About this house rental
This cozy home in Conway has a beautiful open floor plan for making memories with friends and family. The home accommodates 6 people with a queen bed, full bed and pull out sofa couch. Home is perfect for couples, solo adventures, families and business travelers. Everything you need is here with a fully equipped up to date kitchen, linens, basic toiletries, hair dryer, central heat and air, wireless internet access, flat screen TV, washer/dryer and ironing equipment.
Outside the backyard is fully fenced in with large trees providing plenty of shade for those warm days. Great place for enjoying morning coffee and afternoon drinks.
Location is excellent in the Historical District of Conway less than 3 miles from all 3 colleges in Conway and a short 1.5 mile drive to hospital. You're going to love our downtown, the home is walking distance to excellent restaurants, live entertainment and antique shops and shopping (approx 4 blocks). Less than a mile to walking/bike trail.
Central Arkansas is conveniently located to several great hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing and boating areas.

I was refreshing to walk into a clean, minimally decorated two bedroom home just blocks away from historical downtown. It was convenient to walk there during the Toad Suck Daze festival. It was most delightful to have an owner who cares about his guests and the upkeep of his property. Thank you Kris for being so helpful and available! This is a very nice property. It was very clean and updated. Good location. Close to downtown restaurants and grocery stores. It's in a peaceful neighborhood after schools out. Kris is a great host. Will stay there again next time we are in Conway

I had booked a stay here for a softball All State tournament that got cancelled unexpectedly. I had issues with rescheduling the stay through the VRBO site and I made Kris aware of this. She was willing to join me in a 3 way call with a VRBO rep to get my money refunded to me. She was very understanding. As soon as I can get my scheduled together and figure out some dates I will most definitely be booking a weekend getaway at her home in Conway.

My wife and I plan a trip to AR once a year to visit with our grandkids. This year we decided to rent a house instead of a hotel. This place was the perfect place. It was clean, spacious, and close to town. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Spotless home and convenient location
This home was spotless yet warm and welcoming. Little touches such as chocolates, spices, some coffee, sugar, etc. were there for our use upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable for the 3 adults in our group. The location was very convenient to Conway and our relatives in nearby towns. The owners were quick to answer any questions via text. This home made for a very enjoyable time and we will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Annual State Church Convention.
Excellent! Super clean and fully stocked. Everything you would need and some. All good things to say here. If I had anything to say that might lean toward the negative end of things is there is a school directly across the street, so be prepared for morning traffic and afternoon traffic. Makes it a little hard to get in and out. Not a problem at all just something good to know so you can plan your departure and arrival times better when trying to make it to events on time. Also be prepared to hear a marching band early morning on Thursday mornings. Haha. ❤️

Home away from home
This was my first time using VRBO so I was a little nervous about what would be waiting for me. I live in Maryland and was looking for a residence type experience, but homier than a hotel. Early on, the good communication with the owner had me thinking this could be a "find" - and that is what it turned out to be! The purpose of my trip was to visit my 92 year old mother, who lives in an assisted living community nearby. My idea was to have a nice environment where I could bring my mother for some meals and relaxation outside of her usual institutional setting. This rental was the perfect setting.
She enjoyed it tremendously. The house is nicely and simply decorated, with many little thoughtful and welcoming touches. It was very clean in every way. I hope to book the place again for my next visit to Conway. The neighborhood is so convenient to the downtown area, and convenient to everything really - an excellent central location. It is quiet and peaceful at night. You get a nice glimpse of community life by day because of the junior high school across the street. I took a couple of lovely neighborhood walks. The neighbors are friendly and spoke highly of the owner of this VRBO property. My only two tiny complaints were that the ceiling fan in the main bedroom is a bit noisy and needs servicing; and the beds are quite soft - fine when sleeping by myself but probably too soft to share with my husband (he was not with me this trip). I am sensitive to noise at night, and I sleep on a rock hard bed so take these comments with that in mind. This was a great first experience with VRBO and an overall excellent experience with this particular property.

Amazing property
We came down for our daughters college graduation and stayed about a week. Property is amazing, clean, great location, stocked with essentials, and had a great layout and flow. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family.

Great Stay
I have to say the beds are not that comfortable, we slept in the front bedroom and the mattress folds like a taco when you lay on it, cozy with my 6'4 husband and I but it would help if this was replaced. The house was wonderful and very well set up.

Great house, close to everything
We enjoyed our stay in this cute house. We were able to walk to great restaurants and also enjoyed an urban hike on the Kinley trail. Nothing was farther than 10-15 minutes from this location.

Beautiful Rental in the Neighborhood Heart of Conway!
We had an extraordinary stay at this wonderfully located and furnished rental House.
Host was extremely responsive and quick with answers, and the home could not have been more comfortable, and the location could not have been more convenient.

Full Laundry with supplies provided.
Fully private stay from check-in to check-out, including private off-street parking
Extremely quiet and beautiful neighborhood with vintage homes that have been beautifully restored.
Plenty of extras like: snacks, candy, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush towels, and COFFEE!!
