Great location with safe parking off site for hire car.

Excellent customer service support. Many messages with links to all sorts of local information, and how it works when doctors or medicines were required which the promptness was much appreciated.

Tutto impeccabile!

Posizione a 5 minuti dalla stazione ottima per raggiungere le Cinque Terre ma anche centrale per visitare La Spezia o uscire a cena la sera. Camera pulitissima e ben equipaggiata tra frigo e macchinetta del caffè Nespresso con capsule omaggio. Checkin automatizzato e veloce e abbiamo gradito molto le informazioni e guide. Staff pulizie molto gentile. Gestione ben oltre le aspettative, consigliata!

la camera affaccia su una via trafficata e pertanto se apri le finestre è rumorosa, tuttavia la camera è ben insonorizzata.

Modern, clean and huge with personal touches.

The room was very spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. It was also perfectly located for the Cinque Terre. The support from Delia was great and we even got a little gift from thd Glam team.

We didn't love La Spezia itself but the apartment was so nice we could spend time there when the weather was poor. We can't fault the actual accomodation.

Wonderfully appointed apartment in a central location.

The space was wonderful, plenty of room to relax and enjoy La Spezia and Cinque Terra. It was secure Amal’s central.

The wifi was a bit hit and miss but it didn’t impact us greatly.

the room was modern, clean and spacious for 3 people to stay! the communications with staff were straight forward and they were very helpful. excellent location for the train station to get to cinque terre!

I had a wonderful stay at Glam Resort GHOSTEL. The staff was incredibly kind, available and responsive via WhatsApp from the time I made the reservation until I checked out. The room was clean, modern and very confortable. The location is perfectly near the train station, which makes it easy to get to Cinque Terre. I highly recommend this hotel!
