Welcome to the Top of Calypso! Come and discover this inviting and well appointed penthouse level condominium. It's a perfect place for anyone looking for all of the conveniences of home, with the amenities of a hotel.

By renting with us, you will find yourself immersed in the heart of Panama City Beach. Centrally located, we are just steps away from the Pier Park outdoor lifestyle center. The Calypso is also the closest beach complex to Frank Brown Park and the summer amphitheater.

The views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the condo balcony are breathtaking! You'll enjoy the privacy and the 10 foot ceiling height only found on the top floor condominiums. With the doors wide open, all you hear are the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves lapping on the beach below. It's the perfect retreat for a fabulous getaway.

We know you’ll be pleased with the sleeping arrangements for up to five people. You’ll find a private master bedroom with a comfortable king sized Westin Heavenly bed for the adults, and a spacious built in bunk bed area with memory foam mattresses for the kids. It’s always possible to pull out the queen sized sofa bed and spend a night dozing away for any additional guests when the light blocking draperies are pulled closed too.

Your favorite quality appointments are found throughout the condominium. It is professionally furnished with decorator quality furniture, an upscale kitchen, and a lovely balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico from the living area. You’ll find extras including well appointed linens, designer faucets, granite counter tops, six panel doors, and stainless steel appliances. We always continue to update our condominium to ensure the best standards are maintained.

When you're ready to leave the condo and venture downstairs, you'll find an exercise room, lounging area, and vending machines. On the pool deck you can stop by the beautiful tiki bar which has refreshments and snacks available during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. There are also two very large 175' free form pools with one of them heated seasonally.

Out on the beach, you'll enjoy the convenient on site beach service where you can rent jet skis, parasail, take banana boat rides, and more. When you're finished enjoying the fabulous beach and pools, you can head out to all of the great local restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby in Pier Park. You don’t even need a car!

If you prefer to stay in, relax in the condo and take in a movie. Maybe you'd like to browse the internet on your laptop with our free secured high speed wi-fi internet connection.

The calypso is a great place to spend a week. Traveled with family and this place is awesome. The location is absolutely convenient for walking to restaurants and shops. Pier Park is a five minute walk. This place is close to everything you need including a Walmart right around the corner about a five minute drive. Beach was beautiful and the water was amazing, very clear for snorkeling. We will stay again next year for sure. We have traveled to Panama City beach many times and this is the best place we have ever stayed.

This condo was one of the best we have stayed in at the Calypso Towers. Would 110% book here again (and hopefully will!) We had a minor hiccup with a clogged drain but the owner gave it her immediate attention and it was repaired the very next day. (It was late in the evening when discovered but a plumber was there first thing to get us fixed up.) The unit was clean and comfortable; fireworks on the 4th were absolutely stunning from the balcony. If you’re on the fence about booking this unit, don’t be - it will be worth it!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was so clean and stocked with all the things to truly make it feel like home. Jennifer was so easy reach and was made our stay a breeze! It was our first time to Florida and I am so glad we chose to stay there.

The property we stayed in was beautiful, very clean and perfectly located within walking distance of the pier and Pier Park. We got into town early and the mgr was nice enough to allow early check in however once we got there, we had to wait 15 minutes to get a luggage cart, and hours for an elevator to get luggage to the room and to get the cart back. Nothing was organized, wayyy too many people checking in at the same time and what we thought was going to be a great relaxing afternoon turned into a stressful, hot, irritating process and by the time we got into our condo we just walked across the street for dinner instead of exploring the area, felt like we lost an entire day of our rental.

I have stayed in several different units at the Calypso over the years. With the exception one one all have been good experiences, but I have to say this unit is the best of the best. It is clean and well maintained with the added benefit of the 23rd floor view.

Perfect! If i was to use one word to describe the home and the location it would be perfect! It was very clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed. In addition to being an amazing property its location lends itself to not needing a car or not having to use it too often. It is within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Thanks for an amazing stay!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and had the best views. Jennifer was so responsive anytime we had a question - typically responsed in 15 minutes or less. We liked the option to walk to restaurants and shopping and only drove twice the entire week - although the only downside was that this area is more crowded than other areas in PCB. All in all we enjoyed our week away for fall break and highly recommend this condo!

There are no words to describe how amazing this property is. The view is stunning, the place is clean, and the entire condo is quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the couch is perfect for a afternoon nap. You can tell that this place is well kept up, loved, and set up for guest in mind. I was pleasantly surprised that the beach chairs were included in the property stay. The pier is only .02 miles away with a gorgeous walk along the beach. Literally everything is within walking distance. The location is the best. The only downside is that the AC return is a little loud and the TV is a little older with no apps on it. But, that isn’t anything at all that would detour me from coming back. In fact, I’ll be booking for next year very soon. This is going to become the place for our yearly trip and will be the first of many back to this condo.

This is our 2nd visit to PCB and Calypso, we love it! Jennifer's condo is always neat and clean, has all the amenities needed for a comfortable, home-like feeling and we have very much enjoyed our stay last year and this year. We went for a short family getaway and then a dance competition around the Edgewater area. We had great instructions to find the condo and parking. The location is great with easy access to Pier Park and a Walmart. There is a quick mart/cafe/coffee&donuts place that we realized serves breakfast,lunch, and dinner etc. This also serves room service or to go orders and is attached around the base of the parking area. We were able to walk to Pier Park and enjoy food, dip n dots, and the Skywheel. (Pier Park is more family friendly during the afternoon and early evening.) The adults were able to enjoy a few fun cocktails from the poolside bar. The kids were excited to push the last button on the elevator every time and the bunk beds. Being on the top floor had an added benefit of being quiet along with a stunning view.**It was very easy to see the beach flag status daily as it is right in sight ** We were able to see a bit of sealife from there and determine water conditions every morning. The condo had plenty of games to play and things to cook with. We borrowed a few sand toys and pool noodles that have been left for use of others :) The condo is very well maintained and relaxing. Thanks for having us!

The property is all you would want in a Gulf Front condo. Very comfortable with fine finishes. The view is spectacular. We liked it very much. The owner is very sweet and easy to work with. However, the unit directly beneath me was being renovated. Durning our stay we had to leave the place during the day. Between 8-5 pm there was jackhammering, concert sanders, hammer and chisels then there was the tile saw. I would come back, but I would check the work happening with the Calypso HOA first.
