Located in a mixed office and residential building in the heart of the Tahitian capital, Moana Studio is nestled in a secure building that enjoys an unbeatable location.
This holiday rental accommodates up to 3 adults very comfortably in its 42 sqm.
Indeed, this beautiful studio particularly well designed has been designed for the comfort of its guests is optimal.
The Moana studio has been made particularly functional by, among other things, custom-made furniture.
The arrival is done by a small entrance composed of cupboards and numerous tidying up, immediately on the right there is the kitchen, big and well equipped. She has everything needed to prepare good meals (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine).
It is open to the living room, which has a dining area with a table and chairs, a TV, a sofa and a coffee table. On the opposite side, there is the sleeping area composed by a beautiful custom furniture, with, on one side an alcove with a brand new queen size bed with table and bedside lamps, on the other side, a single bed in mezzanine with a small office space.
Other closets are added to make the place even more functional.
The bathroom has a sink, a large shower and a toilet.
Finally, the living room opens onto a bright balcony, the view offering a nice show on the roofs of the city and especially on the Cathedral of Papeete.
This short-term rental also has:

The harbor and its new marina are a few minutes walk away, and the lively Vai'ete square is full of foodtrucks in the evening. Not far from there, products, fish and local handicrafts are sold on the big market of Papeete.

❖ 20 minutes Beach Pk 18 in Punaauia, the most beautiful white sand beach of Tahiti
This beautiful, cozy and functional studio is close to amenities and main roads; it will allow you to enjoy all the advantages of the city center, whether you are on holiday or on a business trip.
