful base for our stay in this area Lisa left nice little gifts for our stay, and was readily available if we had any questions or queries.

Luxury stay in total comfort

Just returned from a 3 night stay at The Penthouse over the Christmas period.... it was fantastic. No complaints at all...everything exactly as advertised and feel like we have been very spoilt. Great location for beach walks as well. Everything worked as it should of......PERFECT :)

beautifully furnished/appointed, immaculately clean a great location with an extremely helpful host. added bonus of a cafe opposite offering hearty breakfasts. would definitely recommend and return

To be honest there is nothing not to like! Worth noting that there is no lift . Three flights of stairs may be a challenge for some which is worth bearing in mind for anyone with mobility issues but really didn’t detract for us

Nice apartment, excellent location

Nice apartment and the location was great. Easy to walk to the town. We arrived on bonfire night so had a bird's-eye view of the firework displays.

It was a surprise that there was no lift to the 4th floor. I could not see this on the Booking.com website.

I loved everything about the apartment, it was clean, all mod cons, the comfiest bed & pillows I've ever slept on. The host Lisa was absolutely fantastic, she responded immediately & the little extra touches were really appreciated.

Lovely stay

Immaculate property very spacious and open and clean.i wish i was there a bit longer.i checked in went out came back slept and had to leave early.would definitely return.

Wish i had longer in the penthouse. No dislikes.
