This lovely home sits in a quiet cul-de-sac and features two decks to enjoy the Gulf views. Downstairs is a shaded area perfect for entertaining, complete with picnic table, grill, basketball hoop and hammock.
This house is pet-friendly and offers a fenced in patio that is perfect for your four-legged friends.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was located within very easy walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet with a grocery store and restaurants near by.
The house was comfortable and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was better than expected. Remote. The views of the water are everywhere. The house was clean and spacious. If you go, you will be tempted to walk straight to the beach. if so, the neighbor (the house in front) will tell you to get off their property. The actual access to the beach is three houses down. You will see a sign for beach public access. once we figured that out, the beach was easy to get to. The drive into town is a pleasant one and about 20 minutes from the house. We will book again.

Just right for our get-together! Room for arts and crafts that I brought for my granddaughters to do when not playing in the gulf. (The girls loved playing in the water AND after dark taking small nets and flashlights to the beach to hunt for speedy sand crabs! (Everyone had a lit of laughs).

We had a great time at the beach this past week despite the rain everyday. Lots of room for everyone who joined us. Great fun for the fenced backyard for the dog!

Grace and her husband are amazing people who helped us no matter what happened! The house has an amazing view and the inside of the home was so clean and maintained (the outside needs TLC) the acess to the beach was just a few steps from the house! And me, my husband and our 2 kiddos and dogs throughly enjoyed ourselves, we will definitely be renting again!

Grace and her husband are amazing people who helped us no matter what happened! The house has an amazing view and the inside of the home was so clean and maintained (the outside needs TLC) the acess to the beach was just a few steps from the house! And me, my husband and our 2 kiddos and dogs throughly enjoyed ourselves, we will definitely be renting again!

I had my own beach house for 14 years on this street and my parents owned this house early 90s. It’s the perfect location and very comfortable! We had a ball!!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. The inside has been updated but the outside needs some repairs and paint. We stayed about 10 days and discovered many things that need repair!! It is listed to sleep 10 but that would require 4 people in a bunk bed with a trundle. We found the room too small for 4 people. Since I did not have a full house, it was not a problem for us. This room would be fine for children. It comfortable sleeps 8. Overall we had a wonderful time and the location is AWESOME!!

It was a challenge to cook with what was provided in the kitchen but we brought foil and plastic utensils and made due. We did find a great restaurant called Nate’s within walking distance! All in all we had a great time and there was plenty of room but I would have picked a different property if I had known about some of the issues we had beforehand.

The listing does show a fence on the property however, at the time of our stay the fence was down due to a recent storm. The fence was a large attraction for us to book because of our dog. The down fence made our stay a little bit of a challenge but we managed! Highly recommend this property & look forward to booking again in the future.

The fenced in backyard was great for our puppy. It was super close to walk to the beach and the views were awesome. We enjoyed the top deck off the master. Nice kitchen and baths. We will definitely stay here again.

Enter through downstairs hallway where you can leave all your beach and other stuff. Living areas & 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. Main bedroom and bath on 3rd floor with rooftop deck. Nicely supplied and decorated.
