About this apartment rental

7 Night minimum in season - Sat to Sat. You will enjoy our wonderful island decor, fabulous waterfront location and the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The white sandy beach is a dream come true with the best in shelling and you will love your long walks along the beach. Right outside your door is a heated swimming pool, shuffle board, bike rental, tennis courts and on-site Sandalfoot management office. There are beach towels for each guest so no need to pack towels.
Our 2 bedroom/2 bath unit 2C3 has a bright and cheery decor with a fully equipped kitchen, ceramic baths, a screened in lanai and carpeting in the remainder of the unit. We have a basket of beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, umbrella for the beach, collapsible wagon, games, flat screen TV's with built in DVD player plus WiFi which are just a few of the amenities we have to offer. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor at no charge. The lush landscaping, tropical trees and flowering shrubs only make this complex even more enjoyable.
Only minutes from the causeway, within walking distance from the Old Historic Sanibel Lighthouse, Ding Darling Sanctuary, plenty of delightful shopping and great restaurants for eating out.
You will love Sanibel and trust me at the end of the week you won't want to leave. What a perfect spot to take a family vacation, as a couple or for you honeymooners.

Perfect location for beach and bike trails
Great location for our family vacation. Lots of amenities (pool, tennis courts etc). Nice beach with lots of shells at low tide.
Nothing but cookware in the kitchen so you’ll need to supply your own salt and pepper, coffee filters, cleaning wipes and other essentials that are sometimes standard in other properties.
Beach wagon and chairs available.
Barb was a great host and quick to respond to questions. Would absolutely stay again.

First Family Vacation
Our family really enjoyed staying in this condo. The communication and check in process was so easy, the location is fantastic, and the beach is obviously wonderful too! We had a grocery store pickup ready for us when we landed so we grabbed that on our way to the condo and were set for the week! The bedrooms were perfect for my husband and I and our two kiddos. There are plenty of toys, beach chairs, an umbrella, plus a wagon to pull it all to the beach ready for you when you get there. I loved the shelling (soo many treasures to be found!), kiddos loved the pool and building sand castles, and my husband even got a round of golf in. There is always something to do for everyone. We were there in July so got to see a thunderstorm roll through one night and enjoyed that from the screened in lanai. What a perfect place for a relaxing & fun vacation!

Great place
Loved our trip to Sanibel. The condo was perfect, clean, and comfortable. There were beach chairs available which we did not use. Loved having access to beach towels. Was impressed the kitchen came with garbage bags and dish soap/detergent.
Barb, the owner, was AWESOME!! Great communication and helpful with any questions. I hope to come back soon.

First trip to Sanibel!
This was my family’s first trip to Sanibel and everything was perfect! The condo was in a great location and the beach behind it was our favorite of all the beaches we visited while we were there.

Wonderful Option for Beach Time
We loved this rental! The best parts are how close it is to the beach and pool. The decor and furniture were all nice. The kitchen is a bit on the small side, but that wasn't a problem at all for us.

Great location to enjoy all that Sanibel has to offer from the beach to the wildlife to the restaurants and shopping. Property is perfect for 4 people who love to spend time on the beach and at the pool. Easy from start to finish.

Beautiful property with great beach
I liked that this property was on a less busy section of the beach. Due to the makeup of the sandbar boats did not anchor off shore which meant less crowding and less radio noise. There was great shelling walking towards Sanibel Arms Resorts. Grounds were well manicured. Never used the pool but others did. Liked that the condo had a cooler, wagon, beach umbrella, and an assortment of beach chairs. Ice maker in fridge. Plenty of bedding and towels. We hope to stay here again soon!!

Spring Trip... Happy 60th
The property on Sanibel was above and beyond my expectations. The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient to restaurants and small stores. The beach was a stone throw's away and the pool was warm and well-maintained. upon checking in, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Perfect vacation getaway!
We had a wonderful stay at Sandalfoot! The property is well kept up with lovely landscaping and clean grounds. Our condo was cute and perfect for our needs. It is steps away from the ocean which is the best part of the whole experience. Every time I went to the front office to ask a question about island attractions or to inquire about something we needed they were super kind and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! We didn't want to leave.

Great time at Sandal Foot
Our family had a great time in the unit at Sandlefoot. Barb had everything we needed in the unit to enjoy our stay. The pool was super close and it was just a short walk to the beach. I even kayaked beside two dolphin one afternoon. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the lighthouse. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the property was nice and clean close to the beach.

Just what we needed
It was a great stay even during an unseasonably chilly time. The screened in balcony was great with young children and the amenities and proximity to the beach was fabulous. I would go back and recommend!

Great Island Life Condo!
This condo at Sandlefoot is perfect if you want a laid back island vacation! The Gulf and pool are right outside your door and in your view. The condo is well equipped with beach toys , tennis racquets, beach chairs, etc. and the kitchen is also well equipped. Just grab some groceries and settle in! You can rent bikes from the property office and bike to the light house or almost anything on Periwinkle Drive.

Great stay
The bed in the master was extremely comfortable. The screen porch, though hot on July days, was a good place to sit with an iced coffee. The living area is comfortable and the TV worked with our lap top- a first!
The kitchen is well equipped, and small. The bathrooms are ok.

Perfect Location, Perfect Place for Family Relaxation!
We absolutely loved our Sandalfoot Condo. It was comfortable and beachy. We had everything we could need for a relaxing stay. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, grills, pool and a short walk to Lighthouse beach, Lighthouse Cafe and Grandma Dot's. Just a great family vacation. Barb was excellent too and kept in touch, making sure we had everything we needed. Just great! Would definitley stay again!!

Amazing condo stay with steps to the beach!
Our family of 6 loved everything about this beautiful condo! The condo was exactly as described, very clean and well stocked and so close to the beach! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our week on the island and allowed us to just unwind and enjoy all the amazing memories made! The mattresses are very comfortable, fans provided were helpful and the beach chairs and accessories were an added bonus. We can’t thank you enough for sharing this condo with us and for the recommendations of restaurants close by. Exceptional stay!!!! ☀️

Loved every moment, it was a get away and I will be bringing my family back.
Everything was clean and well stocked, didn't need to bring anything but food and a bath suit. Pool was nice and warm and the beach was beautiful. Can't wait to visit again!

Great holiday in Sanibel
Sandalfoot is in great beachfront convenient location. I like that the complex is not too large. Our condo had amazing view of gulf and sunrise daily. Love the king bed in master bedroom!!
Lots of handy random amnesties in the unit. Ie bug spray, boogie board, cooler. Also very nice and vast supply of cookware available.
I think my only complaint is that you have to rent bikes, where they have been included (free) at other condos where we ha e stayed on the island.

Just Right
We live in Florida and wanted a long weekend to explore Sanibel & Captiva. Everything was well maintained. Very clean condo, property and pool. Beach was accessible and condo well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Rented bikes one day at the office. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Sandlefoot.

Nice clean condo.
I felt very mislead about the washer and dryer in the listing , it wasn’t specified that the washer and dryer were on the second floor and were shared. You also could only used them between 8am and 8pm. We pack very lightly and would have packed differently had this been specified. When we arrived the air wasn’t working but after notifying the property manager they had someone there to fix it with in 30 minutes! Everything else about the condo was lovely. It was very clean , well maintained and fully equipped with beach toys and chairs . The kitchen was nice and all of the appliances were in nice working condition. We enjoyed our stay but won’t return only because we need a washer and dryer in the unit .

We stayed here for a week in July. The location is perfect with a very short walk to the beach and the pool. The condo has lots of beach toys, beach chairs and plenty of games for families. We would stay here again.

Awesome place
My High School girlfriends and I visited Sanibel Island and stayed at Barbara’s place. It was everything she said. Clean, bright, walking distance to the pool and beach. We had an awesome time. I would rent her place again. My friends would too. Thanks so much for making our reunion a wonderful experience. Memories to cherish !!!
