This wonderful 950 square foot casita features a large living area, two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The kitchen is spacious, making this the ideal casita for larger families or groups. The living area features a breakfast bar that spills into the den area where guests can gather to enjoy good company and a nice meal. The sofa sleeper opens up to a queen size bed.The upstair bedroom has a queen size bed, and a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy a quiet evening and after a busy day in Santa Fe! Great location close to everything! Our stay was great just wished it was a little bit cleaner. Nothing major just some more dusting and bathroom TLC. If you want to be within walking distance to everything stay here for a quiet and comfortable stay.

This charming and comfortable casita checked all the boxes! Spacious, clean, comfy, two bedrooms and 2 baths and a full kitchen. Wi-Fi was decent, but a little slow a few times. Location was great - a short walk to the Santa Fe Plaza, many nearby shops and restaurants. The owner left good information and contacted me In advance to see if I had any questions. I would stay here again!!! Thank you for the all around great stay.

Great location to take in the sites😀 we enjoyed the fireplace. Pinion wood was easy to pick up at the near by grocery store. Everything was convenient and enjoyable.

Casita F was such a nice place to stay! It was exceptionally well-stocked with kitchen stuff - even a working crock pot. Plenty of comfortable pillows, a nice fireplace, good heating controls. And the host is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

This was great location to walk all over downtown Santa Fe. The rental fit our needs to a T. Decorated to fit the south west theme of Santa Fe. A cute function place. Would stay again.

Rental property is good. Host, Mary Ann, is very helpful and gives detailed instructions. Great communication. Stairs up to the bedrooms are a bit steep, but no problem for me. Clean, no bad odors, AC worked great, all good. Pet friendly, yet no signs of pets in the rental. Easy walk to the Plaza which is really convenient. Five stars all the way around for me.

Everything was wonderful! Very cute and homey. We did our laundry, we cooked breakfast twice, everything worked great! Pullout bed was very comfortable as were the beds upstairs. We’d stay again! My ONLY critique would be maybe a more comfortable seating area out front. Thanks Mary Ann for a great stay and being so helpful!

We overnighted in Santa Fe on the way back to Colorado from Arizona. We wanted to enjoy the Plaza area for this brief stop. A short walk to the Plaza allowed us to enjoy meals at La Fonda and Plaza Cafe before we took off. This casita was clean and cozy and met our needs perfectly. The host gracious and friendly, and was able to answer questions about the property and location as we approached Santa Fe. We would use this location again, for sure!

This casita is in the perfect location! Super cute and easily walkable. My family (husband + 3 young kiddos) walked all-around town every day. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans for making meals, and the bedrooms were perfect for our group. I would definitely look to stay here again if we come back through Santa Fe.

The casita itself met expectations. Loved the location. Unfortunately the property was not as clean as it should have been. The bath tub and bathroom sink were not clean and the bath mat looked dirty. The floors were not clean particularly near the baseboards. As we take off our shoes in a house our socks were quite dirty especially the kids. I assumed hair shampoo would be provided as is the case in other vacation rentals but it was not.
