Specious flat with terrasse in the heart of Castellamare del Golfo ❤

Flat well located (close to the local beach, restaurants, bars), clean and well equiped. Fabio answers quickly via whatapps and Antonio is always around if needed. Quiet location. The flat is quite big, nice terrasse (no sea view) with chairs, table... where you can eat (BBQ not allowed). We could use the wash machine which is good for a long stay. We have been to Castellamare few times before and we would recommand this place.

Hard to park in Castellamare del Golfo (+ not free) wherever you stay

Appartement moderne, bien équipé, avec deux grands lits. Un lit en mezzanine dans une pièce non fermée. Belle terrasse que nous n avons pas utilisée car pas très pratique d accès. La ville est charmante, la plage tout proche.

Lovely location- very disappointing outside space

This is a really spacious and comfortable apartment. The main bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The bathroom is nice and clean. Air-con works well - the apartment is very airy anyway with 2 good sized windows. There is a lovely view of the mountains. Checkin was easy and the host helped organise a lift to the station, which was much appreciated.

The terrace is very disappointing. Because there are a few units advertised in the same building, it is difficult to figure out exactly what outside space goes with which unit. From the description, we presumed we had one of the lovely terraces photographed but in fact the terrace we got was across the hall from our front door. It is small and on two levels so contained only two small tables and fold up chairs. No comfortable furniture. Worst of all, the gas boilers for all the units are on the terrace so everytime anyone turns on the water the gas fumes are awful. The apartment is lovely and the view from the apartment is nice but I would not book this unit if you like eating and relaxing outside.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful town.

Clean, beautiful, and perfectly located. The owner was very helpful and gave us all the needed info. The location really couldnt be better, right beside the main street, yet on a very quiet street.

Parking is difficult because the ZTL, but the owner was very helpful with the information needed. The local neighbours were very friendly and helpful with it too! The one negative is that we could hear a lot of noise coming from the apartment upstairs. Everything else was perfect!

Great localization, very good contact with the Host and very good value for money.

Great contact with the Host, very clean and great starting point to explore Castellamare Del Golfo. It is really 1 minute to the main street :) Directions to get to the apartment were very good and we had no problems at all to find it and check-in. Host speaks english very well so we had no problem to contact with him and comunicate. After one week the towels and bed sheets were replaced with fresh ones, so it was very good and high-standard hospitality. We highly recommend this place!

In our room air conditioner should be placed higher on the wall, so the low temperature could reach entresol where is the main bed to sleep on. The difference in room temperature between ground floor and upper floor was too big and we had to sleep downstairs because upper floor was too hot for us even after cooling it down for the whole day. Also host should consider to equip the kitchen with a sharper knife an maybe one big mirror down in the apartment - but thats just personal. Other than that, it was really great and we are not complaining at all :)

Lovely maisonette in an excellent location for exploring Castellammare.

A lovely centrally located maisonette set over three floors in the older area of Castellammare. The flat has everything you need for a short stay and is very close to the beaches, marina and the many bars and restaurants. We had a car which needed to be parked nearby to access the flat, but we got clear instructions from Fabio. Great to have a room at the top leading out to the roof terrace. The flat is in an old building but newly decorated to a high standard and was very clean on arrival. We had a fantastic time in the town and would recommend staying here.

The apartment was really nice, comfortable and in the best position ! Very clean, fresh and silent.

I would only add some more kitchen tools like some bowls or a pan.

Experience authentic Sicily:)

Good location , lovely views from balcony. Spacious accommodation, well equiped. Fresh local products in market near the flat. Thank you Rosaria for pick up at airport & return transfer. Castelammare del golfo it's a cosy small town and you will love it. Highly recommend the stay!

Beautiful appartment near restaurants and harbor.

Castellamare is a nice small town with a rich history, well situated near Segesta, Erice and Scopello. Thats a big plus. Unfortunately you also will have to accept all kinds of waste in many different corners...

Very nice restaurated appartment near really good restaurants, a delicious gelateria and harbor. The appartment was clean and modern and for the four of us two very nice big bedrooms. Kitchen is well equiped and good WiFi. Segesta and Erice are nearby, as well as nice beaches, like Scopello or nearby.

Very nice location

We had the apartment with the sea view. Very central location and at the heart of the small sea town. We had everything we needed nearby, and the hosts are very kind and careful of every detail. Would highly recommend the stay!

Cosy and stylish flat in the heart of Castellammare

Very bright and spacious flat in the heart of Castellammare, close to restaurants and the port but also very quiet. The flat is new and nicely decorated, the bicycle is really a cool idea! Mr. Fabio was very kind, he met us at the flat and gave all information needed. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Nothing. As a suggestion finding small tea bags or infusion for the guests could be nice.
