Over-sized beach front condo with remodeled 3BD/3BA, just steps from our beautiful South Padre Beach. Panoramic views of the blue ocean, once inside you will notice the spacious wraparound balcony of our corner unit where you can spend endless hours enjoying the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our master bedroom has ocean views and a private on-suite bathroom, a large living area, open kitchen with pantry, laundry room with full size washer & dryer and TV’s in living and all bedrooms. Ocean Vista Towers is centrally located on South Padre Island just a few blocks from everything. This twelve-story condominium complex is located on the beachfront, and all units face the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It features 2 pools, hot tub, tennis court, playground, private boardwalk access to the beach and gated parking.

The owners of Ocean Vista Towers #307 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. One parking space inside the gate but never under the covered garage and one space outside the gate in front of the building. Golf carts should park outside. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the south side ot the parking lot or in the trash chute located on the same floor of the condo. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.
7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is NOT included.
8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
9. Absolutely, no hanging of garments or towels to dry on the balcony railings.
10. The green umbrellas you see at the beach are privately owned. Please do not seat on any of them.
11. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.
Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.
Note: The owners of this property will not allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

This is our third stay with Ocean Vista/Blue Ocean Vacation. "Wall of Windows" is an open concept kitchen, dining and living space showcasing a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sunrises are the jewel of Ocean Vista Condos. "Wall of Windows" kitchen is well stocked for preparing family dinners, plenty of seating for dining and family entertainment. Bedrooms are large and comfortable, three full baths means there's never a wait for showers after beach or pool time, washer and dryer are a bonus. We enjoyed the oversized, spacious patio/balcony but mostly my 11 month old granddaughter with plenty of area to roam in her walker. Absolutely cant't wait to get back to Ocean Vista Condos nxt summer : )

This property is in a great location. It was close to multiple bar and grills that are only a short walk away. The property was well maintained. It is nice that is right on the beach so can enjoy either the ocean or the pool which is just steps away. The unit provides everything you need. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and having a refrigerator that had an ice maker was underrated so I didn’t have to go buy bags of ice all the time. The views from the living space and balcony was impressive. Washer and dryer in the unit was also a great perk. Overall a very nice place. You seriously only need to bring your clothes and cash. Everything else is ready for you. Great job Rosa for making it easy on your guests

The property was exactly as advertised. Excellent location right on the beach. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Owners were quick to respond when we couldn't get into the condo which was due to my error in not reading the instructions carefully. Would definitely stay again.

As we walked in the door, the view through the wall of windows took our breath away. The next thing that caught our attention was how spotlessly clean it was. The place is beautifully furnished with comfy beds and seating. The kitchen is well stocked and chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach are provided. My friends and I were very happy and satisfied with our relaxing stay at this amazing property. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this property. It is perfectly located on a beautiful stretch of beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants. Perfect size for a trip with family and kids. Definitely the place to go if you want to an easy or quick trip to the beach.

I booked this condo for our family vacation. We used to be from the valley and it was the perfect location for family and friends to come visit my wheelchair bound mother. Everything was great until one of the bathrooms had a leak from the ceiling. Things happen, but I wish I had gotten some kind of refund for the lack of use of that bathroom and the inconvenience of having people in and out of the condo while on vacation.

We have been coming to South Padre Island for years and love to spend many weekends during the summer out at the beach. We have stayed in many other places until we found this condo. It is now the only place we stay! It is wonderful. Spacious condo for our family. Clean, well decorated, and stocked with everything you need. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. Love everything about the condo. The view is amazing (corner condo). Property has pools, hot tub, and playground. Not overcrowded. Perfect place to see everything. We could watch our teens (13 & 14 yrs) in the pool, hot tub, and on the beach from our balcony or from inside the condo. The condo has everything you need to cook. It had beach toys, beach towels and chairs. We took our own beach tent, but they did have some beach umbrellas we didn’t use. We were able to wash and dry our clothes and towels, which was a lifesaver. The only thing I wish it had was a handheld vacuum. It did have a broom and dust pan and a large vacuum, but a handheld would have been more convenient and used quite a bit. They also have a box fan!! We brought our own (it’s the only in way we can sleep), but had we known we wouldn’t have. Never had to wait long for the elevator. Owners checked in with us by text and email to make sure we had everything we needed. We only had four people this trip, but it sleeps 8 comfortably. Plenty of pillows and blankets. A/C was cool the whole time. Restaurants and stores close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

We have been to SPI 3 times and this is by far the best unit we have stayed in! Not only was the place amazing with a great view, but the hosts were exceptional communicators! Traveling from out of state with 3 kids under 6 can be a challenge. The hosts had a pack n play and high chair for us, with was super helpful! We will be coming back!

PERFECT WEEK AWAY!
Ocean Vista Towers (and specifically Unit 307) did NOT disappoint! We have stayed at this condo for multiple summer vacations and NO DOUBT we will be back in the future. We started coming to SPI with my in-laws years ago. Now, as grandparents of our own, we come with our kids and our granddaughter. The condo has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a beach getaway - even beach gear so that you could bring the minimum. Clean and well-kept property with easy access to the beach - FIVE STARS!!!

Very nice condo. Beach towels and chairs were a nice touch. Thoroughly equipped kitchen was wonderful. There is a musty smell right when you walk in the door that should be addressed. Smells like old water in a drain (maybe from washing machine?) but it does not affect the interior. Couch in living room is hard as a rock and not comfortable. Beds were good, View is fantastic! Overall it was a beautiful stay!

This place was amazing!! Accommodated my family perfectly even down to my infant. Handles issues quickly! Messaged to let them know we could not find the pack and play, and they brought a new one faster than expected! View was spectacular. Location was everything. Wonderful place, with a few disappointments
Our family of grown siblings and souses had a great time at this very well designed, equipped and located condo. However, a few problems prevent us from giving it a five star rating, which it otherwise deserves.
First, the problems. Parking is tight, and this is to be expected. Only one vehicle per condo inside the fence, no problem. Since we had rented #307, I parked in spot with a sign that said 307. I found out later by text that this is not allowed, as the owner had sublet this spot to someone else. In 30+ years of renting condos, this was a first. Seems like it could have been prevented by having a different sign. Next, every morning a group of men put out 6 to 10 very nice umbrellas with beach chairs and the name of the resort on them. One of us asked them about using them, and were told they are first come first serve . Wrong again, these are reserved for actual condo owners, not those of us who rent from condo owners. So we set up somewhere else, and looked over at the mostly unused umbrellas in the best spots. Next, the internet. Wi-Fi worked fine, but in the afternoon it slowed to a crawl. No big deal, except the TVs used streaming, so our Olympic viewing was often unavailable as the rest of the building tried to do what we were doing.
Literally everything else was great. The condo is well designed, with plenty of room for 3 adult couples, and a convenient dedicated bathroom for each couple. This is a big deal, and hard to find. The kitchen was large enough and very well equipped. The dining table sat 6 very comfortably, plus had stool-and-counter space for 4 more. The view was excellent, and took good advantage of the breeze to allow comfortable outside seating in August in South Texas. In addition, as a corner unit, it has a wrap around balcony that made it a breeze (pun intended) for watching evening fireworks. The beds were comfortable, the tv’s were new and plenty large, and there is tons of games and beach equipment for use by the renters. The owners were very easy to work with, as our trip was delayed a full year by COVID: They simply set it back a year for us, no more cost, no hassle. We would definitely stay there again, but would check to see that little annoyances had been rectified.

Very Clean!
Cleanliness ALWAYS makes an impression on me - this place was perfect!!! I've never stayed at a condo that was so clean and comfortable! Our family will definitely stay again! One recommendation that I can make to the owner is to provide some 'chip-clips' :D But if that's the only thing, then that's not bad! Our whole family loved it!
