The Cottages of Camp Creek, nestled behind the towering sand dunes and dense coastal scrub are located in beautiful Seacrest Beach, FL. This small community of tin roofed cottages, with large porches is only 200 yards from the emerald waters and white, sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico (via private deeded access).

The large 86 foot community pool and hot tub are located just three houses down. Equipped with family in mind, this house provides games, puzzles, videos and books for all ages.

The one-level home provides easy access for people of all ages. Ample seating on the porch allows you to take in all of the sounds and smells of the ocean, while enjoying a meal or just a moment alone.

Seacrest Beach is a quiet, friendly beach community with miles of bicycle paths, high coastal dunes and calm lakes just off Highway 30-A. The narrow road meanders along the Gulf and presents one of the least developed and unspoiled coastlines on the Gulf. No water parks or amusement parks, no fast food restaurants or the typical fare seen on MTV Spring Break!
Chair and umbrella rentals are available through Dillon's Beach Services.

We enjoyed a very nice week in this wonderful family cottage. It is very comfortable and has plenty of room for everyone. The location is a short walk to the beach and steps from the pool. It is in great location on 30A as well and the host was super helpful in planning! Highly recommend this house for your next vacation!

We could not have been happier with the house…great location, lovely area that felt very private and quick walk to the beach. Great porch for reading during afternoon showers! The house was perfect for us and our French bulldog. Will definitely return!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location was great, we rented bikes for the week and liked the proximity to Alys and Rosemary Beach. The home itself could use some overall updating/cleaning to make guests feel more comfortable. The beds did not have proper bedding; offering a fleece throw and no comforters. The bedding was stored in totes in the closets, along with vacuums, etc, leaving little to no storage for our luggage in the already tight spaces. There were no pool towels but ample bath towels. One of the large burners on the stove did not work. The home was very dusty throughout which impacted my allergies. These are minor things I feel the homeowner could improve to make the overall stay more comfortable.

We loved our stay in 30A. The location was perfect, only a 4 minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants. The house was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend for those prioritizing quick beach access. We went during Memorial Weekend and were easily able to get a front row beach spot. Perfect house and location for those looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great property for vacation. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Property was very clean, and had everything you need for cooking, grilling, etc.. Short walk to the beach from the cottage. Also, short drive to restaurants, and grocery store. It rained a couple of days, but it was nice sitting on the front porch and relaxing, enjoying down time. Great vacation and we will definitely be back. Thanks Diane for being so accommodating on short notice. Bryan - Baton Rouge.

This property was great. Super convenient to so many things- beach, pool, walking. House was exactly as described with no surprises. Comfortable for two families and a dog. We felt very safe letting out kids play around the common grounds. Would definitely return again.

Our stay at the cottage was wonderful. We stayed for 3 weeks and felt like we were right at home in this cottage. Everything we needed was provided; I would recommend this cottage to anyone that is looking to stay along 30a! Loved having our private beach access.

Enjoyed our beautiful week at the beach. The cottage met all of our needs. It was a close walk to the beach and loved that it was on the end as it was perfect for walking our little dog and not feeling like we were bothering others as the cottages are so close together.

The listing was exactly as featured. The community pool was easily accessible, and larger than expected. The only suggestion would be an upgrade to the propane grill. The burners and burner covers need replacing. This was a minor inconvenience as everything else about the cottage completely met or exceeded our needs. Thanks so much!

The house was an easy walk to the beach and close to the pool. The beach was not overly crowded and the pool was very nice. Overall it was a nice relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the porch and the fact that the cottage was on the end and not between two units. The cottage was nice, but could use a little updating. Some of the burners on the stove didn’t work very well and were really not usable. The mattresses on the bunk beds were very thin and not comfortable (per kids who opted to sleep on couches instead). The cottage was clean, but when we got there all of the towels under the sink in the guest bath were wet. I didn’t find a leak so I think they just weren’t dried completely before they were put away. Other than those things we thought it was very comfortable.

My husband, parents, dog and 6 year old stayed for a week in this cottage. We had a nice time and never felt too cramped. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was great. We brought our bikes and could easily ride through Alys and Rosemary. It was was a busy week in the small community with lots of other families. The porch really extends the living space but we wished it had some ceiling fans. Overall great week.

Great location; easy access to beach. Close enough to bike to shops, ice cream and restaurants at Rosemary Beach. Comfy beds, great covered porch is basically a second living area, well-equipped kitchen. The Host is a pleasure to work with. I highly reccomend this property!

We had a very nice stay at the cottage. It was great for the two of us but I would imagine that it could be pretty tight to have people in all three bedrooms. Great location for those not wanting to be directly in the middle of the congestion in Seaside. Well appointed unit and the communication with the property manager, Diane, was outstanding!

We spent 2 weeks here and really enjoyed the cottage and close proximity to the beach. My husband loved the hottub (small as it was) and we liked the small complex and the friendly neighbors (many snowbirds). We are limited to where we can stay because we have 2 small dogs, so we are always grateful for the pet-friendly spots and try to be super respectful of the property.

Excellent location. A very short and easy walk to a private beach. Great house for families. Surrounded by other cute cottages. Short walk to Alys beach for a kids park and snacks. Property owners were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to questions. Comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of space to make a family comfortable for an extended stay.

We loved our stay at this place. Cottage was super comfortable and clean. The subdivision has a very nice pool and hot tub. Very short walk to the wonderful, peaceful beach. Diane the property manager was very helpful before and during our stay.
