Jaccuzi suite with broken jaccuzi.

Location is great.

Jaccuzi part of jaccuzi tub didn’t work. There was a broken waterline earlier in the day and the water was muddy brown for an hour. They should have flushed the lines before I got there.

Better than the last

The location. It was clean the sheets were clean and it smelled good and fresh and the bed was comfortable. It was completely different from my stay at Days Inn in Mississippi.

I had a loud neighbor, but I asked her to turn the music down, and she did, so everything was fine.

Disappointed

Location. Price would have been great if we hadn't had so many problems in the room.

Leak under bathroom sink that had to have been discovered by previous guests. I had to stick my hand in shower water to lift the plug in order for the tub to drain. Fridge didn't work. Frustrating.

Gone down hill, new owners? Not worth it at all.

I liked leaving and not coming back. If I could get my money back I would. Came home with about 3 hours of sleep after my last night there.

This place has gone down hill since my last visit. there homeless people everywhere, the parking lot had 3 different folks sleeping in their cars, there was folks partying and drinking till 5 am. there were folks wandering around looking in vehicles all night. I was woken up twice with bugs crawling on my body, in addition, there were cockroaches under the desk, and in the bathroom. The breakfast was an absolute joke, We were hungry and my wife walks with a cane and we still opted to walks across the street for breakfast, yes it was that bad. I'll be back next year but will not be staying there..I'm sad to say but it was not work the cost for the days we stayed there.

Skirt but it was ok needs to clean more and better

Location and the workers were very nice and helpful

I haven't gotten my deposit back yet and the room was dirty burn holes in blankets in a mom smoke room

Do not stay here

Nothing really worst $121 ive spent in a long time and owner will not contact me about the stay!

Hair in jacuzzi and bathroom (had to clean the jacuzzi before i got in, and there was still hair). The jacuzzi jets didn't work. Was told at check in couldn't get a smoking roo, which was fine when i got to the room it smelt like smoke. Went to watch t, and nothing called the front des, and she said "oh i kno, it'ss been out since last night and i couldn't fix it so the owner will have to take a look at it soon" no resolution or offer to move rooms or refund me money back!!! So i paid $121 for a $45 room!

Toilet was leaking from the bottom, toilet seat was ready to fall off . Heater was noisy was moved to another room. no compensation

Very frustrating

I reserved 1 night and it was the wrong date so they said that I would get my money back in 2 or 3 businesses days but I still have not got my money.

Still have not got my refund back or my 100 dollar deposit.

overall, this was a nice clean motel and I would definitely stay here again.

room was clean and comfortable, good location with restaurants close by. staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions we had.

The property was a bit older but nicely furnished. It looks like it had been updated recently. The book was very clean!

The pool was under construction and was not open. The kids were disappointed that they didn’t get to swim but it was not a deal breaker

I liked the location

Had the room been inspected before we got there, they could've dealt with the puddle of water that leaked before we saw it. It was the first impression. You get to a room and you check it out before getting comfortable, and we noticed the water, and the filthy vent hanging from the ceiling. It was not a very good 1st impression

I had a nice time in Conway Arkansas slept well nice big comfortable room.

I was happy with the location of the property. It’s close to food and Major roads

It look like there were people living there. That doesn’t bode well for other guests. Breakfast was a bag of treats not a normal breakfast not a warm breakfast was actually disappointing
