The location

For starters, the city had a citywide water outage. But the way that the staff handled the situation was just not good. I was going to switch hotels and called from 30 minutes away to see if the water was back on and was told it was. When I arrived to our room, the water was not on. Finally it was back on around 10 o’clock that night. The next morning at breakfast, at 8:15, all the food was gone and so was the coffee and the lady that was running the kitchen was so unfriendly about replenishing everybody basically went somewhere else. We stayed many times at this location, but this will most likely be our last due to the staff.

Staff and hotel were great, nice large covered balcony with lots of outdoor seating on second floor

Nice fresh hot breakfast with cold items also.

Parking was a little far and you could use another weight bench in the work out room. I had to wait about 20 minutes for this guy to finish so I could use the one bench.

Have your room checked before leaving..

Prior to checking out my overall experience was great. Room was clean, and the facility was clean.

Being wrongly charged for smoking in the room and not being contacted after calling the GM multiple times. I'm convinced my room was charged by mistake, but no one is willing to look into the issue to see what really happened. I do not smok and no smoking took place in my room!!!!

Parking is a deal breaker

Clean and comfortable room; friendly staff.

Parking!! The spaces in front of the hotel were all occupied, so I had to park a block away, then walk to the hotel to check in BEFORE I could get a parking pass. Then, walk back down the street to get my car, and drive to the parking lot, which is not adjacent to the hotel (about a half a block away). Then, once I was finally able to park, I had to walk back to the hotel with all of my luggage in tow! I'm in my sixties, and not in bad shape, but it took almost an hour to check in, considering all of the back and forth walking! In addition to the distance being a problem, the walk to the parking lot is not well lit. I felt uncomfortable making that walk when I left for my job at 6am, and returned after dark. As nice as the room was, I would never book this hotel again, solely based on the parking situation.

The fruit was good overall I think they could have more variety of choices for breakfast for $368 for my stay I didn’t think it was worth it I have stayed at better hotels The staff that worked the front desk with the FINESSE chain was very nice and welcoming!

We enjoyed our short stay and would stay there again.

Breakfast was ok-good. Location is excellent except very near to the railroad tracks. On 3 occasions throughout the night we could hear the train whistle.

The pillows were overly firm.

Great place to stay rather than over by Route 52. Good downtown location.

Room was great, quiet, and very comfortable.

The breakfast was fine, but the eggs didn't taste like real eggs. The mix used was rather rubbery. But, otherwise all was fine.

who knew Florence had a hotel like this?

This hotel is in a nice location downtown, close to restaurants, secure parking with the local police! The staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast in a state of the art buffet.
