This beautiful 3rd Row home is located on a quiet street on the east end with only a few houses between you and the sea. Private HEATED Pool for a few of the off season months(April-May and Sep-Oct), well furnished, equipped with WIFI, ceiling fans, covered porch, outside shower, and plenty of porch setting to enjoy the ocean views. Open galley kitchen equipped with cooking utensils. Amenities include but are not limited to dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and Spectrum Internet TV 5 rooms.

This location was amazing. Home was nicely set up for multiple family member's ranging from 10 months to 50’s. Neat, tidy home with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Pool was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us.

We enjoyed the house, it was cozy and comfortable. We loved being in that area. The house was in a great location on the island and met all of our needs. We loved the pool and the open air space under the house. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet.

We LOVED this beach house! We hope to rent it again next year! The house was perfect for the 8 of us. We were steps from the beach that seemed private most of the time. The heated pool was also a big plus! I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

My family had a blast here. The location was amazing, right at the edge of the island with a sandbar that created a natural ocean swimming pool perfect for families with smaller children. I appreciated the bi-level cooling system in the house and firesticks and ceiling fans in every bedroom. There was a lot of thought given to the property which made our stay convenient. The host was also very responsive and provided answers to all of our questions. We’re already looking forward to next year. Thank you!

Could not have asked for more perfect location. Easy walk to two different areas of the beach neither were crowded. Plenty of room at the house for extended family with kids and the pool was exactly what we needed. Would absolutely return with no reservations.

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our stay! This house was perfect for our annual family beach trip. We were only a few steps from the beach and it was so peaceful on that end of the island. We hope to be back next year!!

Easy beach access (3 houses down was the beach entrance with no stairs so super easy with beach wagon)

We had a great stay. Even though the weather was cloudy, we had great walks on the beach and in the surrounding neighborhood. Close beach access and pool were great for the spots of sun, and there were plenty of spaces to gather or get some quiet time as needed. The living room was a bit small for our group of 6 women, but we were able to fit all of us on the two sofas to watch movies together. The kitchen was a great gathering space and several of us could be working together on meals without feeling cramped. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Our first time at renting a house in Ocean Isle. The home was perfect for our 6kids (blended family) we had enough space and the beds were all comfortable. We will certainly be staying again the kids are already asking if we can comeback next weekend! Host was very quick to respond to requests and accommodating! We appreciate you letting us use your beautiful home!

The rental property was in an excellent location In proximity to the beach. It was well equipped - roomy and the owner was extremely nice. We had a few small issues, but not enough to impact our overall experience.
The pool isn't heated year round so Vrbo needs to clarify that in their ad. The grill's propane tank was empty so we had to pay for a new tank to be able to use the grill and cook our meals which was inconvenient, but Atleast the next few guests will have propane! That should be checked between rentals.
The porch chairs are awesome - the pool was great - especially after the heater was turned on- and as I said- the proximity to the beach was great.
We had never been to ocean isle and weren't familiar with some of their quirky rules so if the property owners could share some of that info- it would be helpful. We had purchased a specific small tent to let the babies play/nap in the shade and we got scolded by beach patrol and told only 2 specific types are allowed on the island. So we had to take it down and go purchase something different to use for the week.
The top deck off one of the bedrooms has the best view - but they need to put a couple chairs up there so it can be enjoyed.
Overall it was a nice rental- well stocked kitchen - adequate room for 7 adults and 2 babies which isn't an easy request to fill.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was awesome and suited us very well. The pool is a game changer, it spoiled our crowd and we wouldn’t want to stay again without one.
We will definitely consider staying here again!!!

Perfect for our needs
Great beach house, perfect for our needs of 11 people in our group. Kids loved the pool, loved the closeness to the beach and straight walk out with no steps. Wish OIB would relax their rules with shibumi shade on this end of the island with the beach being so large now. Enjoyed our time here and owner answered all our questions. Bunk room also has a double bed, not a queen, wish we would have known this before hand but we made it work. Would recommend this house to others as we had a great time!

Perfect Getaway!
I booked this house with a few friends for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. The area is so laid back and allows for time to truly take in the memories being made. The house was very accommodating to our needs. Our property manager communicated with us in a very timely fashion with any questions we had. Overall great experience! I would highly recommend.

Had a nice stay over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Just a short walk to the point to observe the Christmas Flotilla. Very nice house and location, would be a great place to stay during the Spring/Summer.

There’s plenty of sleeping arrangement options, a fully stocked kitchen, and the beach access is perfect. You’re at the edge of the island so the beach area is so close to the house and it’s very quiet and never that crowded. The kitchen is much larger than it looks in the pictures. You do need to bring your own sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. we had a local linen service deliver what we needed, super easy. The pool is also an awesome bonus, felt so nice after a day at the beach. We’re so thankful we found this house!💗

It was our first time to Ocean Isle! We had a wonderful time! We loved the house! It looked just like it did online and the kids loved the pool! It was in the perfect location! It was like we had our own private beach!

The location is great, easy access to the public beach access and a long stretch of beach with relatively few beach goers. The pool was awesome and kept everyone entertained. The porches offered good ocean and sound views and plenty of space to relax. The property wasn't very clean and we ran across a few too many spiders but the owner was receptive and sent an exterminator. The owner was really responsive and helpful. The house layout works well and provided plenty of space for our group.
Ocean Isle has very specific beach tent rules, be sure to check them before staying on the island if you like shade on the beach.

Everything we could want in a beach vacation!
Outstanding in every single way! The beach access was simply incredible - took less than a minute to feel that warm sand between our toes - so convenient to go to and from the beach throughout the day (especially with a gaggle of young children).
This house is even more awesome than the pics show - kitchen was much larger than we expected, easy for all 6 of us adults to cook simultaneously. Well-stocked. Kitchen table seats 8 very comfortably.
The new pool was so refreshing, clean, and offered great ocean & pelican views while swimming! We LOVED being at the east end, so quiet, private and family-friendly. Talk about a perfect place for our families to reconnect & make memories - and we are grateful to Eleni for her prompt & helpful replies. We would 100% stay here again and look forward to it!

This of course has no bearing on the homeowner and we understood that things can be overlooked sometimes. Overall we had an amazing time - the weather was the only hindrance as it rained most of our stay but we’re locals and plan to stay again and again. This may be our “go-to” local beach stay!
