Situated in Ocean Isle Beach, this attractive house for $400 per night is a great choice for your next break. Windjammer BB Beautiful Upscale West end private community. Easter week open but pool must be inspected prior to opening so can not guarantee it will be open so we lowered the price for that week. Location Location Location Oceanside with private walkway. We are at the Quiet West end with a great beach, wide, never crowded. Our unit is especially nice as we overlook the pool and sound. There are no buildings blocking our view of the pool and sound side. Sit back and watch the sunsets. We have impeccable customer service. We have been renting private homes for 20 years. We do not use a service, you are dealing direct with owners. Brand New Kitchen, Upscale, Granite, Stainless appliances, Everything Updated along with a Large Fridge. We also have Large expanded deck for families to sit along with eating area. We are the original owners and have been renting several homes in OIB. Windjammer II is one of eight units in this handsome, two-level townhouses located Oceanside on the West End of Ocean Isle Beach. There is a large pool located directly in front of this, Non-Smoking townhouse. The pool is one of the largest on the Island. Our unit is not ocean view (there is one view) /we have a view of the Sound, but you are just steps away (less than 30 seconds) to the beach with NO streets to cross! Simply go underneath our unit , Windjammer, to the Private Beach access ramp/dunes. Very wide beach at the West end. Windjammer is perfect for families. The kids can go back and forth from pool to beach with ease and no streets to cross. Our townhouse is very large and spacious inside, and has two porches which overlook the sound side of the island. You are not and do not feel cramped in this home and it is much larger than most of the houses on Ocean Isle. This townhouse is the brightest of all. The kitchen is recently renovate with all new stainless appliances, granite, new kitchen cabinets, spacious with a large capacity refrigerator, new floors, and lots of cabinet space. The dining and family living area has nice flooring throughout. WIRELESS INTERNET FOR ALL GUEST--Yes, you can telework and never have an issue with WIFI. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are spacious with plenty of closet and storage space. All bedrooms have a beautiful private full bathroom. The bedrooms have beds as follows: ONE KING, ONE QUEEN,ONE QUEEN, TWO DOUBLES, TWO DOUBLES. The 2 master bedrooms are located on the main floor with their own private spacious bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with three full bathrooms and a laundry area with lots of closet space. All bedrooms have CABLE TV. The family area has a new flat screen TV and all bedrooms also have flat screens. We have books to read, games to play and movies to watch. The kitchen is stocked to accommodate your party of up to 14, large with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, cocktail glasses and storage containers. The dining area is open and bright with a brad ew large dining room table and chairs and additional seating with a side table area. There is also a large new deck on the beautiful beach with a shower. You may sit on that porch and enjoy the ocean. We just expanded our main deck on the main level , which is off the family room, and there is a second porch is off a large bedroom. Enjoy the quiet island while relaxing on the porch, with a cool drink and your favorite book. You will also have access to our downstairs owners closet with a grill, beach chairs, pool floats, etc. The beach is beautiful, wide, and not crowded on the private West End of the Island. Parking is available underneath our unit for 3 cars along with outer spots located around the pool. Ocean Isle is 6 miles of beach with a few new restaurants, mini putt putt course, and ice cream parlor and arcade for kids. It is not a commercial beach, but a perfect place for vacationers and families to get together and enjoy a stress-free vacation. We always have great communication with our guests, can also sometimes offer early check in if available. We have a key-less entry and will forward a Welcome Package Email to our renters information regarding our house and Ocean Isle. We have been renting on the island three other homes for 20 years so our customer service is impeccable. Call for additional rates or for off season vacation deals. House was as described! Perfect location, the house was roomy enough for all! Bedrooms are large, it is nice that they all have bathrooms attached! Kitchen had everything one needs for cooking!
We had our 4 year old & 10 month grandchildren & they loved the pool & beach! Complex Pool could use a makeover (no fault of the owner), but overall we had a AMAZING time! Made lots of great memories! Definitely plan on staying here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay here; kids had a great time at the beach . Pool was quite busy, so we opted for the beach instead. Unit was ideally set up for a family vacation with four bedrooms and a quick walk to the beach.

My family of 4 and my brother’s family of 6, plus a boyfriend, enjoyed this spacious and well laid out unit. With 5 active boys between us, it was essential that we had plenty of room to breathe but still spend quality time together. With beach access on the property, a large storage closet by the stairs to store your beach paraphernalia this was an ideal location to prevent the daily fatigue of going to the beach. We had such a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked to prevent the need to eat out. Michelle was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed during the week. I HIGHLY recommend this listing if you are looking for a stress free stay 😊🏝️

We were pleased with the accommodations. They were as advertised in the description. We were particularly pleased with Michelle's (host) great responsiveness both pre-stay and during stay. All of her communications were extremely prompt, and she was helpful with everything from pre-arrival prep to dining recommendations during the stay. We had an extended family visit (all adults) so we found having a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom a big plus. Can definitely recommend the property and the host!

We had a very nice beach trip as a family. The beach access is a little walk through the parking lot and it’s right there. House was very accommodating for our group. Neighborhood is quiet and Doordash does deliver but you’ll have to meet them in the parking lot because it’s hard for people to find the house. We actually couldn’t find it when we first got there and had to call the host. Overall great stay definitely would like to stay at this beach again.

Overall, it was a great experience. The proximity to the beach is nice, and we enjoyed the pool. The dining area and kitchen were a little small when all 12 of our group were there. There was plenty of room in the bedrooms, however. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner was responsive.

A fabulous experience from booking, communication with property owner, arrival, the stay, and sadly checking out. The property description was spot on and easy to find on the island. It accommodated our entire family for the week. All information provided was accurate and made for an easy transition into the perfect vacation home for the week. Great Stay
First I would say that Michelle was the best host. She sent out personal emails, texts, and was available anytime there were issues (we did not have any). The house was great for us. A bathroom per bedroom is key for a large family. House was stocked well. Lots of beach items in the downstairs closet (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc). It is a quiet spot despite being in a condo-type arrangement. I was worried about the distance to the beach but it was just as quick as the long walk from our beachfront house last year at OIB with much fewer steps! Nice shower area. The beach was a bit crowded but welcome to OIB.I missed the ocean view but the sunsets from the deck were fantastic. Would stay here again.

Golf Trip 2021
I had myself and 6 friends staying here during our trip. This was a very quiet area. While we weren’t visiting for the beach, it was a short 2min walk to have your feet in the sand. Parking if 3 vehicles was ideal. There was room for additional vehicles in the general parking area. Michele was a great host. Communication was ideal and everything needed was attended to. We had no issues. I’m planning to visit again with family now that I’ve seen the place and liked it.

What a wonderful condo in an amazing location!! It is not only very well-stocked with things throughout the condo but it also has plenty in the storage closet for your beach and pool time! We have never had that much room on a family trip and we loved it! HIGHLY recommend staying here!!!!

The supply closet outside has a lot of equipment (beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc). We organized it while we were there. I think there are six beach chairs or so, and Several sand anchors for umbrellas. Also, the house is very well equipped with kitchen supplies! There was more there than we expected. The A/C in the unit is fabulous. Felt so nice in the condo. Lots of bathrooms and they all came in handy. Water pressure was great. Never ran out of hot water. Finally, several of the mattresses are brand new and were delivered when we arrived. That was great.
The not so good: the Unit wasn’t super clean, but we think this was a result of both a miscommunication on check in time, combined with cleaning crew staffing issues. Everyone has staffing issues right now, so we understand that this can happen. There were plenty of cleaning supplies at the house so we did a quick cleanup and it was fine. The main issue with the unit is the carpet is super dirty, but unless I am mistaken, I think I read in another review the owner is planning to replace the flooring soon. I don’t think a deep clean will help the carpet much. I am sure a full replacement is tough to do since the unit seems to be frequently rented. Once that flooring is replaced, though, I think it will make a HUGE difference in the look and feel of the condo.

The area was very calm and relaxing. Getting to the beach was difficult at times going underneath the condos due to other renters leaving their beach gear scattered about. Mattresses need to be better quality. The two bedrooms with one bed in each were impossible for the guests to rest comfortably. We had to switch beds during the week each night so everyone could rest. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and will visit Ocean Isle again.

Plenty of space under the unit for parking or hanging hammocks, playing cornhole, or whatever if you need a covered outside hang out spot during rain. Parking is great, lots of space under the house or plenty of close spaces right beside the pool.
The storage room underneath was also the best stocked I have ever seen with chairs, umbrellas, beach and pool toys, etc. We had plenty of space for the stuff we brought but we honestly wouldn’t have even needed to after seeing what all was there.
Super short walk to get to the beach was nice although be aware there are only stairs for beach access so if you like to load up wagons or wonder wheelers with all your stuff like us or have anyone with mobility issues you will have to negotiate those. Not a big deal just something to be aware of and plan accordingly if that is a problem for you.
All in all this was a great place to stay, we loved the location and how nice the beach was, and how nice and spacious the unit is. 10/10 we would definitely stay here again!
