This 5000 square foot marina vallarta penthouse has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a private pool, a jacuzzi and breathtaking 180 degree views of the bay. The penthouse is located in a gated complex with round-the-clock security. The penthouse is on the 16th floor of a gated beachfront community in puerto vallarta’s marina. At the complex, guests have complimentary access to a private gym, tennis courts, large swimming pools, and a private beach. Guests can take advantage of the surrounding grounds,and all amenities on the property. Access throughout is granted via the unit’s key card.

We loved everything about our stay in this unit. The unit is just as magnificent as it looks in the pictures, the condo development is perfectly located and the owner and her team are a pleasure to deal with. We hope to stay here again in the not-too-distant future.

What a wonderful condominium. Best supplied kitchen I have every experienced in a rental. Fantastic condo in great location with spectacular views, private pool compliments the fantastic on site pool . We will definitely be back if unit comes available in Jan and or Feb. what minor issues we had were quickly resolved by Jossy our on site manager. Could not be happier. Best 4 week vacation ever

What a gem of a place, owner, & host. Everything we asked for, they went out of there way to get if for us. The house is simply stunning & the views, omg. They got us private drivers for the week, went shopping for us, made reservations, simply the best host we have ever had. Thank you so much for the hospitality & the beautiful penthouse. Paradise!

Stayed for 2 weeks in January/February 2020. This place is amazing even better than the pictures. Very comfortable for our group of 6. The pool and terrace are a great place to hang out, relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the bay. Great location to many restaurants & shops in the marina only a 10 minute walk away. Danielle & Jossy are great to deal with. They are always available and get back to you quickly. I would definitely recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

The property was exactly as expected. Perfect. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Danielle and Jossy were very helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions. The property is located in the marina district which was very easy to travel to and from. My family of 7 enjoyed their stay. This property was perfect for us and Puerto Vallarta was excellent. The people were all extremely polite and friendly.

From the moment we opened the door we were in awe! The views from every room were spectacular, especially from the Master Bedroom. The entire PH was accommodating, comfortable, nicely decorated, and it was equipped with everything we needed: the kitchen had all the pots, tools and condiments necessary. There were toiletries in every bathroom; wash room equipped with all the cleaning supplies. We enjoyed the warm outdoor pool, jacuzzi, the BBQ area, the audio, and more! The owner, Danielle and her assistants Josie and Elena were awesome! Thank you!

I do not have the words to express how amazing my stay was. Danielle was great from the beginning to the end. The private pool on the terrace with the view of the bay and mountains was everything. Having the housekeeper Elena make us breakfast every morning was so great. And the use of a private chef one night made for a very special dinner. This trip to celebrate my 40th birthday is something that I will never forget.

Stupendous!

A dream property with incredible views of the Bay and Puerto Vallarta. The Penthouse has everything one could possibly think of to create a magical vacation. Jossy and Danielle were in constant contact with me to ensure that all was ready and remained attentive throughout the time we were there. Having your own private, heated pool and hot tub are definitely the crowning touches. And the huge pool below is not only a bonus for lounging and swimming but also beautiful to have as your view from above. The condo is FULLY equipped and we lacked nothing. The staff was friendly and Jossy is an absolute gem. The location was also perfect for me because it is between Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta, and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. This is truly a “find” and I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful condo in PV. We were greeted warmly by Jossy and Elaina, who made fresh guacamole and snacks for our arrival. The condo was very well furnished and stocked with anything you might need, the pictures hardly do it justice, the views are just incredible. The nearby marina had awesome bars and restaurants and was walkable. We will definitely return! Thanks for everything!

This is a really nice place to stay

We stayed here in March 2018 and its a very nice place. The whole complex is well set out and the pools are large and most of the time there is hardly anyone in them. The water is warm and the shade from the building lasts until about 11am at this time of year - perfect for a morning swim. There is a beer and snack bar which is perfectly suited to family snacks and beers - theres something for everyone. So much for the complex the apartment itself is fantastic. There were only 4 of us staying here but it would have comfortably accommodated 8 people with lots of privacy. The private pool is perfect for night swimming which as parents know is a real treat for children of all ages. The owner was attentive but not intrusive, the manager was available when required - the Wifi was out due to a power outage in town - that was it, and the cleaning service is whatever you want it to be. We were allowed to extend a few hours because the following guests were running late - which was very much appreciated. Danielle (the owner) states that she aims to make her apartment a home from home - and it certainly has absolutely everything you need but it doesn't do the apartment justice. Perhaps if the target was palace away from home then that would better reflect the reality. We will definitely be back.

Simply amazing

We stayed for 2 weeks in January 2018 and had a fabulous time. The condo was perfect for our group of 7. When we walked in the doors we were amazed by the view and the open concept. There was lots of room for everyone and we didn't feel crowded. The terrace was awesome and the private pool was great to cool off in. 3 of the bedrooms had en suites and were all a good size. The condo is equipped with everything you would need. Danielle the owner was great to deal with and always responded quickly. We were greeted by Jossy the onsite manager who was always helpful and answered any questions we had. The marina is only about a 10 minute walk with lots of restaurants. The property is well manicured and there was always lots of loungers available around the big pool. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place

Suddenly, we had a party of 8 trying to book in PV during peak season. When I saw this listing, I was shocked it was still available. Danielle responded incredibly quickly to our request to book. She was attentive through the whole process. Her onsite manager was also great. Our guests were greeted with a tour and a snack and she answered any question I had via text while we were there. The condo was everything we hoped. We had amazing views, the pool area was lovely and beach access could not have been easier. The condo is equipped with everything you could want for your trip. We’ve stayed in Puerto Vallarta before and usually stay in town. But the convenience and amenities of this property will make it a go to in the future. Highly recommend.

My wife and I could not have been happier. As amazing as the pictures look, this Penthouse unit is even better! Sunsets from your private balcony, breathtaking views, space to spread out, tastefully decorated... everything was perfect!... Jossy (the manager) and Elena (our daily helper) were terrific! The private roof top pool is even better than we had imagined. Highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to enjoy a trip to PVR!

We spent a week in January 2016. it was absolutely wonderful. When we found it, we couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked, and when we walked in we were not disappointed. Staff that met us could not have been more helpful and friendly, the daily cleaning was a real treat, plus the continental breakfast provided was divine. It was a short taxi ride from the airport, and easy to get to Old Town via bus or taxi. A ten-minute walk to the marina with lots of choices for dining, shopping, and other activities. Would highly recommend booking. The pool, hot tub, kitchen, view, patio, and living areas, were really special. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms too. PortoFino a good choice, a short walk to the beach, plus large pool and hot tub on property with plenty of seating and refreshments served.
