Located on Killington Peak, directly on the access road, this multilevel getaway perfectly positions you near some of the best terrain parks and skiing in the Eastern part of the United States. Nestled in the woods roughly four miles from both Pico Mountain and Killington Ski Area. Transportation is available for a small fee though the local Diamond Express shuttle.
This unique property offers both an epic experience on the mountain and off the mountain with the best apre ski/night life you could ask for in the NorthEast. The amazing restaurants offer a wide variety of choices including live music, games and entertainment.
The Woods resort offers access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub, gym and full spa (reservations required and additional fees apply).
With three generous size bedrooms and bathrooms there is room for everyone to come and enjoy a home away from home. Newly painted with new pet friendly carpet throughout and a fully equipped kitchen including dish washer so you are truly on vacation! What a wonderful weekend! The home was just perfect. Clean, updated, warm, cozy and family friendly! Most rental homes are just that rentals with a “cold” feeling and the bare minimum, but this home was so welcoming and wonderful in every way possible. The location was perfect literally 5 minutes from everything.
The home was also family friendly which was a plus since we had 5 kids. There were toys for the kids which was even more of a plus and sooo many video games to choose from.
If we return to the Killington area no doubt we will absolutely book with Terri and bill!!! Fantastic home! Thank you for sharing it!

We had a few days over Feb break to take the family to a much-promised ski trip to Killington. This condo did not disappoint! It was EXACTLY as advertised, and it was one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed! And it was 7 minutes drive to the base, which was perfect. Also very close to great restaurants. Condo itself was very warm, comforting and had every amenity one could wish for. Very smooth check in and great communication from owners. We will definitely rent here again. Such a wonderful 3 days, wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much Terri!

Just spent an unforgettable two-night ski trip at this cozy vacation rental and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Planning a ski trip for a group can be challenging, but this rental made it an absolute breeze for us. Perfectly located, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom served as the ultimate base for our group's mountain adventures.
From the moment we entered the property, we were met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The sense of care and thoughtfulness put into the place's design was apparent. The condo itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and we were thrilled to find it fully stocked with all the essential amenities. The open-concept living and dining area paired with a well-equipped kitchen made group meals an absolute joy to prepare and enjoy together.
The unit is extremely close to Killington mountain which we had the pleasure of skiing. After hitting the slopes, the sauna included in the condo was the ultimate way to unwind.
What made this experience even more delightful, was the exceptional service we received from Terri & Bill. They were responsive, professional, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was nothing less than perfect.
In summary, this rental encapsulated everything we sought for a group ski trip - it was conveniently located, comfortably accommodated all six of us, and provided unparalleled service. We highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Terri & Bill!

This condo is very clean, well appointed and spacious. It is situated right off the Killington Access Road, an end until that has a wonderful heated entrance for all your gear, the bedrooms each have a full bathroom and are very clean and well maintained. The couches are SO comfortable and it was nice to build a fire and watch holiday movies with a glass of wine. The place has lovely trees around and it's a quick drive to the slopes and all the restaurants. The owners are very responsive and take very good care of this condo. We will be back.

Super place. Clean. Well appointed. Comfortable. Host was easy to contact. Private, picturesque setting, yet close to the ski mountains, restaurants, night life, bakery and a few small grocery stores. We were skiing, but given location it would be super for fall and summer activities too. Had everything to be comfortable after a day of skiing, including cozy seating for 6, FP, Apple TV. Pix on listing site don’t do it justice. Traveled w spouse and children in 20s. We all loved it.

We loved the house! It had comfortable beds and all the amenities you need. The sauna and spa tub were an added bonus. The location was perfect, close to the ski resort and restaurants. We would love to return for another visit!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The home is in a perfection location being minutes away from restaurants, stores, the mountain. Very clean, spacious, comfortable with many amenities. Terri & Bill are very attentive and own a lovely home. They made everything easy and very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay and would surely visit again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Terri and Bill's condo was an absolute treat. It was incredibly spacious, clean, and its location was perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was a plus. When we had a question, we texted Terri and Bill and their responses were prompt and helpful. Throughout our trip, the group kept mentioning how we need to "come back to this condo every year." I hope we can rent this again in the future!

Conveniently located condo with great amenities
We stayed at Terri and Bill's condo for an annual family ski weekend in March. There were 5 adults and we were very comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and one of the bedrooms has 2 bunk beds and a full size bed I believe in addition to the queen in the 3rd bedroom, so you could easily sleep 6-8 people. We also LOVED the sauna - what a nice perk! My family checked out the spa which was very nice as well but I opted to just use the sauna which is actually in the condo.
There is plenty of room to hang your equipment in the entryway so you skis/boards/boots can warm up and dry off.
Our one recommendation for improvement would be to supply better pans and utensils for cooking; we wanted to make pasta and tacos for dinner and there wasn't a good pasta pot or skillet. I imagine many people that come to Killington for the weekend opt to eat out at the restaurants though.
We would definitely stay here again!

Terri and Bill were wonderful hosts, and their newly-remodeled townhouse is large and spacious. The location is perfect for skiing in Killington, and the pool, hot tub, and brewery nearby are all great to enjoy. We had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend this home!

Great location! excellent home features
We had a wonderful ski trip and were lucky to stay here! We had a party of six, so it was very nice that the home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms so everyone had their own private suites to themselves. The community hot tub was fun with enclosed pool to relax after a long day on the slopes. The location itself is conveniently only 4 miles from Killington Mountain Resort so just a simple drive down the street to get on the mountain. Lastly, both Terri and Bill were so very kind and helpful at a moments notice with answers to any questions you may have about the area and tips and recommendations for food, nightlife, and activities. Wonderful stay, would recommend to anyone visiting the Killington area. Thank you Terri and Bill!

Great family retreat
This is a hidden gem...right on off the access road, close proximity to the mountain and all shops/restaurants/etc. The condo itself has been almost completely renovated (except for kitchen and bathroom cabinets) and the place looks great! This was perfect for a family of 5 and could have accommodated 1-2 more. Owners were helpful and easy going - would definitely stay again
