The two bedrooms are on the second floor, and each boasts its own bathroom. The ground floor is where you'll find the living, dining and laundry. Walk out the front door of the house to see the majestic Patterson Park facing you. This is one of the most gorgeous urban park in our entire nation. It is a pet paradise and kids love the massive playground and duck pond right across the street.

After a long day exploring Baltimore's many wonders, you'll enjoy retreating onto the back patio to grill out, enjoy the private hot tub or just hang out with the people you love. This home is where hundreds of families have made lifelong memories over the years.

For parents of little ones, baby gates, high chair, pack n play, baby bowls/spoons and an awesome basement arcade are provided. Across the street is a pond with ducks, frogs and herons as well as a sprawling multi-tiered playground that delights children of all ages. Baltimore's most popular ice cream shop is just down the block.

Well-behaved canine children are also warmly welcomed at this home. Prior approval is required, and additional fees and ground rules apply.

In terms of sleeping arrangements, the master bedroom has a California king bed. The guest bedroom has a full-size bed, and any additional sleepers would be on one of several quality air mattresses, or on the oversize LoveSac or sofa downstairs. Enough bedding is provided to accommodate up to 10 guests.

When you need a supermarket, you'll find a very large Safeway less than 10 mins on foot and a Whole Foods just a mile down the street. You're walking distance to everything - the amazing bars and restaurants of Fells Point, Canton square and the waterfront that connects them as well as Johns Hopkins Hospital and Schools of Nursing/Public Health/Medicine.

I recommend walking everywhere for the true Baltimore experience. But for those who bring cars, street parking is free and widely available. Major bus lines to the Inner Harbor/downtown area stop less than a block away. Uber and Lyft are ubiquitous.
