-Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be liable to the Tenant, his family, or guest for any injury to person or property arising out of Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. The tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. The only issue once again is the smoke from fireplace backs up into house.... my clothes even after washing still smell like smoke... When renovation was done, we { group of new york city firefighter} believe chimney not raised high enough above new roof line... other than that a great house...

Great spot for a family (or 2) at Killington. Perfectly appointed vacation rental with large kitchen and very comfortable living room. 3 very comfortable bedrooms were very much appreciated after long days of skiing. And the hot tub on the deck was a nice bonus. Ski in/out was perfect, with residence adjacent to the trail. We would ski back to the residence to eat lunch daily. In short, super nice, super clean, perfect location. We’ll be back next year.

This property was in a beautiful private location adjacent to the Great Eastern trail. The apartment was lovely and clean, exactly as described, and great for our group of five. There was plenty of space to spread out, which turned out to be important because we had to hang out for a day when Killington essentially closed due to frigid -15F temperatures. The hot tub on the back deck was amazing when we finally could go out. Parking could have been tight, but the attached estate was unoccupied the weekend we were there, so no problem. With a big group, renting both the estate and the apartment would definitely be the play. Recommended.

The unit in the location were excellent. We stayed with you several times and have never been disappointed. However, the maintenance in this unit was definitely subpar. Half of the lights didn’t work. The dishwasher wasn’t even bolted down so when you opened it up it tipped forward. There was not a full-size refrigerator. I sent an email the day we arrived that the toilet was leaking and there was something wrong with the icemaker not allowing us to open the freezer drawer all the way. I never received any reply from that email. All of the items listed could probably be fixed in a few hours but it made our stay a bit disappointing.

Our group of 13 loved this comfortable, spacious house in a great location with easy on/off. Stephan was very easy to deal with and responded immediately to our few requests, even making reservations for our sizable group at a local restaurant. The kitchen/DR/LR and downstairs billiard/bar/TV room were great common areas and the ancillary apt. was perfect for a few of the teenagers. Watching football with the see through fireplace ablaze and 10 of us sitting side by side on the L shaped couch was sweet. :) All in all, a great stay at a cool place.

We arrived around midnight and found the check-in process a breeze. The apartment was very clean and super accessible to the slope; just a few steps to the Great Eastern trail. We all agreed that the apartment will be on our minds for future use! Good work by Alex and his team!

Great place very satisfied, as advertised, just maybe a little more descriptive on ways to use the tv remotes and temperature adjustment on the hot tub wich is very hot. its a tough walk to the slope especially with children, a set of stairs would be safer from the driveway or the lower deck where the house hot tub is. Great location
Condo was really nice- great area. The space is gorgeous and has a wonderful view. Conveniently located adjacent to a trail, our group had so much fun skiing. The bedrooms are spacious and we loved that each had its own tv. As a note, the walls are very thin. Ran into a few issues during the stay but the property manager was incredibly responsive and remedied quickly - he gets 5 stars. Owners have not done the best job at keeping utilities up to date; the two undercounted fridges advertised do not work, oven temp was inconsistent and bathroom shorted a fuse when the provided hair dryer was used. Would advise bringing kitchen tools if you plan to make meals. Definitely been a rental for a bit but nonetheless a great place to rent if you’re not making dinner every night.

Our entire family stayed at Slopeside Estate and also booked the Apartment at Slopeside Estate. It was wonderful. A perfect set up for our multiple family group. We were able to allow the older kids (17-21 years) to occupy the apartment space...and left the door open between the two. The other members with younger families had the various bedrooms in the main home. It was wonderful having a few bedrooms on the main level so that grandparents didn't have to walk the stairs and were able to easily enjoy the family space and hot tub on the main deck. Really every aspect seemed perfect for our group. I can't thank the owners enough for sharing such a lovely home and the various people we worked with on the contract side of things. We had one maintenance issue which was responded to immediately. Our group is already talking about when we can come back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. we were greeted with the lights on and jazz music playing in the background. The entire place was spotless, and the entire house looks brand new. I think we even found a tag on the bar stool. Hot tub was amazing, with rotating jets that messages your back. Plenty of towels, and all amenities included. The views are breathtaking. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet get away. I would absolutely stay there again.

Cozy Ski Stay
We had a great 5 day stay this past March at the Apartment at Slopeside. It was comfortable, well-equipped and perfect for a family of 4. We ended every ski day soaking in the private hot tub and management was responsive when we needed them.
Three things that would've made our stay perfect:
1) A dining table that fit at least 4 people. (Eating in a row at the counter was tight and awkward.)
2) Better access to the ski trail. The property is amazingly located right off the Great Eastern, but from the apartment, there is no easy way down, We had to climb up and down over boulders wearing ski boots and carrying skis. Please build stairs! (I think the main house has much easier access to the ski trail.)
3) Ski/boot storage. The small entry hall in the apartment was the only option and not ideal. (We were dreaming of a storage locker down by the ski trail!)
Otherwise, love the property!

Let me start by saying we had a great week staying in The Apartment at Slopeside Estate and would 100% stay here again. The location is perfect right off Great Eastern trail. The apartment is clean and perfect for a small group. We loved the hot tub and the beds were very comfortable.
I'm under the impression this is a new rental property because some basic household items were missing. These are simple amenities that can be added easily such as a cutting board, larger coffee maker, bathroom hooks to hang shower/hand towels, broom/dustpan, wheels on bottom drawer of the dishwasher so it slides out, extra blankets. They also requested no ski boots inside (which I agree with) but there is no place to put boots on. Perhaps placing a bench in the entryway would help.
The only other concern we had was getting from the driveway to the trail. You need to scale a rock wall. For both little children and adults this can be extremely challenging, especially when there is a lot of snow.
I want to reiterate that most of these are simple fixes and should not deter anyone from renting these beautiful accommodations. We will stay here again.

We had a fun time at this well laid out apartment right off the Great Eastern trail.You really can't be the location. The apartment is basically brand new and was very clean. However, it lacks personal touch. It is very clear that it just a rental property and nobody lives there. As a result, there are issues that aren't caught and remedied. For example, there is no cutting board and the dishwasher didn't have all of the wheels installed! With that said, we were here for the skiing and that was superb. I think the property could easily be improved with a little TLC!
