Gwarne miasto o wielu twarzach.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Łatwo dojechać z lotniska Alibusem ( wysiadamy na drugim przystanku i potem Via Toledo 20 minut drogi na pieszo z bagażem). W pobliżu kwatery dwie stacje metra Toledo i Dante, postój taxi, przystanek autobusowy i funicular, którą wjechaliśmy chcąc zwiedzić Castel Sant Elmo. Wspomnianą Via Toledo 10-15 minut spacerem dochodzi się do Piazza del Plebiscito z pałacem królewskim, Bazyliką San Francesco di Paola czy teatru San Carlo, Galerii Umberto, a dalej nabrzeże morskie z cudownymi widokami i Castel dell Ovo( aktualnie w remoncie). Ponieważ lubimy zwiedzać wynajęliśmy od właścicielki mniejszy lokal złożony z pokoju i łazienki. Wszystko odnowione, czyste, zadbane z dekoracjami w stylu neapolitańskim. Pokój klimatyzowany, mała lodówka, duże wygodne łóżko, dwa stoliki nocne, dwa krzesła, biurko, wieszak stojący na odzież, duże lustro. W łazience wygodny prysznic, umywalka, bidet, ubikacja, suszarka do włosów, okrągłe duże lustro. Valeria zadbała o odpowiednią ilość różnej wielkości ręczników, papier toaletowy, worki na śmieci. Poza tym dla gości przygotowała mini przewodnik turystyczny po mieście i okolicy, z którego polecamy skorzystać. Kontakt z właścicielką bardzo dobry osobisty i przez WhatsAppa. Jeśli lubisz być w centrum miasta i poznawać jego uroki warto wybrać to miejsce.

Brak kubków, talerzyków, sztućcy ( kupiliśmy w sklepie jednorazówki). Brak możliwości wypożyczenia żelazka.

Fab stay. Lovely helpful host.

Fantastic location for exploring Naples, didn’t realise when we booked that it was going to be so good. Host was so very helpful too which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Superb

Loved the location in Spaccanapoli. Right in the heart of historic Naples. The entrance door was a bit hidden ahem we arrived and we missed it but when we went through and up to the 3rd floor we found a lovely, clean apartment. Valeria was very helpful and communicated well. A great place to base your trip around Naples from.

Wonderful location in the city center. An old building that gave an exciting atmosphere, clean and maintained. The landlady is professional and helpful, she organized a shuttle for us from the airport and to the city at a fair price, Arturo the driver, her father, is a charming man even though he doesn't speak English at all.

All in all its a great value for money in a perfect location

.First of all location is nothing than perfect. Can't think about better location to stay in Naples ,Secondly ,the apartment is very spacious, very clean and decorated nicely - well balanced mix of tradition and modernity .Also the entire building with its inner courtyard is very charmful .And third, Valeria, the owner of the appartment is very reliable and very easy to communicate with via whatsapp .It feels that she really takes care of her property and wants her guests to be satisfied We had very good time there and we will be happy to come back again

I don't know if its the Napolitan standard but in the kitchen there are no basic products like salt and pepper, oil etc For us that was not a problem at all cause we haven't cook at home- In a city like Naples with its fantastic food it's a waste of time but if you want to use the kitchen just take notice of that fact in advance

The flat was cosy, stylish, well equipped and absolutely spotless. We were allowed to leave the bags in the apartment before the check-in. Valeria was quick to address any questions or issues. There are street markets in the area with great seafood and veg and the kitchen allowed a full use of the opportunity in a very comfortable setting.

We signed a short-term lease contract at the entry, which was unusual, however, I understand that the owner tries to protect their property- no issue with that, yet we were a bit intimidated by the fact that the owner would still enter the flat without knocking. Rulers are rules- they apply to both parties. The flat is much darker than in the pictures. We also had a bit of an issue with the shower drainage which was blocking a bit- not sure it this is a general Napoli problem, because we experienced the same issue at another flat in the area as well.

Very nice location, close to every main places and touristic attractions Perfect apartment for a small group (3-4 people) The host Valeria is genuinely nice and helpful.

- The single beds weren’t that comfortable, but correct for a short trip. The other bed (the double one) was nice though. - Small shower.

Central location (middle of spaccanapoli) and close to metro, safe area, all the amenities necessary (air conditioning, elevator, etc). The host Valeria was very kind and attentive, provided many information and tips for Naples. Recommend!

Best stay in naples if looking for a family apartment.

Perfect location in the heart of the old Naples. Right next to Toledo and Dante stations. The self-serviced apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The host was kind and available at any notice.

The location was very good, it was very easy to get to all the important attractions. The streets around were full of bars and restaurants and little shops. The apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped.

Due to the location of the apartment in a very popular district, it got very noisy at night. It's worth keeping in mind for light sleepers.

Great experience shadowed by the host greed

Central positioning, with easy access to the main tourist attractions and restaurants. Well maintained apartment with quality finishes, the heating worked properly. There is a living room with sofa and 2 bedrooms. In the rooms the access to the sleeping area is made on the stairs, so be careful with this aspect, especially as the distracted ones can make many trips up and down. :)

The wifi signal and the internet connection are very weak. The signal does not cover the whole apartment, and when you catch the signal, the connection is very poor. Basically the internet is unusable. So make sure you have enough roaming data if you need internet (and you will need it given how much history there is in the Naples area). The relationship with the host was not bright. Check-in is done in person and we were charged 20 euros because our plane was 2 hours late. Although I announced the delay in time. The penalty for late check-in seemed arbitrary to me and was not within the rules of the house. We were given only one row of keys, and the second one we requested did not have all the keys and did not close the front door properly. Also, at checkout the visual inspection of the apartment is done and we found ourselves in an unpleasant situation to wait for the verdict of the host if something disappeared. Keep sensitive conversations with the host on Booking, not on whatsapp, in case problems arise and you want Booking to be involved. These unpleasant aspects make us negatively evaluate the experience at Scio Scio. But if you don't have a late night flight and you don't need the internet or more sets of keys, the experience can be enjoyable.

Kind host who is always smiling and helpful. Perfect choice, perfect place to stay in Naples!

Nice and clean house with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds and air conditioned rooms. Nice location for sightseeimg in the city, train and bus station is also not too far away.
