The house was immaculately clean! The kitchen had everything you could need from pots, pans, spices, and appliances. It was incredible to be able to take stairs down to the beach. The hot tub and fire pit were really fun too! We had a perfect family vacation there!

We were told that we would be "pampered" upon arrival. It had been advertised that the property manager, Alice, would check us in personally and give us a short tour. I texted her with our arrival time. When we got to the house I had to call to get the code for the front door.
Then I had to call to find out how to access the extra room/rooms next to the garage. Then I had to call to get the wi-fi password.....it was not displayed where Alice told me it should be.
The next day the water filter had to be changed which meant I had to call again. It was changed but the fridge never reset itself and continued to beep.
It was very warm in the house when we arrived and we attempted to run the AC. It does not work, the compressor, which is located outside, never turned on.
The jacuzzi did not work properly until a maintenance person came and fixed whatever the problem was. I did not even bother to call about that.
We wanted to use the fire pit. I had text asking if there was another propane tank. Yes, in the pantry! It should have already been hooked up!!!
Then I had to ask how to turn it on ...meaning where is the knob to turn so that gas can flow from the tank to the pit. My son found it in a draw in the entry way.
Then there was no lighter fluid in the lighter!!!
We had to search for the garbage and recycle cans!!!
Communication via e-mail was horrible. However, I cannot get into any details because I am almost out of characters. Send me an e-mail if you care to find out.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Brookings! The views were absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. Additionally, the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked dinners while taking in the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation!

This home is absolutely fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect location to explore or just enjoy the spectacular view or walk down to the beach. Our family had the best time! Will definitely stay again.

This home is fabulous! It has everything you could possibly need. The beds were all very comfortable. There was plenty of comfortable seating for all of us and nothing less than wonderful views from every window. The kitchen was very well appointed with all the utensils we needed. We happily cooked our meals so we could hang out by the fire pit on the deck. We will stay here again.

Everything was top notch, very clean, quiet and comfortable with room for our extended family. Full kitchen with everything you need. Just steps from the beach, with great ocean views from the patio. This was a great home in Brookings.
Please check the separate rental agreement the Property Management Company will send you. The Property Management did not provide access information prior to our arrival, and required that they meet us in person at the property for access. Not specified in the rental agreement is that the Property Management Company wanted the primary renter (VRBO profile the property was booked under) to be the first to arrive. We had extended family coming from different areas, all meeting in Brookings for the Thanksgiving Holiday. As I was the primary renter, the Property Management Company did not want to let the other family members into the property even though they arrived before me (I had an 8 hour drive and was delayed). The Property Management eventually relented and let the first to arrive into the property, but this was an unnecessary hassle.

The house was very beautiful, clean, and spacious. The windows in the living room provide amazing views of the beach and ocean. We enjoyed spending lots of time watching boats coming and going from port and even spotted a sea lion swimming. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. It was great to have private access down to the beach. Remember to bring a head lamp to navigate the steps at night. Great vacation spot and we hope to be back!

Four adults came to Brookings for a staff retreat and easy access to the Redwoods. Day Dreaming accommodated us very comfortably, each with our own bedroom. The beds were superb, the kitchen well stocked, the entire house was spotless, and the decor tasteful. We'd certainly stay here again.

We LOVED the view!! And it was SO sweet to have beach access! The kitchen was very well supplied. It was close to stores, yet it did not feel like you were in town. It was peaceful and comfortable. It was perfect for our group of 7 adults.
We were surprised that the separated bedroom/bathroom was not connected to the main house-not a big deal for us but for families with children it would be.
Also, the poles on the deck were quite wobbly-should be replaced (we were told about this).

We really enjoyed our stay! Nice to get away from the smoke in Medford. Plenty of room in the house to spread out. Loved the split king Tempurpedic mattress in the downstairs King bedroom.

The property is exactly as described and worked so well for us - 2 couples (supposed to be 3 but we had a last minute cancellation). Communication was prompt and check-in was a breeze. All if us agreed that it was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen in a rental. You’ll want for nothing. The views were amazing and the marina a short walk away. We’d happily stay here again. 😊

Had an absolutely wonderful stay, especially since our family loves the ocean. Being able to sleep with the windows open and hearing the waves was better than any sound machine lulling you to sleep. The family had a great time. The beach house is very relaxing. The weather/temperature in Brookings is very cool so it makes for an awesome getaway from the summer heat. The stairs that access the beach make it very convenient to access anytime. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The beach house is decorated very well with inspirational messages throughout. Highly recommend!

The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The beach is wonderful and everyone in the family enjoyed going down the access stairs and spending time down there. Home is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The kitchen has every gadget, appliance, and utensil you could want or need. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. So many amenities, couldn’t have asked for a better location.

We LOVE this house! Just finished our 4th time at Day Dreamin and will book it again. We were surprised by some amazing upgrades and remodel. The owners have such a wonderful attention to detail, and the house is always in excellent shape when we arrive. So thankful to find such a gem on the coast!
