La ubicación y la decoración de las habitaciones. La zona común era cómoda

El aire acondicionado no se podía regular en la habitación, gavia frío y no había manta para taparse por la noche. Tampoco había escobilla en el baño

Stunning in every way

The decor was stunning! So close to the sea and shops and restaurants. Beautiful outdoor shared area and super cosy room! Absolutely in awe in the decorations and the vibe. Will be back!

Vil du ha det billigst mulig i sentrum, er dette plassen- komforten er deretter.

Sentralt og billig Kjekt med kjøleskap!

Slet med å finne nøkkelen, det var kaldt vann i dusjen, (sa i fra og de skulle sjekke det, men skjedde ingenting) Dårlig rengjøring på kjøkken (ikke komfyr) glassdør inn til badet - måtte ha lyset på for å få noe ventilasjon i rommet, noe som førte til at jeg måtte sove med lys på, ellers ble det får dårlig luft! Ekstremt lytt fra naboer og smell i dører, knirkete seng, dårlig dyne/teppe - fikk vondt i ryggen. ingen aircondition - tør ikke tenke på hvor varmt det blir her om sommeren! Det var heller ingen sol som kom inn på uteplassen. Ellers ingen rengjøring eller nye håndklær under oppholdet på en uke.

Fantastic location, a good base for exploring and getting out and about in Alicante

Location is fantastically convenient with marina and beach and fantastic bars and restaurants close by. Plenty of space in the room and the shared kitchenette and courtyard would be great for lots of people.

Curtains transparent which meant street lights visible all night. Struggled to get hot water for showers. Bathroom had a glass sliding door with minimal decoration/disguise so if you used the loo your partner could see if they were walking around the room, and people could see into the bathroom from the buildings opposite. We had to leave the light off! No staff during our stay so better for independent travellers.

Very good

The room was clean with adequate size. The location was amazing, it was close to the beach, to grocery stores and to restaurants. Everything was clean and even though it was shared apartment (4 separated rooms in total) there was enough things like plates, cups etc. for everyone.

The bed was uncomfortable. It makes lot of noise and even little bit of movement was enough to hear it. There was only hot water in the shower, which could be a bit of problem in these hot days. Also water had a weird smell.

Great location, spacious rooms but would've preferred individual air conditioning and TV

Spacious room and bathroom in a great location

The air conditioning was controlled centrally for all 4 apartments rather than in the individual room. When it was on at a high level the fan was noisy for sleeping. I got up and turned it down early in the morning and it was ok then. No TV or safe.

a good break DESPITE the inhospitable host and dirty kitchen with lack of facilities

the location

the unfriendliness of the person who met us, almost an hour LATE, despite being INSIDE the property before. I had told her we would be there at 2.15pm. we had to stand outside, near a brothel until she decided to show up. The kitchen had no mugs or cups, and the fridge was filthy. the blind in the bathroom was broken, so people across could see in. beware if you stay here.

Room clean and bed very comfortable.

Terrible smell of mold coming from the bathroom, there are various deodorants in the bathroom but they don't help much. The bathroom sink is clogged and as you wash it fills up immediately with water. The wi-fi stopped at 11pm, Since there was no TV in the room, if you watched a film on your smartphone from 11pm you used your data connection. There is no air conditioning. Very dark room because it overlooked the path with buildings around it, therefore very dark as a room

If it wasn't for the location I wouldn't recommend to anyone

Amazing location. Luckily, no others shared the space with us during our stay. Access to a washing machine and cleaning products.

The shower room smelt like bad drains. The bed was very uncomfortable. The main showerhead was unclean and did not work so water would spray at all angles, the hand-held shower would spray fast and the holder did not work so would fall down whilst on. The shower water was cold. The street outside could get very loud early in the morning.

Expensive and uncomfortable

The location is the only good thing about this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The stuff doesn't make you feel welcome. I has hard time to get in contact to find out about my check in. A really bad management & communication for a self-check in. The place was clean but with mold on the shower tiles. The bedroom is minimalistic, but that doesn't mean you cannot leave some extra blankets, specially for cold nights in January. I couldn't sleep because I was freezing at night. Overprized for what offered, I don't recommend and I won't choose it again.

Leaving! In town centre, next to esplanade.

Not an individual apartment as the booking information suggested but room with en suite with access to shared cooking facilities. Client washing and drying facilities used by cleaner. Excessive noise: building works on floor above (apparently, since at least April) and motor bikes in stand outside all night. No sound proofing in rooms and inadequate blinds in bathroom - had to switch light off at night for privacy. Debris from building works on outside space a potential hazard. No staff available to help gain entry, nor did anyone appear at any time throughout stay despite repeated requests. Appears to be in red light street. Toiletries had to be requested.

Very good

Good central location, lovely big, clean comfy room, bathroom and balcony. Shared kitchen facilities, I hadn't realised there would be no cooking facilities which was a bit of a shame. However, the kitchen was good, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge freezer which was fine for a quick breakfast/snack. We would defo return and recommend.

Alicante fantastic, room and location great.

location was great, room and en-suite lovely. Really nice to have use of a kettle too.

noisy neighbours one morning at 5am - not sure if they were very loud or the walls were thin. But from them the room was very peaceful. Shower took a long time to heat up, but great once it did.

Good value but a bit lacking in atmosphere

Clean and spacious with a lovely en-suite bathroom.

it was a bit cold and needed warmer bed linen at this time of year. One section of the mattress was softer than the rest. I didn’t see a soul my entire 2 night stay which was a bit disappointing as i thought as it was a guest house there would be other people around.

The host did NOT show, and we called 30 times, and sent e-Mail no answer. We had to book A New hotel . So we ended up paying for to hotelrooms since we had prepaid at Sunny.

Good location. Spacious rooms. No Wi-Fi or data coverage.

The house has a kitchen and washing machine, which made it more comfortable.

There were no Wi-Fi and the mobile data didn’t work as there is very poor coverage. That was frustrating.

The gave us a precise time to meet at the property for us to have to wait around and then receive a message with check in instructions.
