*Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $75 per night for up to 12 registered people. ***Please note that if you choose to have access to the Pavilion, the fee will be collected for each night for the duration of your stay. There will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
- Primary Bedroom: King Suite located on first floor
- Bedroom #2: Queen Suite located on first floor
- Bedroom #3: Queen located on second floor. Shared bath.
- Bedroom #4: Queen located on second floor. Shared bath.

- Dog-friendly for 1 dog under 30 lbs at an additional nightly fee (please see Policies & Disclosures for details)

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- The 2025 Barracuda Championship, a PGA TOUR event, will take place July 14–20, 2025 at the Old Greenwood Golf Course. The community will have large crowds and the Pavilion access may be limited or inaccessible during this week.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 8 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- All reservations are subject to approval by owner after booking is received. Please allow 48hr for confirmation.
- A maximum of 1 dog under 30 lbs is allowed. A pet fee of $100/night will be charged. No cats or other pets permitted.
- This residence does not have A/C.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
- Check-in 4PM/Checkout 10AM
- No smoking
