We stayed with another family - 4 adults and 5 kids in total. We had a great week in OCNJ. The house is a quick walk to the beach and the wagon was very helpful to lug all of our chairs, toys, etc. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We were able to pick our beach tags up early on Saturday to spend an extra day at the beach when we first got there. Great stay! Would definitely come back and rent again!

Perfect location, right on Asbury near Bennies. Integral garage spot with extra parking space included. The unit was clean and spacious. Outside covered deck was great. Perfect stay.

The home was very neat and organized! Very close to the beach. I loved that I parked my car in the garage and just didn’t move it until the end of our trip. We walked everywhere bc it was so close to everything.

We had an amazing stay! The rental property’s location is ideal for a family with young children, short walk to beach and boardwalk, so much to do on Asbury as well! The unit had everything we could need and was very spacious! We loved not having any steps once inside for our 1 year old! The deck was perfect for family breakfast as well as people watching! Communication with the owners was wonderful as well! We went into our week feeling reassured that all our questions were answered! We can’t wait to stay here again next year!

This property is in a great location and had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 5 children. Everything was clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to Fractured Prune donuts, our favorite ice cream place Johnny B. Goode's, either the 12th or 13th Street boardwalk entrances and much more. We really appreciated the use of the beach wagon, beach chairs and sand toys stored in the garage. The shaded balcony is an added bonus for relaxation and for applying sunscreen. We just wish we had brought our own Fire Stick to access our Disney Plus account on the TV. There is a BluRay player provided with access to Netflix. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in OCNJ!

The property was very clean and just as described. The 4 bedrooms gave us plenty of room, and we all enjoyed hanging out on the deck at the end of the day. The location was absolutely perfect. We had a short walk to the beach/boardwalk, as well as the grocery store and many shops and restaurants. It was our first time vacationing in OCNJ, but we will definitely be back. We stayed the first full week in June, which was the perfect time to go. Nothing was overly crowded and we felt safe walking around the island with young children and leaving our stuff on the beach when we went up to the boardwalk for some lunch. The bed in the primary suite was also very comfortable. I have serious back and neck issues and usually don't sleep well when away from my adjustable bed, but I fell asleep easily and never woke up in pain. Our hosts were great. I can't say much about communication since we didn't need anything during our stay, but prior to they provided us with all of the info we needed. The kitchen was also well stocked. We loved our stay!

My family and I rented this property for a long Easter Weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved everything. The owners were great with communication and the place was very clean. We would book it again as it is close to shops on Asbury, Beach and Boardwalk activities.

Chris was really great to work with. He was really helpful with adjusting our times to help us with our travel times since we were traveling from a distance. Location is fantastic! Couple of our women walked downstairs and had services at the spa which was super convenient. Definitely staying there again!

My wife and I recently rented this property with our four children. It was clean, had plenty of space for our large family and it was close to everything Ocean City has to offer. We were a short walk from the boardwalk and we were able to easily walk/bike the boardwalk and downtown area every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back in the future.

Three households in our family traveled from Indiana to attend a "Celebration of Life" for a beloved uncle in Atlantic City. This Ocean City property was the best fit for us in number of beds and bathrooms so we could stay together and within our budget. The owners were very helpful with our inquiries and we would definitely consider coming back to enjoy the seasonal attractions of Ocean City as a family.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is the perfect location in OCNJ with an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk along with all of the shops on Asbury. The garage and parking spot in the back make it easy to move your car without worry. Everything in the property was clean and exactly as pictured. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is stocked with the tools needed for cooking. Our favorite part of the property was the huge covered front porch.
The owners are so nice and helpful. They even assisted us in retrieving an important item we accidentally left behind. We plan to rent here again in the future!

Picture of garage was not what we experienced. The garage was cluttered with bikes and 5 additional boogie boards. In addition the neighboring rental unit blocked the side entrance with the bikes they brought down. Would've liked to see more towels racks in the bathrooms.

We enjoyed this home. Its location allowed us to park our cars and walk to everything we needed. It was great to have a beach location near the boardwalk and bathrooms. The owners were helpful with suggestions of places to eat and shop when we talked before our visit. They were readily available when we had a question during our stay.

We planned a memorial on the beach for my father and needed somewhere to stay. This house was perfect for my family. We were able to spend time together and share stories, all while being so close to the beach for the planning. It was so comfortable and cozy. Would highly recommend!
