Great inn. Can't wait to go back.

Great location. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and unobtrusive. Breakfast was amazing. Good choices and very well prepared. Our room was nice sized and very clean. They thought of everything - iron, hair dryer, and even an umbrella and inclement weather was predicted.

Really would not change a thing.

Great place for a romantic weekend

Breakfast was delicious and the decor was exceptional! Letty was our server, and she was a delight as well.

The White Birch Inn far exceeded my expectations and I may return simply to stay tgere, despite having no other reason t

The inn is stunning, but also very comfortable. No detail was left untended. Service was excellent and friendly, but never overbearing. Breakfast is simply amazing. The White Birch Provisions shop down the street is not to miss. Coffee, pastries and service are excellent and shop is exquisitely decorated to the same theme and coziness as the inn. I cannot give the The White Birch Inn, or our experience there, enough stars!

There is nothing to dislike.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and we will definitely be going back.

We were very impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the property. It’s located downtown and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

Exceptional

I like everything! A wonderful place to rest. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is hospitable, and every detail is carefully composed so that the whole feeling creates an experience of peace and relaxation. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is incredibly tasty and served in high style. They even made the afternoon amazing by offering a large selection of wine and cheese. Thank you, we will be back ....

Your inn was a unique & memorable experience. We hope to return soon.

The inn was centrally located to shops and restaurants, and the staff was so helpful . Our accommodations could not have been better. But the inn itself stole the show. Kudos to Miranda and Oliver who epitomized, "Be our GUEST" 🎶

It was like staying at a spa with the serene sounds and sitting areas.

peaceful but close to a vibrant and charming downtown area with shopping and restaurants

Beautiful accommodations and great staff

The most beautiful inn we have stayed at by far. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was smiling and friendly. Owner and manager spent time with guests.

We're hoping to make this an annual visit!

We spent, last year, between Christmas & New Years at the White Birch Inn. We enjoyed it, so much that we returned this year! The inn, the rooms, the wine & cheese, the breakfast are exceptional! The staff are so accommodating & kind!

Excellent time away!

We've stayed here a few times and it is in the perfect location for Clayton. The rooms are beautiful and roomie and the breakfast is incredible as are the staff. It's perfect for a couple to get away.

Fantastic place to stay! So glad we found it!

Great location. Very elegant inside. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up! Breakfast was divine! Very attentive staff. Exceptional place to stay if you need a minute to yourself!

I would have liked a dormer fridge in my room to keep my cokes cold, but that was not a huge deal.

Amazing and Beautiful Inn!

The Inn is so beautiful it was an amazing weekend. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast and wine/cheese hour were excellent. We were so happy to stay there!

Overall, it was a quaint inn, clean and eclectic. The room was nice, and amenities were decent. Good location and close to nearby food.

I traveled with a friend. While getting ready for dinner at 8am, we were visited by the lady who checked us in and told that another guest complained we were to loud. We had a normal speaking voice and felt very offended by the complaint and approach. We expressed our concerns with the Inn’s acoustics and management of the situation. Then, 20 minutes later, the innkeeper knocked to bring us our chocolates for turn town service and she said the room was known for thin walls. She suggested we stay in a different room next time. There will not be a next time. For what we paid, we were treated poorly and appalled at the way this was handled.

Excellent place to go for a weekend of pampering.

Breakfast was exceptional - the night reception was good - staff was exceptional - great location. This is a really nice place to stay - attention to detail is tremendous. You feel right at home.
