Owners have a strict cancellation policy. Once a booking for our property is received, the property is removed from the market for those dates and potential guest renters look elsewhere for their accommodations. We understand the challenges of planning travel during these times with variables we cannot control, however, we are a business and bookings that are cancelled less than 60 days prior to a scheduled stay negatively affect our ability to rebook our property for those dates.
Owners are not responsible or liable for unforeseen circumstances such as: Unfavorable weather, road conditions, catastrophic events, emergency evacuations, Acts of God, disruption of utility services, power outages, disruption of cable and/or internet services, malfunction or breakdown of appliances, boiler, water supply, sewers, hot tub, or other equipment malfunctions such as TVs. There will be no refunds or rebates given to Guest Renters as a result of any unfortunate circumstances that are outside of the Owner’s control within your stay.
If a catastrophe (hurricane, tornado, earthquake, flood, fire, or wild fire etc.) or any situation simply beyond our control impairs the vacation rental stay, Owners are not responsible for finding alternate lodging for the Guest Renters or for the Guest Renters’ financial losses related to transportation or alternate lodging. There will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR EMERGENCY EVACUATIONS. GUEST RENTERS ASSUME THE RISK OF LOSS IN THESE SITUATIONS.

Our family stayed here for a week and the stay at this home was absolutely delightful! The cleanliness of the home was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment we arrived. Suzanne, the host, was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all our inquiries and ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware and applicances for our use. Everything was super organzied, so we did not have to guess as to where to find items we needed. The location in a private gated community was ideal. The house, just a short stroll from the water and a private beach, allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views and relaxing beach days. The warm atmosphere of the home truly made it feel like a home away from home. Our family will fondly remember the time we spent together at Suzanne's Wolkpack Lodge.

We had a very nice time staying in this home. The owner takes very nice care of her home and is responsive and available if you need anything. The home is in a nice location and the private beach is great, as you don't have to deal with long lines to park, etc. The home is equipped with everything and the kids enjoyed the selection of games. We didn't have any problems during out stay and we look forward to coming back again.

Lovely, large home located in a beautiful gated community in walking distance to the beach. This home is WARM! It’s so well insulated, we didn’t have to crank the heat up high or run the fireplace much. The kitchen is very well stocked, and has pretty much everything you need for cooking all types of meals. The beds were VERY comfortable and the house was clean, which is probably two of the most important things to us in rentals. We all enjoyed the huge supply of board games too! There were a couple very minor problems, which were immediately resolved. The homeowner is super responsive! She is very accommodating and goes out of her way to make sure you have the best stay. Our family and friends look forward to visiting here again!

Luxurious yet you still get the home away from home feeling.
We enjoyed cuddling up with the fireplace going, the beautiful view out of the living room. Cooking in a well stocked kitchen & eating together in their large table setting was perfect.
The kids made awesome memories playing in the snow & even enjoyed so.e fun in the hot tub.
Location was so ideal. Jist minutes from town but up away. Very peaceful.
Susan was great! She made us feel so comfortable & Communication was excellent. We look forward to returning to this beautiful home again.

This home was absolutely perfect! The host was so attentive and quickly replied to any of my questions. The home was beautiful, well appointed with high quality appliances, furniture, bedding and linens. The deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. The walk to the private beach was about 3 minutes and made for gorgeous sunsets! The location was very central for all our planned activities! I would highly recommend this house and this host and will definitely come back!

" wow what a beautiful property " . This property is by far one of the best one we have rented through VRBO. The house's location is about 1.8 miles from the casinos and the gondola . The property is super clean , very well maintained , kitchen had everything we needed. This host, Suzanne is very nice and made sure we had all the information needed so that we could have a nice fun filled weekend ... Thank you again Suzanne !

We loved staying here! The walk to the beach was easy and welcome. Lovely location on a quiet street.
The accomodations were super, beds so comfy, large living areas. Family meals (prepared in a very well appointed kitchen) at the large dining table very satisfying. The kitchen had so much stock in plates, mugs, cups, cutlery. And every kitchen gadget you could wish for also. Chilling on the deck with nice lake view through the trees and using the bbq a welcome addition.
We loved that there were beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas that we did not have to pack. Driving down to the beach was a plus! Lovely private beach, could not ask for a better one.
Our family was very happy to stay here and hope to come back again.

This home is absolutely wonderful and the location is perfect. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Very good restaurants are close (we went with Suzanne’s recommended list). Anything that we needed to cook/grill with was there. Suzanne made everything so simple for us and responded immediately with questions we had. We definitely will book this home in the future!!!

Fantastic location

Holiday fun!
We had an amazing, relaxing, fun getaway. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, walking in the gated community and the view! The towels were extra soft, the beds were very comfortable and the furniture was perfect, love the cowhide chairs! We WILL be back to enjoy the Wolfpack Lodge again. Fabulous time on the lake
Our family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wolfpack Lodge. The place was beautiful, fully stocked with everything you could ask for, great location with a short walk to our private beach, and plenty of room for all of us. All age groups (2 to 60) had a great time with plenty of things to do. There were a few minor issues, but the Owner was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Suzanne's house was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Easy beach access was key as were the pool table and ping pong table for our teenagers. Would stay here again for sure!

Sand, Sun & Social Distancing
Our family of 5, and another family of 4 stayed at the Wolfpack Lodge for 6 nights. The home is large enough so that we never felt like we were on top of each other. The home is also so well appointed and comfortable that everyone could find their own space to relax or just as easily come together as a group for meals, movies, etc. Beds were very comfortable, and everything was super clean and tidy. Access to the private beach was fantastic, and allowed us to avoid the crowds of the public beaches which was a huge issue on the weekend. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Family getaway
This house has everything and more. The location is perfect, the amenities are fantastic, and the living space is fabulous! The owner was so responsive and attentive...every detail was thought out. Even though it was not my home - it felt like home. We loved every bit of time that we stayed in the house.

Nicest rental I've ever stayed in
We rent homes a lot. Generally, they are set up as rentals and have the personality as such. This house felt like we were using a friend's luxury home. It was fully stocked - toiletries, spices, cookware, beach towels etc. Everything was immaculate and there were instructions on how to use and operate everything. All furniture, towels, and bedding were of high quality. The great open floor plan allowed for people in the kitchen, dining area and living room to all be able to interact. Lots of nice touches. Very close to lake and nice beach. 5 min to Heavenly or Casinos. A mile from Safeway. Don't hesitate on this one (unless its a week we plan to come back!!)

Unbelievably Perfect Home
This house is absolutely the most well equipped home I have ever rented; there was every kind of utensil, pot, pan, etc. ever needed. From the first engagement with the homeowner to final checkout the process was refreshing. The homeowner is kind, generous and very helpful. She eagerly answered all of our questions prior to the arrival in the house.
The property manager met us at the house she showed us how to use everything and provided a warm welcome.
This house is in a gated community that is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the snowfall while sitting in the hot tub. The house is a short walk from the private beach on Lake Tahoe. It is close to town and the store.
Overall this house is beautiful, cozy, warm and in a perfect location. I look forward to renting this house again and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect house in South Lake Tahoe.

This house is amazing by itself but with the added benefit of an owner who managed the rental to perfection, the overall experience was beyond 5 stars. I’ve been renting vacation homes for over 30 years and this was the best. So much better than a hotel experience and the best VRBO experience that I have ever had. Beautifully furnished and comfortable home, has everything for indoor and outdoor entertainment, from hot tub and pool table to beach and hiking trails. Beds and bedding were five star, kitchen fully equipped, quiet neighborhood, gorgeous views, couldn't ask for more!

Beautiful home in the perfect location!
This is the perfect rental property for a large family or two families traveling together. The open floor plan is ideal - plenty of room to play pool, watch a movie and play games - all at the same time! We cooked several meals at the house and everyone fit around the dining room table. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which gives everyone the privacy they need and the beds are very comfortable. The property is very clean and beautifully decorated. The upstairs deck has the most comfortable chairs and it is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun set.
The best part is the private beach that you can walk to! We took the kids there every day and caught the sunset there a few times too. The house is really close to the grocery store and many restaurants. I was the perfect summer vacation spot for our two family group. We're looking forward to staying here for a winter ski trip in the future!

A place to relax and unwind
What a beautiful home! The perfect place to relax and unwind. All of the rooms are gorgeous, the beds are incredibly comfy and the kitchen is extremely well-stocked. If you like to hike, ski, swim or just hang out - the location is perfect. Lots of great places to eat in the neighborhood but we ate most of our meals at home around the extra large table. The deck was another sweet spot for our ladies retreat! We will book this home again - soon.

A Beautiful Place to Slow Down and Relax
This beautiful home is the perfect place to slow down and relax. All of the rooms are very comfortable and extremely well-appointed - especially the kitchen! The deck served as our “ahhhh” meeting spot, morning and night. It offers close access to the Lake, wonderful hikes and SLT. While there are many great places to eat in the “neighborhood” we made great use of the well-stocked kitchen and shared our meals around the extra large dining table. Can’t wait to return for another vacation!

This home was absolutely amazing! The attention to detail in every room was designed for our comfort and pleasure. We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving family weekend with plenty of room for all and lots of fun activities to enjoy. We especially loved the beautiful pool table! The beds were more comfortable than any 5 star hotel I have stayed in and the kitchen had every possible amenity we could ever need. We cant wait to return...hopefully during this ski season. FABULOUS home and location!
I have rented this home on multiple occasions. It's a beautiful home, extremely well decorated while remaining very relaxed and comfortable. The home sleeps quite a few and is ideal for both family get aways and entertaining. The kitchen and dining area allow you to cook and enjoy great food with family and friends. The view from the deck is spectacular and relaxing. I love the close proximity to the Lake as well as great hiking trails. Access to casinos is nice to enjoy a good concert while you are up visiting. The host is extremely easy to communicate with and hospitable. My family and I will continue to use this as our first-choice location in Lake Tahoe
