The 1150 sq. ft. cottage is 3 bedrooms , one bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and den. The location is perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts , golfers, fishermen, hunters and skiing. Families will love the conveniences close by and a back yard for the children to play in.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house that had everything we could’ve needed. Perfect location and a quiet street made for a perfect pairing. We loved the amenities and the wonderful fireplace at this house and we couldn’t have been happier.

My kids and I very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage has everything you may need and I loved the fenced in yard for the dogs. Its walking distance to a gas station and right down the road from a grocery store. I will definitely be returning.

Great vacation get away
All communications with the host was pleasant. Very clean , we will definitely be back. Lacks nothing. Bring clothes and food and youre home. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Comfort at a reasonable rate
Comfortable home with all that you need. The grocery store is an easy walk away. We did experience a challenge, but the owner was very responsive and addressed it right away. We all enjoyed the home and surrounding areas and will definitely stay here again

Wonderful Vacation
My family had a wonderful vacation. The cottage was perfect for my family of 5. We had enough room for all of us spread out. Our Westin loved the fenced in yard. The cottage was in a perfect location to the Homestead, downtown Hot Springs, and Lake Moomaw. Thank you for your hospitality 😊

We enjoyed the little house but we encountered ants in the kitchenand the tv room
We also had a noise fan in the first bedroom which I could not run at night. The toilet was small for adults and slightly lose . Overall I would consider using this facility again with some improvements

The property was well stocked with anything you might need. Easy check in and great location. We loved doing the scenic drives around Bath and the surrounding counties.

Thanksgiving weekend
Property is ideally located for visits to the Homestead and area hiking and fishing. It was not fancy but served our needs just fine. We had a nice stay.

Nice house. Spacious. Really sleeps three unless two renters are intimate. Half hour from prime trout streams

Home away from home
This house was so well equipped. It had everything we needed. I felt more like I was visiting someone rather than it being a rental. We only brought clothes and that was all that we needed. Between the house being equipped and the little grocery store right around the corner, it was such a stress free stay. Jennifer was more than accommodating. I highly recommend.

Hot Springs Fall Color Tour
Thank you Jennifer for a great stay at your home. The house was spotless. Check in was so simple and the street was super quiet. Having a fenced area for our pups was so nice.
The kitchen was well stocked. We travel on Can Am spyders so all the little extras we don't have room to haul made it so easy and convenient.

Very cute little home. Way out in the mountains
My only suggestion to renters is try to arrive during daylight if possible for the first time. The roads on the way are very dark (no lights) and lots of sharp turns through the mountains. I did it at night and it was okay, but I felt much better driving it during the day.

Great birthday weekend at Hot Springs!
We really enjoyed the cottage and the area. There were lots of unexpected supplies provided at the house. For example first aid supplies in the bathroom cabinet, an ice pack in the freezer, firewood kindling, matches, and roasting forks for the fire pit, and laundry detergent. It really felt like you were a house guest. We highly recommend visiting Falling Springs Falls (the waterfall is right on Rt. 220), Lake Moomaw and Douthat state park.

Lots of room with easy access close to store for food.We did not cook so did not look for cookware. Much more room than we needed but price was good and allowed pet. Thanks

Nice getaway location
The house was very clean and had all everything we needed. It is located on a quiet dead end street. Cute little town nearby. We loved the woodpecker door knocker on the house! We throughly enjoyed our stay here!!

Cozy cottage getaway
This was our first time using Vrbo and renting a house. It will not be our last. This house was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Plus it is a wonderful location with restaurants, a gas station and grocery store just minutes away. The owner answered all our questions quickly too. 5 star all the way!

Had a great time. Home was clean and kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and dishes. Front and backyard were great play areas for the dogs. Lots of great hiking and outdoors activities near by. Checkin and out was simple.

Perfect setting for a quick retreat
This house was perfect for getting together with our two college-aged children for Easter. Neither of them had a spring break this year, and we really wanted to enjoy some time with them for the holiday. The house was perfectly sized and equipped to do that. During our three days, we enjoyed hikes at nearby parks, used the charcoal grill to barbecue dinner, used the backyard firepit, made Easter dinner, and just generally enjoyed our time together. The house was comfortable, reasonably priced, and just right for us.

Exactly what we needed!
We made last minute plans to get together with extended family for a long weekend. We were very fortunate that this property was available for rent. Jen was quick to respond to our request to rent and quick to respond to questions. The house was very clean and cozy. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to stores. Will definitely stay here again!

Great House in Hot Springs
This house was well located, walking distance to the grocery store, and very close to the Homestead. It is an excellent alternative to the resort. The owner was great, communicating regularly, and taking care of the Wifi that went out during our stay. There is a large backyard, shared with another tenant in the back, who is a very nice gentleman. There was a nice firepit that was nice for the cool fall evenings.

This is a great little cottage for a mountain get away. It was super clean, great location, dog friendly, and great communication with manager. Super accommodations for the price. We had a wonderful weekend!

Grillin & chillin
We enjoyed our stay in this sweet house by historic sites, rolling hills, and peaceful rivers. There is a Tennant who lives behind the house, but he was very friendly and we still had privacy. The home was clean and tidy and perfect for cooking a meal at home and taking an evening stroll. Would recommend!

Did not know a renter was living in barn in back, and was a little uneasy sharing our privacy.
