Die Unterkunft ist für eine Nacht zweckmäßig. Durch die Straße nebenan leider sehr laut.

Das Zimmer war schön groß und hatte alles was man benötigt. Auch einen Kühlschrank. Das Personal war nett.

Leider war in den Ecken des Zimmerst nicht geputzt worden. Da die Unterkunft direkt neben einer großen Straße ist, war es auch in der Nacht sehr laut.

Terrible location

Needs updating, very much overpaid for a hotel of this quality. There is a Mexican restaurant located with the hotel that you can hear everything going on in.

Great location for what we needed.

Very busy area. Wouldn’t be great for someone wanting a leisurely visit and view of the mountains.

I recommend you select a different motel.

Comfortable mattress

Fixtures attached to wall pulled loose from wall. Caulking around shower tub grungy. Generally shabby and neglected accommodations.

Good location and breakfast, cleanliness needs improvement.

Good waffle for breakfast and location was nice.

The room had ants, and wasn't as clean as we like. Also a guest below us decided to grill steaks and the smoke was pouring into our room. The manager did go speak to them, but it was annoying that happened.

I slept there, that's about it.

The location was good. It was easy to get to. It had ample parking.

A/c did not work well, partially broken unit. The place seemed it was more suited for construction workers. It also seemed as though the Hispanic folks were put on one side of the complex. It was hard to sleep with such bright light on outside at night, the curtains didn't help much.

The bed was comfy.

The room floor was dirty. The cream cheese was my and the temp in the fridge was milk, etc for breakfast was warm per the thermometer hanging from the wire shelf.

Pleasant

The lady who checked us in was very rude. We rented three rooms and asked if we could be close to each other and she informed us that we were not the only people staying there. And overall, just rude. The outside was run down and looked trashy. The room was clean enough and smelled like disinfectant. However, the fitted sheet was covered with little black hairs. Thankfully, I brought my own blanket to use. The tub was very stained.

oh let’s not forget a GREAT BREAKFAST!

Everything!! Always stop here when leaving the Smokys❤️ Best lady on the desk, she so so sweet, know her face! She is truly an asset to this hotel! Very very professional love the way she does business!! she told us about Mamas G what an amazing Italian restaurant loved it!! Rooms are always nice and clean ! Beds are super comfortable!!

Dissapointed overall at the motel.

it was clean mostly.

both additional safety features that were broken or parts missing from the door. the motel is over a Mexican restaurant so it was loud and smelled like Mexican food. It is also at a intersection so traffic was very loud also. The refrigerator had not been cleaned out from the previous guest. We were supposed to be able to check in at 2:00 and rooms were still mot ready at 4:00 PM.

The room was nice but we found that the door didn’t fit fight and there was about a half in gap at the bottom letting in fumes from the highway
