La posizione è ottima, molto apprezzato il cortile interno con tavolo e sedie a disposizione dei clienti. Un grazie a Salvatore che è stato molto disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.

No entiendo las reseñas positivas de los otros usuarios

La ubicación y el personal de limpieza que era muy agradable y dispuesto

No hubo comunicación fluida con Salvatore, le escribías y te contestaba a las 10 horas (literal). Nos cobró una tasa de 15€ por la limpieza y otra de 18€ de la tasa turistica, sin darnos recibo, ni factura. Teníamos el desayuno incluido y dos días de los tres, el bar donde teníamos que desayunar estaba cerrado y nadie nos avisó. La entrada al edificio estaba sucia y olía mal. La habitación era ruidosa y no tenía ventanas. Además la habitación distaba bastante de las fotos del anuncio. En el baño había un aparato que cada vez q te duchabas o tirabas de la cadena del wc hacia mucho ruido. La bomba de aire tb hacía mucho ruido y en la ducha no hay alcachofa extensible, por lo q cada vez q te duchas, te mojas entera. El plato de ducha está super alto. No hay ni un misero espejo en la habitación, solo uno pequeño en el baño. El armario esta subido a una escalera, tapando una puerta y le habían puesto una espuma detrás en un amago de insonorizarla. Las sábanas estaban manchadas y las almohadas eran super altas y te levantabas con dolor de cuello. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Le foto su booking non rispecchiano esattamente la realtà, camera difficilmente areabile con finestre che danno sul corridoio, acqua calda ad intermittenza, 15€ pulizie finali, informazioni via WhatsApp.

Nada la verdad. Lo único que estaba en el centro histórico, aún así creo que es mejor quedarse por otras zonas.

El apartamento parecía un zulo y no tenía ventanas. Muy muy pequeño, pero bueno, lo peor sin duda era la entrada. El portal está lleno de cubos de basura y huele fatal. Nada recomendable, para no volver. También cuidado con las tasas, porque te las meten dobladas, nos cobraron tasa turística + tasa de limpieza + suplemento por llegar tarde (69€ en total!!).

Más que "sueño", fue pesadilla

Los azulejos del baño y la ubicación.

Al gestor del alojamiento no le vimos el pelo. Las instrucciones (confusas) para abrir nos las dio por wasap cuando llegamos a la misma puerta a media tarde como le habíamos dicho y tras un rato de espera, tras llamarle y no contestarnos por teléfono. Nos envió dos links para entrar, si no tienes internet en el móvil olvídate de poder acceder. De buenas a primeras nos pide 10 euros por la limpieza final de la habitación y cuando le digo que de eso no se dice nada en Booking me dice que sí pero no me pasa la foto para corroborarlo que le pido. El cuartucho solo tiene una mini ventana sobre la puerta, da a un patio de luces donde está la cocina del restaurante de abajo: por el día huele a pescado y a partir del mediodía a fritura. Al final tuvimos que hacer una tercera noche no planeada previamente y nos cambió de habitación volviéndonos a cobrar otros 10 euros por la limpieza de esa noche. Me sentí estafada.

Buena habitación pero precio elevado para lo que ofrece.

La ubicación es lo mejor. El desayuno lo sirven en una cafetería cercana y la limpieza de la habitación.

No tenía ventana la habitación. Se oía bastante el ruido de la calle. Y al no haber personal no puedes dejar las maletas y volver a por ellas.

Una visita a la caótica Nápoles que pudo haber sido más óptima en lo relacionado con el alojamiento

Está situado en un lugar cercano a los sitios de interés de Nápoles y a lugares donde se puede comer bien

Casi ningún contacto con el operador. El acceso a pie desde la estación del tren, largo, difícil y confuso, precisamente por no tener uno quién le aclare. Primer piso, de acceso a la habitación, con cubos de basura y malos olores.

Posto accogliente e molto intimo. Si trova in una posizione strategica che ti permette di avere tutto a portata di mano Salvatore un ragazzo delizioso e sempre a disposizione. Lo terremo presente per una prossima volta

Non manca nulla se non qualche piccolo dettaglio, tipo uno specchio magari attaccato all'anta dell'armadio, una lampadina sullo specchio del bagno...e ultimo qualcosa per poter appendere accappatoi e asciugamani.

Disappointing

Room was clean and comfortable

The area was very dirty outside. We had a late check in and it was very difficult due to us being very tired and no face to face contact. The owner was very demanding for payment of the late check in fee and a cleaning service. I thought that cleaning should have been included in the room cost.

It’s located at the old Naples streets, which are interesting to discover

The worst thing for me is mold. It smells very strong and the air is very wet. An air dryer would be a good thing there. You can’t even open windows at night because of very loud motorbikes riding till very late night. Not a good place to have a comfortavle stay

Misleading pictures, very bad bathroom, services falsely advertised

The location was the only positive thing. In the historical centre, so the access to many locations is easy.

Where to start.... 1) The pictures of the room are misleading. The room itself is very small and there's not much space to move around or place your things. 2) The room has no actual windows, only two ceiling windows that open slightly to a closed area, so no fresh air or natural light and the room is very humid. 3) The bathroom is a disaster. Tiny shower with only ceiling shower head. It's hard to move around, no room to bend, there's mold on the tiles and the first night we were there, the water kept fluctuating from warm to cold and after about 10 minutes it just ran cold. There's a machine connected to the toilet and every time you use water or flush, it makes a very loud noise. 4) The entrance has no sign of the place so it's hard to locate and there are 3 bins, always filled with trash right as walk in. 5) The elevator doesn't work. 6) We never saw the host. The communication wasn't very clear, he avoided questions and even lied to us (he mentioned that he never had a problem with the warm water when one week before another customer had left a review complaining about the cold water.) 7) In their services they included airport shuttle, which we depended on, since we had a very early flight and public transport was unavailable and flagging a taxi is not always easy. When asked, he gave me a number and told me to call them to get a taxi...We don't speak Italian and the taxi agency didn't speak English. We had to ask around to finally find a way to book a very early taxi. The experience in the room was so bad that after one night we decided to book another room in a whole different area. We paid for 3 nights and only stayed one, this place should be avoided.

Pleasant

The apartment was very clean. The host was very nice and provided lots of helpful information on what to do, and even included some breakfast vouchers. When we had issues with the shower he made sure it was fixed the next day.

Cleaning is done everyday but the cleaner showed up without any notice and tried getting into our room while we were asleep. I think there should be some better communication established for the cleaning, that’s made us a bit uncomfortable as we woke up to a man just trying to get into our apartment.

Thought we'd like the area but didn't.

Room was clean and new. Location has lots to do around it, food and shopping, though the shopping wasnt really great. Lots of food places nearby though.

Entrance to area has lots of flies due to garbage cans. AC wasn't working but we're only there for a night and outdoor temp wasn't to hot yet. Reported it to owner next day after we left and he said he'd look into it. Bed and pillows were hard. Bathroom was kinda cramped, ok for a guy but women will complain. Streets all around were littered with trash the next morning. Naples for the night didn't impress.

I arrived at the so called Hotel by Taxi and I was directed to the Hotel eventually after walking up and down for over two hours eventually locating the premises with the help of some local people. When I arrived there was No room that I was promised and paid for. I talked to people in the complex and they said there was no room 2. I tried to contact Salvatore the person I booked with when I could not access the complex but a lady answered the phone and never heard of the hotel. The whole set is very unusual with no reception and nobody there to welcome you. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody as I am still waiting for a refund of my money despite numerous requests. It is a big unorthodox the way this hotel accepts bookings and would not recommend this Hotel to anybody.

The location was perfect - in the Main Street of the city, next to all typical restaurants and small shops which saves you money for transport. The accommodation was comfortable, with all the necessary facilities.

- the apartment is central located, so everywhere was close - breakfast was in coffeeshop near by, so you can experience italian atmosphere sipping your cappuccino in the morning - host left us the map with recommendations, which was really useful

- as I wrote before is central located, so that means there is still noise from the street and you have count with that. The block is open and sometimes I felt like the scooter is driving behind my door, not on the street :) so I you are super sensible to noise and have problems to sleep, maybe not ideal for you.
