Exceptional

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome. Was close to a lot of things. It was great to have the option to fix food if you were just wanting to stay in and relax. Will definitely stay again.

Overall the stay was nice

I like the warm nice service I received from guess services

I didn’t like the furniture it was very uncomfortable, the carpet was not very clean, and it had a big rip in it. That’s very unsanitary.

It was comfortable, and spacious enough for my family. Check in and Check out was swift.

The pool was not working and my kids were not happy about that.

Breakfast - few/no GF options Ice machine only on 1st floor Elec outlets near bed were dead on both sides

Superb

The room size was great, everyone had plenty of space. Place was clean no issues at all.

The pool closes at 9 pm.

DAY staff was excellent...night staff indifferent

Poor...prepackaged egg sandwich disgusting. Are scrambled eggs too hard to fix?

After driving for 9 hours from Sourh Florida, arrived to find my ‘confirmed’ reservation had been cancelled by the duty

A total dump.

The inexperienced and atrocious staff.

Wonderful spot to rest on a road trip

The staff was very friendly. Hannah welcomed us at checkin and everyone else we met was kind and helpful. We had a 2 bedroom suite and everything was lovely. we had all the space we needed and even though we were only there for one night we felt relaxed and well rested.

the pool area could have had more chairs and tables.

I love how kind and welcoming the staff are; I’m always greeted warmly! also love how spacious and clean the rooms are, I’ve been here several times and keep coming back!

Ok. Not something I would brag about to others.

The location was exactly what I needed

The walls were paper thin and I could hear conversations in the rooms above me and next door. It was like they were in the room when they coughed

Supplies in room were missing when I arrived in room. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived.

It was a suite but bed for full size I believe they should have ginvennus king bed suite

Passable

The hotel was nice and comfortable. I only stood there for a day that was all.

What I didn't like was the sofa bed looked disgusting, I had to double check for bed bugs and put so much bed sheets over on the mattress and they really need to check to see if there are any trash inside of the cabinet because I had found a bag of checker that was there from the previous person that stood there and that was nasty
