Nice boutique,hotel will stay again.

Location was nice and quite. Transportaion can not stop in front of the hotel but a few steps by walk you can reach the hotel.

Extras like transportaion or boat trip was only accepted in cash. No credit card payment was available.

absolutely awesome!!

everything from having a taxi meeting us at the train station and taking us back at the end of our stay was seamless!!! Couldnt have been better!! The room and location were AWESOME!! Staff was AWESOME!!!

A perfect location with amazing views of the city and canal, beautiful modern yet traditional rooms, ac worked great, breakfast was just right, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice hotel in a great location

The room was a nice size and cool with view of the canal Housekeeping was great Helpful staff for excursions etc

We came on our honeymoon but the hotel didn’t arrange anything special for it even though we mentioned it. A bottle of prosecco or some petals would of been a nice touch so that was a shame. We also wanted an iron for our room but my husband had to iron in the lobby which was bit odd.

Absolutely everything! perfect location, beautiful hotel and the most helpful friendly staff you could ask for.

Nothing we didn’t like, would have been nice to have a bar area at the hotel but not a problem that there wasn’t as they recommended a fantastic one nearby.

Will be my first choice when I go back!

Excellent location not far from Piazza San Marco but not too busy. Nice buzz in the immediate area around the hotel with a good choice of restaurants. Rooms were very quiet despite that. Staff did an excellent job helping us get the best from our stay.

We had a great time and staying at the Palazzo was perfect for visiting Venice and the Biennale.

the staff were all great, in making restaurant recommendations and reservations, including the wonderful place just around the corner.

Maybe a lobby and drinks in the evening, but not a big deal.

Clean and comfortable

The room was comfortable and clean and the renovation was very nice. Elevator was welcome.

Not the fault of the hotel but my plane was hours delayed and I arrived in the dark and in the rain and had a very hard time finding the hotel, due to the failure of Apple and Google maps. Consequently arrived at 1:30 am and had little chance to explore the hotel. Because of late arrival, I was not able to make breakfast the next day.

Good hotel, good location, great staff

Very friendly reception/concierge staff with good advice and tours available. We did the free trip to Murano and glass blowing demo. This was excellent - a free water taxi ride to Murano and an interesting tour of the glass factory and several rooms of amazing glass for sale at mind-blowing prices BUT no pressure to buy. Great location only 5-10mins walk to St Marks square but also 5-10mins walk away to less busy and cheaper areas! Very good breakfast in a nice setting and very clean. Room was big enough and very quiet (apart from door to adjoining room) with panoramic views as described!

Door to adjoining room let too much noise through but this was minor for our stay.
