This beautiful beach house has just been remodeled with a brand new gourmet kitchen, brand new and upgraded bathrooms and new flooring throughout the main level. Amazing location sits directly on the beach offers incredible ocean views and glorious sunrises! Step off the deck onto the sand and enjoy some of the best views and breezes on the eastern shore. This spacious oceanfront duplex is the ideal beach getaway featuring 4 bedrooms with a loft and 3.5 baths including central air conditioning, 6 TVs, DVDs, WiFi, full kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, charcoal grill and outside shower. Great vacation home for family get-togethers and perfect for multiple families traveling together with bright open rooms and plenty of places to hang out. Watch the dolphins swim by from either of the 2 ocean front decks! Available off season for mini weeks!

This is our second time staying at this property. The private community of Tower Shores is our favorite due to the private beach. There is no sea of umbrellas in this area! Beautiful, crowd-free beach. This house being right on the beach makes it that much better. You can not beat this location. House has an updated kitchen with everything you can possibly need. Plenty of beds and room for a group. We are a group of 8 and had plenty of space.
Lesley, the power, is so responsive and easy to work with. Not having to deal with a management company is wonderful! We can not wait to come back next year!

This is our second time staying here. The house is gorgeous and the location can’t be beat. The kitchen has everything you’d need and is very spacious for home cooked meals while you look out over the beach and ocean. Lesley is also very quick to reply to questions. We can’t wait to stay here again.

The house was absolutely fantastic. Right on the beach. Wonderful social/hanging out space in the open kitchen, living, dinging area. Everything you need - from grills, to beach chairs, to pots and pans. (Note: as is customary, you'll need to bring or rent linens - we used Sheets at the Beach which was great - and minor stuff like soap, shampoo) Lots of comfortable and flexible sleeping space. And Lesley is a friendly and extremely responsive host. This house is a superb option for a multi-family or multi-friend gathering. We loved it!

This rental was one of the best, if not the best house we have contracted. Roomy by far. The main level opens to a large kitchen and living area with a picture perfect view of the ocean. The kitchen is spacious with all the necessities. The living areas have comfy couches and tables which made playing games lots of fun. The large dining table accommodated us quite nicely. The bedrooms are quite spacious and add an element of privacy when needed.. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers. The master shower is HUGE. There are two additional outside showers that are quite spacious and very convenient. . We spent lovely evenings outside on the large deck enjoying the ocean sounds. The house was clean upon arrival. The owner/property manager was very helpful in answering any questions and meeting all our needs. We will certainly keep this rental at the top of our list for our future vacations to Bethany Beach.

If you want a McMansion , of which I personally don’t , this isn’t your best choice.
BUT, if you want a very nice home, not just beach house, so close and convenient to the ocean and all it’s splendor, THIS IS IT!!
Our first time at this home. Right on the Beach. Delightful little neighborhood close enough to the hubbub but still peaceful tranquility.
We’re already trying to decide the 2 weeks for the next year. One in the Winter and the one with 93 yr old mom down to 8 yr old Granddaughter.
It’s a memory maker.

When rented this property in order to celebrate our son's 18th birthday party with a couple of friends and family. We played games...made great food in the big kitchen, and watched sunrises and sunsets from both lower and upper porches. The house offers easy proximity to grocery stores (10 min away) and lots of different rooms on three floors. This gave our kids and friends lots of their own space when needed and at the same time, the great room on the main floor was able to accommodate all of us for meals and when we all wanted to be together. I found the flexibility of the space especially useful when a few people wanted to read and others wanted to play games or watch a movie. The house offers multiple ways to do this and over the years, our best houses have been the most flexible ones....This house was great for this. The recent kitchen renovation was awesome and well-outfitted with plenty of cooking utensils and bowls/trays/etc...The beachside porch on the main floor has lots of seating and offers great views. We would definitely rent this one again. Thanks so much for letting us host our celebration here!

Absolutely loved this beach front property!! The owner, Lesley, was super helpful with all of my questions and suggestions when I needed help. My only tiny, little issue was the winding stairways for my elderly parents. This was a bit challenging for them and for us to bring bags up the stairs.

The home is right on the beach. The views from the bedrooms and the living room and the large new kitchen were beautiful.
We enjoyed listening to the sounds of waves and having breakfast on the deck overlooking the ocean.
The host was available to answer any questions.
The only thing there are steep spiral steps to the first and the second floor. Overall, I would strongly recommend this house for your vacation.

This house is fantastic! The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen and all of the bathrooms are brand new remodeled. There are views from most of the house, including two of the bedrooms, of the ocean. The deck is big and has both lounge chairs and a table that 8 of us had dinner on one night.
One tip: bring toilet paper and paper towels or plan to head to the grocery store the first day/night (Hockney's Grocery is less than 10 minutes away) because there is apparently a shortage of drivers for the grocery delivery services, which we learned when our order was rescheduled for 10:30 that night and then canceled altogether.

This house is the best beach front place for a family to hangout. We had the best time - walk directly into beach, enjoyed sun sets from deck, also saw dolphins swim by. Beautiful ocean view from living room and bedrooms.
Lesley was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. was also very responsive and communication was super easy and quick.
I would definitely come again and absolutely recommend to stay there!

Incredible location with breathtaking oceanfront views! Gorgeous double deck! The house is beautifully renovated with an amazing open concept main floor and gorgeous kitchen. The bathrooms are impressive, too! Plenty of room for a large family with the 4 bedrooms and fun kid loft. We had a great time and would love to return! The spiral staircases took a minute to get used to, but weren’t a problem for all ages. Owners were gracious and super easy to communicate with. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We are a group of eight women who have been friends together for over 30 yrs and are now enjoying get away weekends to celebrate birthdays an undisclosed number.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach. Location, location, location! Right on the beautiful beach. Caught spectacular sunrises and beautiful sunset on the bay Plenty of room to spread out to separate or be together as a group.
The property was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. A verity of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas at the house is a nice bonus, a couple of things you don't need to pack.
Lesley was always very quick and easy to respond to any of our questions.
Would definitely recommend staying here.

Ideal location for those who love the Ocean. It was fun taking a beach walk to the Indian River Inlet and enjoying the beautiful September weather. The deck is large and we enjoyed sitting out their in the evenings and watching the moon over the ocean. The surf fishing was even great!
For those traveling with older family members, there are three sets of spiral stairs you should probably be aware of. One to get to the main level, one to get to the bedrooms and one to get to the third story bedroom, which we didn't use. The steps from the ocean side of the building are much easier to navigate especially when carrying luggage and groceries.
Parking: You can definitely fit three vehicles in the space provided under the house & another vehicle behind those which was amazing.

We have never stayed in a better property. The location is everything. We had two older adults who can no longer walk the beach and when you sit on this deck you feel like your toes are in the water. There is lots of room in the downstairs so everyone can find their spot. Gorgeous sun rises and moon rises. Thank you.

You couldn’t beat the location of this house… right on the beach! This house was roomy and well equipped. The spiral staircases were a little difficult to maneuver with small children, but we just had to be more careful There were some cleaning issues, and the owner was very responsive when notified. We had a great time in this house!

Nice open floor plan with wall of windows looking out on the beach. Well stocked kitchen with 2 bar areas and large dining room table perfect for puzzles and games. Lots of seating in step-down living room. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Off-street parking for at least 2 cars.

This was the perfect spot for our family's first post-Covid expedition. We had all the privacy we wanted with the never-ending view of the ocean. Personally, we couldn't ask for anything more. There is a grill and table for outdoor dining, and fully equipped kitchen for the rest of our needs.

For a beach vacation you can’t get a much better view. Great view downstairs and from upstairs bedroom. Well stocked kitchen and outdoor items for beach. Host was excellent and the beach was wonderful. Only issue is the bathrooms are extremely dated but that’s one small quibble for a great stay

What a wonderful location and time of year to visit Bethany. The beach was empty, the air was cool, and the sun felt amazing! Lovely property situated right on the beach. Lesley was wonderful and accommodating; 10/10!

Family friendly place. Easy to communicate, renter answered quickly. The house was beautiful & the view was breathtaking. Got to see Dolphins daily, and the beach was less then 1minute walk. The layout was very open and super cozy. Plenty of room for everyone, clean and driving distance of town, less then 10mins away. Would recommend this place. Also small play ground just down the street.

We stayed at Tower Shores for a weekend winter getaway and could not have been happier with our experience. The views were incredible, and the beach and neighborhood very peaceful. We loved the large downstairs living area and easy beach access. Additionally Lesley was very attentive and easy to reach. We would love to stay here again.
