This newly restored casita features two dens, two baths, two bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious, making this the ideal casita for two couples just looking to get away! For those extra guests, take advantage of the queen size pull out sofa located in the den. The kitchen has two separate seating areas, one for six people and a private breakfast nook with a cocktail round for two. Boasting hardwood floors, beautiful adobe walls, working kiva fireplace, original viga beam ceilings, decorated with Santa Fe style furnishing, you won’t want to miss this 12
00 square foot home! One bath has a Jacuzzi tub, and the other a walk in shower. Both baths are located just off the bedrooms. French doors can separate the two bedrooms giving each their own private den. Skylights and ceiling fans in nearly every room, central air and radiant heat, flat screen TV, Washer/Dryer and complimentary wireless internet access. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed so this casita will sleep four comfortably; six if you use the pull out. Private patio located in back of the casita with two entrances! Complimentary parking just in front of your casita. You can park your car and walk to the plaza in minutes or to the brand new Railyard.

Short walking distance to Historic Santa Fe was perfect! The property was ok but could use some painting and the sofa in main area needs replacing or a very good cleaning. Mary Ann was excellent to work with on this property.

The accommodations were excellent, the space was clean, there were great amenities, the location is great, and we had a great time all the way around! When I visit SF and need a place for more than just me, I would defintely return to this casita!

Four of us had the great pleasure to stay in the casita called Sherrie's Place. It was wonderful! Beautifully adorned, comfortable, with everything you could want. Mary Ann was so helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend this casita which has two bedrooms, two baths. I have no doubt you will love it, too.

This was the first time bringing my family to Santa Fe and we had an outstanding experience! Some of our extended family stayed in the property connected to this one and we had everything we needed including excellent proximity to downtown… Within walking distance!

The property has everything you'd need. The shower in the one bathroom is very small and the bathroom with the jetted tub had a moldy smell which should be addressed. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property.

Great layout and walking distance to main shops and restaurants. I LOVED the guest information book put together by the owner- so much information and tips for a great trip! There was a miscommunication at check in, but it was handled nicely.

We rally enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe and the location of this Casita was the best. Walking distance to great restaurants and the rail yard made it most enjoyable. Plenty of room for all four of us and the baby. Mary Ann was very helpful and communicated well. The private patio in the back was awesome we used it every chance we got!

This was the perfect place for a two night stop in NM. Enjoyed the patio area with our dogs. Our family enjoyed our stay and time in Santa Fe. We loved that this place is pet friendly. We walked up the road to the Italian restaurant and enjoyed our first dinner out, all while feeling safe since the pandemic started a year ago. Thanks for the hospitality.

When we saw ac we felt somewhat disappointed when it turned out to be a swamp cooler. You might want to make that clear to those who don't live in your part of of our country. Otherwise it was good.

Very unexpected find , at an amazing value , would give this place a 5 star rating . Romantic , quaint , serene fireplace. All in a nice neighborhood close to the square . Had a spacious and luxurious feel to it and the decor was elegant yet had a warm southwest culture . One of my best Vrbo stays ever .

Nice place that is short walking distance to downtown. Loved the Santa Fe decor. Responsive and very nice property manager. Do check out the Piano Man at Vanessie’s Italian restaurant (very close by). He is amazing! Wish the house had a medium frying pan with a long handle! Otherwise, the kitchen had everything. I scrambled eggs and fried bacon in a shallow pan that wasn’t ideal.

Nice 2-Bdr casita that is an easy walk to the plaza and many restaurants. Just a short drive to Canyon Road. Unit is comfortable and well-appointed to sit in the kitchen or living room to talk (couch and chairs very comfortable relax after and evening out). Very nice for the price.
