Not a value for money stay at all.

A few of the service staff were very good, but most were not professional. Service wasn't prompt—unruly behaviour by the kitchen staff. The list can go on. Nonetheless, the location is an issue - way outward from the city centre.

The location was good.

I booked the largest room they had, and when they showed me the room upon my arrival, it was a miniature room. I couldn't walk in the room without hitting myself with a piece of furniture. We ordered fish and chicken for dinner, they delivered the chicken saying the fish will come in sometime, the fish never got delivered. After sometime they called us saying that it was finished and it's not available. As I was almost ready for bed, the bell rang and there was a man with our order. Highly unprofessional, 11,000 rupees for two nights, even Radisson will be able to give me a larger room.

Reasonably Good Stay

The location was good and the staff was courteous. The room was clean and staff serviced the room on a daily basis. Room service was prompt.Food was reasonably good, but we did not find it to be excellent.

Although being called as a suite, the accomodation is cramped up (particularly for 4 people) and there are no separate rooms. The shower area was the tiniest I have seen. Also, there is no provision for sunlight in the room. The major issue was that of unavailability of WiFi despite repeated reminders.

Luxury at an affordable price with excellent food and service.

During check-in the room shown was not what I had booked, but on talking to the reception they upgraded me to a much better and bigger room, which was just wonderful. They were very courteous with their behaviour. Was really impressed with the outcome. The service was on a different level, lovely, value for money was excellent. The quality and taste of the food was delicious. Wish the whole team all the best. Would definitely visit again.

There was nothing that I can think of. Thumps up to everything.
