Melhor é impossível

Gostámos de tudo. A Cristina e o senhor seu marido são pessoas sempre atentas e preocupadas em que nada nos falte durante a estadia. A casa está super equipada com tudo e mais alguma coisa e é bastante moderna. Foi a melhor casa em que alguma vez já estivemos neste tipo de alojamento. Os proprietários estão de parabéns. A localização é excelente para uma base de visita a vários pontos de interesse do oeste da ilha.

Não houve nada de que não gostámos.

Exceptionnel 🤩 à louer les yeux fermés

L'hôte est d'une extrême gentillesse, accueillante et soucieuse du moindre détail pour notre confort. L'appartement ne manque de rien, très propre, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous reviendrons ! À louer les yeux fermés 🤩 Castellammare est assez bien positionnée entre Palerme et Trapani. C'est une jolie ville avec des ruelles typiques, en pierres, de nombreuses marches ... L'appartement est tout confort, idéalement situé en hauteur, il faut 25mn de marche pour aller à la plage publique la plus proche (Playa 🏖). Une navette est aussi possible. L'hôte nous laisse un Qr-code avec les bonnes adresses pour visiter, se baigner, se restaurer, ... très belle initiative, merci ! Le port est à 15mn en contre-bas et des excursions peuvent partir directement de là. Il y a un supermarché Conad à proximité du logement, un traiteur (L'Antica Brace🍗🍲🍝), ça ne vaut pas le coup de cuisiner. Le soir, le centre et le port sont bien animés avec des petits marchés nocturnes, des groupes de chanteurs, des bars, restos (Canale Vecchio🍕) et de bonnes glaces (Vernaci 🍦). Merci pour tout 🥰

Very happy with my stay here!

Exceptionally clean, never seen an AirBNB this clean. The landlady bought me some little pastries and the fridge was full of water and soft drinks for me to drink. Very thoughtful. Nothing was missing, I had enough coffee for 5 days, enough toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, oil, vinegar, salt, everything you would usually have in your house, you didn’t need to buy anything extra other than your food 👍🏻 Had to work as well, internet was really good. Location was great too, close to the supermarket, beach etc. If I had to find a negative I would say for those sensitive to noise it might be a bit loud at times with motorbikes driving by quickly.

Impecable y cómodo con todo lo necesario

El apto es muy cómodo y amplio. Súper bien equipado con todo lo necesario y más para hacer una estadía perfecta. Cristina estuvo atenta en todo momento y respondía de inmediato a nuestras solicitudes. Calle tranquila ideal para descansar y fácil de aparcar en la puerta y zona libre de pago. Sin duda lo recomiendo!!!

Lo único que para ir a la playa hay que ir en auto pero tampoco fue un problema.

La meravigliosa accoglienza della gente siciliana e di Cristina e suo marito.

Siamo Elisabetta e Stefano e siamo stati in vacanza ospiti di Mamiani Suite. Siamo stati accolti da Cristina con tanta simpatia cordialità e un'attenzione e disponibilità speciale e unica. L'appartamento era stupendo... Ampio comodo e arredato con gusto e cura. Sopratutto ci ha colpito e abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la pulizia eccellente. Oltre al fatto che Cristina ha disposto che l'appartamento fosse fornito di tutto. Come essere a casa propria. Avevamo pure dei bellissimi gerani sul balcone.

Unico piccolo fattore negativo la presenza di un cavedio interno agli appartamenti per cui si sentono nitidamente i rumori e i dialoghi degli altri inquilini. Ma rispetto a tutto il contesto se gli altri ospiti sono educati e rispettosi non risulta essere un problema. A prescindere.. l'educazione e il rispetto sono sempre doverosi.

Una tra le migliori strutture!!!!

Abbiamo trovato in Cristina una persona veramente molto carina e disponibile , ma soprattutto attenta ai dettagli per fare sentire l'ospite a proprio agio. Alloggiato a fine settembre con mio marito e i miei genitori. L'appartamento era completo di qualsiasi cosa una persona poteva aver bisogno (anche in cucina), ci ha fatto trovare tutto il necessario per fare la doccia (shampoo, balsamo e doccia schiuma) , molto carino l'angolo the/caffè con tutto il necessario anche per colazione e bevande nel frigorifero, insomma servizi al di sopra di tanti alberghi. Ci ha fatto omaggio anche di dolcetti artigianali al nostro arrivo... insomma che dire , la migliore struttura dove siamo stati a livello di attenzione per l'ospite. Parcheggio sulla strada ove si trova l'appartamento, trovato sempre con facilità (siamo stati a fine settembre), molti servizi vicino (market, ottima rosticceria, etc. ) a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Castellammare. Ottima "base d'appoggio" se si vuole visitare tutta la zona occidentale della Sicilia.

The property was immaculate Our host Cristina went above and beyond also picking us up from the train station and organising our drip off at the airport Nothing was ever too difficult The property was amazing, very modern and very central I highly recommend this property when visiting this beautiful part of Sicily Cristina and her husband were amazing!

Clean, professional and easy!

Clean and extremely well equipped, the owners are service minded professionals who responds immediately on requests :-) Close to Conad supermarket:-) Close to the bus station:-) Local pizza takeaway within 200 m 15 min to reach the port/local beach Cosy and friendly neighborhood:-)

As bit of walk downtown (15 min) Although I found it beneficial with the “free” daily exercise! If you are a lazy person, or of poor health you should probably chose to live closer to the port. Although in my experience from last summer, living near the port also means no closeness to a proper supermarket, so for a family of a certain size I would recommend staying at this place. The distance is not disturbing. A bit of a compact space, but we were 6 people, so I guess for a normal family of 4 it’s perfect.

great appartments, lovley town

we enjoyed our stay at mamiani suites, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. we liked that all sharp corners had protections so our 1 year old could walk safely. The owner is a great person and she will do everything to make your stay enjoyable.

A great holiday enhanced by the excellent accommodation

The location - near the Main Street with plenty of shops and restaurants. 10-15 minutes walk (but usually it took us more than 40 mins as my wife got distracted by the little boutiques) to the Marina area where there many excellent restaurants. Cleanliness - the apartment is newly renovated and is very well maintained. Size of the apartment - we rented the two bedrooms unit with very comfortable space. The mattresses are of good quality. Facility - rooms come with TV and aircon. Smart TVs with Netflix connectivity. Host - Cristina is an excellent host. She arrived at the apartment for check-in much earlier than us as we were late due to driving direction issue. She patiently waited for us and welcomed us with a big smile. She is very responsive when helps are needed. She stock up the fridge with bottle drinks and a bottle of champagne (which we did not consume). Tea bags are available that we could enjoy some afternoon tea. She helped to connect us with her airport transfer partner. Thank you very Cristina for making our stay in Sicilly so enjoyable

Exceeding expectations.

We’ve been to places that were rated clean, but this place is OUTSTANDINGLY clean. Our host and her husband welcomed us warmly and spent a few minutes showing us how everything works. That was easy, because the appliances were expertly chosen to be suitable for guests. Some places have a shower that leaks, hot water that only works if you run the tap fast, or door locks that need an expert touch to open. Not here! Everything works PERFECTLY. Also, the host has clearly made a big effort on small details. For example, we had a USB charging point and three cables for any type of phone: Apple Lightning, USB, and wireless charging. Two sizes of Bialetti mokas and a Nespresso-style coffee maker. Recycling bins labelled with neat printed stickers. There were even drinks, snacks, and fresh fruit. Ideally located for trips to Palermo, Erice, Segesta, la Riserva dello Zingaro and many other charming places in the region. It was easy to find free parking on the street each time we came ‘home’. And it did feel like home.

Our biggest ‘problems’ were a clock that ticked too loudly (removed the battery temporarily) and bright blue LEDs on some switches at night (put something in front of them).
