Recently renovated with tile flooring throughout, new kitchen appliances and cupboards, granite counter tops, renovated bathrooms...
Guests have access to condo building pool & hot tub spa (new pool deck and pool furniture- installed in June 2024) and our private beach. Sunloungers are set out on both the pool deck and beach.
Condo perfect for families with easy access to condo pool and private beach. Corner unit with a wrap-around lanai for extra terrace space with water views to the south (great for morning sun) and the the west (fabulous sunsets). Hear the waves from this first floor condo. With a south-facing and west-facing wraparound lania terrace, the condo benefits from extra hours of sunshine and dreamlike sunsets.
Condo building is located on a private beach. Access to the beach, condo pool and jacuzzi/ hotpool spa are free to condo guests. Sunloungers are located both poolside and on the beach.
Set in a resort setting, there is always plenty to do (jogging trail, fishing pier, sport equipment rental on site...).
Located steps away from the Four Diamond Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa with resort-styled swimming pools, renowned tennis courts, full service spa and fitness centre, fishing pier... Guest passes to the Marriott facilities are available on a daily or weekly basis (subject to availability and additional fees at the discretion of the Marriott )

The unit includes all the amenities of a home including a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. All the essential for a stay-cation: blender, crockpot, Keurig coffee machine, electric filter coffee machine….
Large living room faces out to the San Carlos Bay. Living room has a flat screen tv. Plenty of seating space with 2 sofas: large new leather recliner sofa and new sofa that pulls out to a bed (drapes are fully lined with blackout lining). New sofas installed 2023 along with new coffee table.
Master bedroom ( with king sized bed and television) is well appointed with a new en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower (renovated 2023) and plenty of closet and draw space for a comfortable long stay. New mattress installed in 2022. Master bedroom has direct access to lania.
The second bedroom with a queensize bed and twin bed comfortably sleeps 3. New beds and mattresses installed in November 2022. The room has a large closet and flat screen tv. Second bathroom is a full bathroom with a full bath/shower. Closet in bathroom for extra storage
The third bedroom would be any child's delight! Bright and light coloring. The special bunk bed ( twin over a double) makes this a comfortable room for 3. Flat screen TV and comfortable chair for viewing TV or reading.
The third bathroom has recently been fully renovated. Large marble vanity and full wall mirror. Bath tub/ shower with sliding glass doors.
The living room sofa contains a pullout full-size bed.
The enclosed lanai has dining tables and chairs to accommodate up to 8 people. All televisions have Xfinity/Comcast. In addition high-speed wifi Internet access available within the condo for no additional charge.
Parking is free of charge. 2 parking passes will be provided.
This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed per condominium rules.

Like the addition of TV in main room. Would be nice if you had explanation of how to operate the remotes and the channel descriptions. We figured it out but was a process.
Maybe update furniture on screened in porch.
We like because convenient to Marriot and Sanibel Yacht Club.
Is there a code to get into stairs. Would be convenient to walk up to your condo. One elevator down. The remaining was having some issues getting lined up on Lobby floor. Might want people to get in and fix.

The property was well maintained which is very important and when we did have a minor problem management was very attentive, great to deal with and they handled it immediately.

The condo is really well located, near both Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach. Owner and property manager very attentive. Only reason did not give 5 stars is some of the furnishings are worn, fans in bathrooms did not work. Would have given 4.5 stars if that had been an option. This place would be excellent for a family vacation with kids (ours were Covid-prevented). Great sunsets, pool, walking path, and proximity to Marriott.

This place exceeded my expectations! Beautiful place, beautiful view, just amazing all around!! Lori was prompt to answer anytime we contacted her regarding our visit, the check-in/check-out process was so smooth I didn't even have to think about it. On the first day my daughter said this place was her favorite place yet! The balcony was breathtaking!

This condo was perfect for our fall getaway. It is right on the water, close to the bridge to Sanibel Island and had all amenities we needed! Lori is accommodating and very responsive. We will happily stay here again!

We loved the condo and the location. The bedrooms were great for our group and 3 bathrooms was awesome. We did have a few maintance issues.
1. first night we were there the master shower was broke and would not come on and the water pressure was so bad we got about 1 inch of water in the tub without a long wait.
2. Bathroom in the bunk room had a plugged shower, so the tub was filling up while showering.
3.2 beds bedroom. loose board on the bed and it kept hitting the wall everytime you moved.
4. wash machine would not complete a cycle to get the clothes rung out. We ended up taking them out and ringing them out in the sink and then it took a long time to dry.
5. FYI. the couch cussions contiually slide off the coach, its wearing out.
I would probably recommend this unit again, but would ask more questions before renting.
We had a great vacation, I love trying out VRBOS because I love the space and also I am a travel agent and like to beable to refer to my clients.

We had 6 of us at the property and it was more than enough room. The balcony was spacious with a wonderful view! You must know the beach is small, not a long walkable beach, but if you want something bigger you can drive there easily. The washing machine wasn’t working, but it was fixed as promptly as possible!

Great place to stay!
Condo was spacious and well maintained overall. Check in process was extremely easy. We were able to check in a day ahead of schedule due to weather that was coming in. Overall it was a great experience. The large wrap around balcony is a plus.

The condo was nice and our group liked the three bathrooms. The pool and spa area was very nice. However, the beach area associated with this resort was very narrow and the gulf water was not clear. We had expected more beach area.

The property was ok.
The owner and property manager were very attentive with the issues we had. The condo was not clean. The sheets in one of the rooms were either dirty or permanently stained. New sheets were delivered. Many of the dishes, glasses, bowls, utensils were dirty. One of the bathroom sinks was completely clogged. It was fixed the following day.
The photos online showed a beautiful view of the water, which was accurate. However the photos neglected to show the parking lot and parking garage that were located right below the balcony.
Another disappointment was that the listing advertised use of the Marriott fitness center. What was not mentioned was the $80 a day charge for use of the fitness center.
What this had taught me is that I need to ask more questions before booking another VRBO.

Location was close to everything... Short drive to downtown Ft. Meyers, Sanibel, etc. Grounds were well manicured. Security guard was always visible.
Condo could use some updating... Specifically the bathrooms. Rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly- lots of dust under beds and furniture.
