The Space:
Welcome to your “Vegas Oasis”!
We are one of the biggest vacation rentals licensed in Vegas. Great pool and outdoor area with tons of plants and palm trees and shade sails. Gigabit internet speed with Zen Wi-Fi. We are close to everything. Easy Freeway access in multiple directions. Close to EDC and downtown. 1.5 Miles from the strip. The master bedroom is dope and very big, hard to hear from the rest of the house. You can shut the house into south wing and north wing in case part of your crew is trying to go to bed early. We 1 one of the 3 biggest licensed Airbnb's in Vegas.

95% of Airbnb’s are not licensed. Unlicensed vacation rentals are getting shut down by the cops all the time. Laws just changed in Clark County increasing the fines so you may be kicked out before your stay starts and have to pay high last minute rates to accommodate your group. We use hospital/hotel grade cleaning staff after every visitor checks out. We aren’t just coming around with a moist toilette and wiping the dust off. Our professional staff removes all allergens and uses only natural non abrasive cleaning products. All of our linens are professional cleaned also.
We have round the clock customer service to ensure you don’t get locked out, or that if you have a problem everything gets handled and solved quickly with our world class customer service.

Guests will have unlimited to access to most of the house minus the locked maids closed and garage.
The Neighborhood:
Groceries store, Starbucks, Walgreen and many restaurants are within a 5 minutes drive (Corner of Rancho and Oakey), 3 minutes from downtown. Easy access to the I15 and HWY 95.
The neighborhood was built in 1948 and is in the process of being "gentrified". Our home was completely remolded in 2016. It is located on a dead end street, we are the only BNB on our street in this residential neighborhood . Our neighbors are long term owners that are mostly young families.

-Uber and Lyft usually a 5 minute or less wait.
-Public transportation 4 blocks away.
-Using traditional taxi service is NOT recommended
Other Things to Note:
We can host up to 12 adults and additional guest under the age of 18 upon approval.
Because of the pool there is an additional pool waiver and rental agreement that is required to be signing before entering the property. It will be emailed directly to you and sign-able via Docusign once the booking is confirmed, lease submit valid ID directly thorough the app within 48 hrs of booking. Also, we do not charge the standard $250 security deposit most host charge.
This pricing on this property is set up to accommodate both smaller and larger groups. Please be sure to enter in your correct amount of guests when booking
We have pool alarms as per code. They are very loud and so people tend to unplug them from their battery. To combat that we tape the battery to the side so it is hard to remove and people tend to unplug one side of the 9v. If you have a baby or someone you need a pool alarm for, please make sure the batteries are plugged in and still operational.
An early check in/ late check out will always require a $250.00 additional fee each

We had a great time! 5 women celebrating a major birthday milestone, and this house was perfect! Gloria was terrific to work with, and it really could not have been better. Plenty of room, spotless, and space for us to gather and be together when we weren’t out.

The house was great and rooms were very accommodating. The layout of the house lent itself to our meeting space. It was a great stay.
The only issue was the slipperiness in the bathroom of the tubs and floor. There are no bath mats and one of our adults fell in the shower due to the slipperiness of the tub.

Super awesome hosts! Always responds quickly when I had any questions. Super clean and spacious for my family. Comfortable beds. Love the location of being 10min from the strip and outlets. Great Uber location of 5min or less. Having a private pool was the best of all amenities. The hosts have thought of items needed such as beach towels to laundry detergent. Great stay.

We arranged for an early 2:00 pm check in which was accommodated but when we arrived at 2:30 the property was not ready. The property was under construction which included, uncompleted walls, no lighting in the kitchen and a 20 ton dumpster filled with debris in the driveway. When we inquired about the electrical issues, the owner seemed distressed and stated that he was worried we would not provide him with a positive review and decided to terminate the rental agreement and requested we leave the property. Our money has been refunded by VRBO but stated they could not assist us with a same day rental so we were left to fend for ourselves. This has been a very frustrating experience and we will not be looking a book another VRBO in the near future.

We had a group of couples meeting up in Vegas. This house was perfect for what we needed. We all had a great time and would use this property again.

The owners are fabulous! Great location. We had 16 adults on the property and there was enough room. Easy for Uber or Lyfts. Pool area was nice. Could have used more chairs around pool. A few things need to be fixed. Would stay here again as it is close to Freemont and the main strip.

Roomy and clean!
We enjoyed our stay here! Yes there were curfew restrictions due to their hotel licensing, but but we took advantage of the outside/pool hours in the day. Never received a call from the owners… I see a a few reviews of people saying they had calls, they must’ve been really loud to get a call! We were loud indoors and didn’t have an issue. Overall would stay again and recommend to others!

Non-vegas retreat
Thus place has a 9pm curfew for the backyard and noise sensors which triggers the owners to call you when you are outside past 9pm. You can't park on the street and has a restriction on the number of adults. This is the first house in vegas that I have been to where there was so many rules and restriction that are not disclosed until after you pay them in full.
Other then that, the place was fairly clean but a little dated on what it inside. So if you want to have a nightlife In the backyard and use the pool then this is not the place for you.

Great pool, Close, clean, needs a little repair- Great for Groups
My group stayed here for a week over the Memorial Day Holiday. We were are mix of both adults and kids.
Our group had mixed feelings about this property. Overall it’s a nice house in a great location. It was very clean, well stocked, and convenient for a large group stay. However the house had been beaten up a bit and needs some repairs. The good definitely outweighed the bad and I would stay here again. The owner made it clear that they were working on fixing some things we were just the group that had to put up with them prior to repairs.
Pros
Location: You can get to everything in 15 minutes or less.
Check In: Easy, no keys.
Pool: The pool area was a nice size and felt amazing when trying to get away from the heat. Lots of seating and fenced in if you have little ones.
Clean: self explanatory
Quiet: Street is very quiet. Great when traveling to Vegas with kids or don’t want to stay on the strip.
Owners: Friendly, Very responsive to questions/requests
Amenities: Well equipped with pretty much everything you would need for your stay including 2 washers and dryers, plenty of toiletries (hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent), lots of towels which is necessary with a pool, and plenty of cooking utensils.
Cons
Wear and Tear: We were warned that the house was a little abused before our arrival. There was a carpet tack exposed which was poking toes. We eventually had to put towel over it so no one else would hurt their feet. The fridge ice maker was broken, a little inconvenient as we had to keep buying ice. There was a rip in the couch. Dishwasher needs to be cleaned, there was a smell. The master bed was broken.
Not enough TVs: For a house with 6 bedrooms there were only 3 TVs. 1 in each of the king bedrooms and 1 in the living room. That meant everyone else had to use the living to watch TV. If there was at least one more TV in the bunk room, where I think most people would put the kids, I think that would help out.
No Dressers: Only 2 of the rooms had dressers to unpack. So, the majority of us had to keep our clothes in our luggage. As a result there was a lot of luggage around. If there were dressers we could have unpacked and put luggage away in closets. There was plenty of closet space.

We got A call from the owner And got thread to be evicted in the middle of night Because my brothers were taking a nap in the couch with no noise .

This property was perfect for 5 of us to stay in for our business trip to Las Vegas. The owner messaged me on day one to make sure that we had everything we needed and to contact her if there was anything we needed. The house is so big it was nice to have our own private space.

Weekend in Vegas
This house was so great for our Vegas getaway! The check in process was very smooth and the owners were super responsive with any questions we had. The place is spacious, clean, and has the perfect pool setup too! I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re traveling to Vegas with a large group but still want something close enough to the strip.

The Best in Las Vegas!
This home is absolutely beautiful, sparkling clean and has everything you need! The location is close to downtown, the strip, and grocery stores. The backyard has a big pool and outdoor seating to relax. The house itself is huge and the beds are so comfortable! The host are awesome and quick to respond! This place feels like home and is my first chose when renting in Las Vegas!

Great place, super location for basketball tourneys and downtown convention. Place very clean, large with multiple bedrooms. Management responded immediately to any questions. We will definitely stay again.
