It provides all the plush amenities one would expect of a luxury rental combined with all the conveniences of home. The home provides plenty of privacy and only minutes from skiing and Breckenridge main street where plenty of shopping, dining and night life abound.
The entrance opens to the Great Room with expansive windows and vaulted ceilings which create a truly striking first impression of the Trail View lodge. Beautiful views of the Breckenridge Ski Area and Ten Mile mountain range adorn this light, bright and massive great room. The wall of windows face the Ten Mile range as you to cuddle up next to the fire and watch as the alpenglow dresses the mountains in different shades of orange and pink or just watch the snow fall! If the beautiful inside view does not impress step outside to the deck and feel the brisk air and enjoy the view from our patio furniture or state of the art bubbly hot tub!
The Trail View has a gourmet kitchen that will more than satisfy your craving to create that amazing meal. It is outfitted with two ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks, and a Viking Four burner gas stove and a huge Kitchen-Aid refrigerator and freezer with filtered water and ice maker. Our experience staying at Trail View Lodge was nothing short of perfect. The home is beautiful, spacious, well maintained and in a great location. We were close enough to bike into town easily and the neighborhood is wonderful for walking. We have rented many homes in Breck and Trail View Lodge exceeds them all. The only contact we had with Majestic Lodging was to call for additional kitchen garbage bags and they were promptly delivered. We can't recommend Majestic Lodging and Trail View Lodge highly enough!

Overall the house was OK for our group.Several issues we had:Per the description of the kitchen on VRBO, "...and a Viking Four burner gas stove with griddle and grill"...we found out after arrival that there are stickers on the griddle & grill that it is not be used. The handles have even been removed from the front of the cooktop. There is a sign to use the electric griddle which was not there...management dropped off a griddle the next day.The master shower is equipped with a steam shower. It did not work the first day..contacted management. Worker came out the next day and said he would look into repair and management would get back to us. almost a week later we had heard nothing, so contacted management...was told the MR. Steam Co. would be fixing it (not during or stay though).Gas fireplace in master bedroom did not seem to work...controls are on the wall next to fireplace but did not do anything.Same situation with gas fireplace in main living room...tried to turn it on once but nothing happened. Gas fireplaces weren't a huge deal so never contacted management.Beverage / wine fridge in kitchen never got very cold so didn't use it.

Adult friends took this trip to Colorado to ski/snowboard for a week. The house is beautiful. Everything is in mint condition and well kept. The kitchen is very large and fully stocked with anything you would need to cook meals. Garage made it easy to load and unload ski equipment / grocery shopping, and go out without having to take snow off of the car. Excellent home for a vacation with plenty of room.

Very nice house and plenty of room for our group. It was clean (for the most part) and comfortable. Don't use the jetted tubs! My granddaughter accidentally turned one on and gross stuff shot out! They did bring a replacement microwave the next day when the one in the kitchen was shooting sparks. They were NOT accommodating to our request to check in early even though we were sitting in the driveway and the cleaners were already gone. I felt that the property manager could have been friendlier but other than those things, we enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed that there was not a bus stop nearby so we had to drive to the slopes and pay for parking (until we discovered the free parking at Airport Road).

We stayed at this house for 5 nights. The property was very spacious and located within a 5 minute drive of north Main Street. The mountain views from the house were amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, well stocked house with amazing view! Plenty of room for the 4 toddlers to run and play. They actually could sled out back by the back deck. Huge kitchen and living areas. Property manager told us there was no pack and play but there actually was one along with a walker and umbrella stroller. House also has sleds. Awesome family time!!

Fantastic vacation. House is great - plenty of dinnerware and 2 dishwashers made fixing meals easy. Plenty of room to spread out. Saw mule deer off the deck the first morning. Plan to visit again.

The space was wonderful and everything was clean and comfortable. I was able to prepare our Thanksgiving meal in the gourmet kitchen and had more than what I needed to do so. The mountain views are breathtaking and the hike on the path to town was fun too. Hot tub was sparkling and warm and the airhockey table fun for kids. All of the beds are comfortable, especially the sleep number bed in the master BR. Driving to town was only 10 min to grocery, restaurants, ski slopes, etc. Ice skating in Breck was a fun family moment too. We hope to be back!! What a place. Even more impressive than the photos.

The house was so cozy and well stocked with everything we could possibly need! I especially enjoyed the radiant floor heat. It snowed twice during our stay and the views and location were just picturesque. The bathrooms sinks and jacuzzi had a bit of gunk around the faucets but everything else was very clean. Everything was in working order except one washing machine had an out of order sign and was full of water, but there were two machines in the house so it wasn't a big deal. The thermostat stopped working in the master suite at one point, but I contacted property management and they had someone out to fix it immediately.

This is one of those places where you don’t want to write a review, because then everyone would know It’s amazing and it would always be sold out. From the centralized humidification system, heated floors, oversized garage so you can pack and unpack the cars with the garage doors closed… everything about it was phenomenal. Even the beds were super comfy, all of them!! My only regret is that I can’t rebook for next year already.

This is one of those places where you don’t want to write a review, because then everyone would know It’s amazing and it would always be sold out. Anything we would need was available! It was a beautiful house and just a magical experience for a family vacation.
Some things looked like they hadn't been cleaned well like around faucets in the bathroom and the jacuzzi in the master suite, but overall it was very clean and well maintained. There were two washers and dryers like advertised, but one washer was out of order. The thermostat stopped working in the master suite during our stay, but I emailed the property manager and someone was out to fix it within a few hours. Overall we had a great experience!

Our family of 8 truly enjoyed this house! It is beautiful inside and out. We had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal in the huge kitchen. The path behind the house is fun for walking to town. Skiing is just a short drive away. Beds are comfortable and master suite amazing! We will be back!!

Great location. Lovely house but needs some work. Wires hanging from roof. Individual air conditioners in bedrooms did not work, would have helped. Left message for Ryan several times and no response. Living room not as pictured. Grand piano makes sitting area cramped. Roku TV in primary not working. Instructions need to be updated-trash delivery on Thursday, not Friday as stated.

Our family of 8 enjoyed our 5 night stay. The home was very clean and close to all the activities we had planned. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware to meet our needs. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The only downside was the poor WiFi service. Would definitely stay here again
