About this apartment rental
Great Ski in/ski out penthouse condo located at the base of peak 9. No car needed! Simply walk out the back door of the complex, snap into your skis and take the Quicksilver SuperQuad Lift! Ski rentals are also available at the base of the lift. Walk out the front door and Main Street is a short 1 1/2 block walk. The free Trolley stops a half block away to get you to the grocery store.

The downstairs Primary BR has King and private bath with an extra long tub/shower. The second BR has a queen bed with a large half bath across the hall. Upstairs is a loft with two sets of extra long twin bunks, and a third BR with a queen bed and a set of bunkbeds and an attached half bath.
The complex has indoor and outdoor hot tubs on the main floor and a year-round pool across the street for your enjoyment. Unfortunately, for the 2024-2025 season, only the outdoor hot tub at the condominium and the pool complex across the street will be available for use. The indoor hot tub at the condo is currently being updated and is closed.

I stayed here with a large family group ranging in ages from 1 to 65. We loved it! It is truly right next to the lift and close enough to Main Street to walk. The condo was great and the complex was very nice and had several ski-specific amenities.

It was a great location. Large indoor hot tub. Spacious. Hot water for showers was great. Drip coffee maker, pots/pans/cooking supplies were amazing. Shuttle stop right across the street. Short walk to the town. Great view from balcony. The only issue was not enough towel for all guests. And it took two days to get more. The dryer was in the back of the room upstairs which caused some moisture and heat when you use it. Other than that the place was great. Would recommend to a friend.

We enjoyed a week here in December. This home was a great size for our group of 9 teens and adults. The ski out location was perfect, and the proximity to town was wonderful.

Well appointed and equipped. Great deck/porch with view of mountains. Well located and is ski-in, ski-out….IF a you avoid spring break week for the Midwest. Lines at Quicksilver lift were 45 mins-plus to get up on mountain in morning. Owners great to work with.

Excellent Group Ski Trip Location
Our family and friends really enjoyed this spacious condo as a great place for 12 people total. The central great room is perfect for gathering for food, games and conversation. The Quicksilver Lift at base of peak 9 was only a two minute walk out the back of the complex and the shops/restaurants in town were only 1 to 2 blocks away. Loved our trip!

We appreciated how well stocked the unit was in the kitchen, and how clean and well maintained it was overall. Short stroll to the action on Main Street, and short walk out the back door to the Quicksilver lift.

Location Location Location! The QuickSilver chairlift is right outside the back entry, it’s easy to ski back for a quick lunch, and Main Street is a 5 minute walk! The location is perfect!

Great location!
This unit was the exact size we needed and even better, we walked right out the back door of the complex, took a very short trail, and hopped on the Quicksilver SuperChair! It was great for all of our teenagers. This unit was also within walking distance of Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter Wonderland
My family and I had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was very responsive and made the logistics seamless. We had 8 adults and one infant in our group and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to have cozy dinners at home. There is a large dining room table that provided great space for playing cards and hanging out. It was also a very short walk into the heart of downtown Breck when we wanted to get out and explore. Also it is a true ski in/out. The walk to the Quicksilver lift is right out the back door. We loved being able to stop in to grab a nice lunch then get back on the slopes. The unit had several sleds that we had a blast with! We would definitely recommend staying at this property and would stay there again next time we are ready to hit the slopes!

If only we could have skied!
This is a great property. Unfortunately, we arrived the day the ski resorts closed. HOWEVER, our family of 8 stayed for the week, enjoyed hiking, sledding, hot tubbing, long walks along Main Street and more thanks to this wonderful condo! It has everything you need to cook great meals, more than enough towels, beds, covers, games and more. The location to ski school and the ski lift is so amazing, that it made not being able to ski a little more painful! We can’t wait to return to this property when we can actually enjoy the skiing along with the other conveniences.

Amazing spot
If you are on the fence about booking this place don't over think it. You won’t find a ski in ski out this close to Main Street. Out the back door you are about a 3 minute walk to breck village, and 5 minute walk to Main Street.
And when I say ski in ski out, I popped out of my skis about 30 feet from the back door.
Indoor/outdoor hot tub is community but easily fit 10 in either tub and both nights we were the only ones using it.
Sunrise coffee on the balcony in the morning, while looking out on peak 10 in the distance was a great way to start the day.
Really would like to stay here again in the future.

Great location and spacious.
Nice property and Quicksilver is right out the back door. Ski locker in lobby is convenient. Main st restaurants and shops are an easy walk away. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. The living room seating is only accommodating for about 7 people but the dining room table is right behind the sofa for extra seating (but not very comfortable for lounging in the evening). Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great 3 bedroom condo that sits slope side at the base of peak 9. It is perfectly located and has all the amenities you need. The condo was very clean and well kept. It is very spacious and there was plenty of room for 12 of us in 3 families.

Perfect location and great space for kids
We loved our stay. The location was perfect and the space worked really well for two families. Check in and out was incredibly easy. The kitchen was well-supplied in terms of necessities - two crock pots, coffee maker, pots, pans - all there. The short hike to the Quicksilver lift and ski school really couldn't be easier. Overall a great place to stay.

Great Condo!
We enjoyed staying at Kimberly's condo! It it very comfortable for two families of 5 with 3 bedrooms and then some bunks. The main area can get a bit crowded when everyone is lounging in the evening but it was still workable. We really appreciated how convenient it was to shopping and food (5 min to a the main street and a few restaurants) since we didn't rent a car. We also loved being so close to the lift although fair warning that you need to get out there by 9am to avoid a long wait (at peak times at least). Kimberly was also super helpful as we realized at the last minute that our friends were arriving several hours ahead of us and needed a way to get into the condo. She got right back to me several times and helped work through an option to make things work. Thanks again Kimberly!

Was ALL we needed and great location
enjoyed & had plenty of sleeping room, condo needs little more lighting and couch & Sofa little too old and uncomfortable (if I had any critique at all), Overall good experience and great location to the main slope and 6 person chair lift by walking out and clipping in and ready to ski. ski closet on bottom floor was nice. We would stay at this location again anytime.

Can't beat the location for a big group
This was great for our group of 12. This group of veteran skiers all commented on just how great the access to the slopes is. We had skiers across a wide range of abilities and ages and everyone had easy access to the mountain. Kids went right out the back door to the Village ski school area and you have easy access to rentals too. The parking lot out front makes it easy to unload gear, then just leave your car for your stay and it's a short walk to many good restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped.

Perfect location!!!
We were a group of 10 fireman and we never felt cramped or in need of additional space. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating to our needs when possible. We take a ski trip every year as a group and this was one of the best condos we've stayed in yet. Thanks

Great location
The location and size of the condo is great. Lots of sleeping room for a bigger groups. The condo could have used a little bit of updating in the living area and a deep clean. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you could possibly need and is nicely updated. It is very nice that there are a few spices for use. The owner is very quick to reply to any questions. Overall this was a very nice place to stay.

Great communication from the Owners and the check-in/out process and welcome information was efficient and spot on. The property was exactly what our family of 7 were looking for and there were room for guests to stop by and visit. Thank you for sharing your amazing slope side mountain property with us and we look forward to a summer visit one day as well.

Great Views and Location, but...
The condo is in a great location, walk to town or the peak 9 base. Nice deck overlooking the mountain. The kitchen was new as were the 2 downstairs bathrooms. We were not happy with the linens or the area rugs in the bathrooms. One of the comforters on the loft bunk bed had a blood stain! The sheets, blankets and comforters need to be replaced. The bathroom area rugs were dirty. The upstairs bathroom had mold in the shower stall and on the ceiling. The unit is supposed to be a 3 bedroom, but the room in the loft had no window, like sleeping in a closet. I would recommend providing the negative items were taken care of.
