Affordable 4,000 ft., 7 bedroom vacation destination cornered off in an ultra-private resort-style setting. Relax in the oversized hot tub or swim laps in the gigantic (and private) 20 x 40ft pool with heat.

Get a workout with our sand volleyball court or start your festivities off inside with a game of pool. This property is in high demand because it has it all; a sand volleyball court, cornhole (aka. bags) a pool table, an outdoor child play area swing set, an over sized hot tub, an Olympic sized pool with heat, an outdoor patio and lanai with overhead ceiling fans, an outdoor gas grill, 5 full bathrooms, hardwood flooring throughout, a gourmet kitchen with 2 dishwashers and a double oven, an indoor and outdoor fireplace for the cozy evenings, and separate sleeping wings on opposite sides of the property which is perfect for sports teams and chaperoned vacations.

This Villa also adheres to its Property Management company set of guarantees, benefits, and property usage protocols, which are as follows:

The ‘Property Contents’ Guarantee: The primary guest is given a free $100 “allowance” to purchase anything permanent the property seems to be missing or that will enhance its experience (sporting equipment, games, pool raft, cookware, etc.). Simply photograph the item left at the property, along with its purchase receipt and you will be reimbursed post checkout in full.

The ‘Property Cleanliness’ Guarantee: This Villa is professionally cleaned before each reservation and is guaranteed to have stain free bed sheets, linens, and comforters. However, mistakes can happen and areas can be overlooked due to its large size. Cleanliness is also subjective. Regardless, if you don't feel it has been cleaned properly and/or thoroughly, its cleaning company is contractually obligated to return to clean to your satisfaction. There are also spare linens on standby. Simply let your assigned property manager know upon checkin.

The ‘Property Foreclosure’ Guarantee: This Villas is regularly audited by its property management company to be current on its mortgage, therefore eliminating any risk of a last-minute cancellation due to foreclosure.

The ‘Property Maintenance’ Guarantee: This Villa is protected by full time repair specialists and general handymen who can be dispatched within the hour. If something goes wrong during your stay, simply let your assigned property manager know and it will be addresses immediately.

The ‘Property Accuracy’ Guarantee: This Villa is regularly audited by its property management company to have current photos, recent guest video reviews and an optional virtual tour which guarantees the property to be exactly as advertised and depicted in its photos.

Pool Heat Surcharge Disclaimer: Excess pool heat is only charged if you go over the standard allotment. It is drawn from your security deposit or credit card preauthorization. Guests should budget $65 - $100 per night for fall and winter stays or if run nonstop. Excess pool heat under $100 is waived.

The house is large and was really fun for our large family reunion group. The location was perfect and the pool is awesome! We ran into a couple issues though- this house does NOT sleep 26 as advertised. There are only 9 beds and there is very little couch space. We thought we could put some kids on the floor, but there is no carpet. There were also no spare blankets so we had to go purchase some along with air mattresses. If you are coming with more than a dozen or so people, you will need to buy blankets and air mattresses to stay here. The property was also very light on towels. We had to wash towels several times to keep up with the demand during our very short stay. Be wary of the $100 "allowance" to purchase items for the property. We did this but have not been reimbursed. We also found a suspicious baggie and some rolled up dollar bills in a drawer and a half-bottle of liquor behind a bed. It's a big property and hard for the cleaning crew to find everything, but we were very concerned since we had so many kids with us. Property manager was prompt and courteous in messages, but we felt the overall experience didn't match the price we paid.

There were six gentlemen 59 years of age and up staying there for a business/fraternity gathering/meeting. The place was nice and clean with no problems. The owner made the place comfortable. Recommended.
