This fabulous (1) small dog friendly (25 lb. limit) home in the St. Christopher Oaks neighborhood is perfect for your family vacation. An open living area, four large bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and an upstairs den offer plenty of room for everyone to comfortably gather.
The home features many upgrades including hardwood floors, tile bathrooms, new furnishings, and so much more. Overlooking the 16th tee of the par 3 on Crooked Oaks golf course, you can spy on the golfers and Seabrook's wildlife from the decks and screened porch. This home is a short bike ride (about a mile) to the Beach Club pools, Pelican Beach, clubhouse, and golf courses.
The open living area has a fireplace with a 50" HDTV mounted over. Settle into the comfortable furnishings and watch your favorite shows or movies. The sun room offers additional space for sharing time with your guests or just relaxing. The wall of windows overlook the golf course and natural landscape. The dining area has a large table that seats 8. There is additional seating at the kitchen island for 4. The kitchen features granite counters, high-end appliances and custom, well-stocked cabinets. Off the entry halls is a powder room with a pedestal sink. Step through the doors in either the sun room or living room to the screened porch where you can sip cool drinks or dine around the table for six.
There are four large bedrooms in this home. The 1st floor master suite has a king bed, HDTV, en suite bath and access to the screened porch. The en suite bath has a double sink, granite topped vanity, walk-in shower, and Jacuzzi tub. Head upstairs to the additional 3 bedrooms and den. At the top of the stairway is a den with a 40" HDTV and sofa that opens to a queen bed. This great retreat is perfect for the kids. The 2nd bedroom is very private and can be used as a separate master suite. It has a queen bed, HDTV, and access to a deck overlooking the golf course. The en suite bath has a large shower and soaking tub. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, crib, Smart TV, and access to a private covered deck. The 4th bedroom has a king bed and desk with doors leading to the back deck. The hall bath has a shower and tub and single vanity.
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
This property includes access to Club amenities. An Amenity Card Pre-order form will be emailed when final payment for your reservation is made. This form is to be submitted to the Amenity Office a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of arrival to avoid a late fee (information will not be accepted over the phone due to the volume of requests received). For last minute reservations, the pre-order form must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours in advance to ensure adequate processing time. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
This home has many extras including a charcoal grill, large garage with a ping pong table. If you are traveling with your dog to this (1) dog friendly home (25 lb. limit), an additional pet fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Great location and house
This was a great house for our family, open floor plan with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Location was nice, quiet street but not too far from the pool and beach.

Family vacation
Our family vacation was wonderful. We loved the house and loved Seabrook. Nancy was very easy to communicate with and was extremely accommodating! We look forward to staying there again next year!

Beautiful home and setting! Enjoyed the view of wildlife and golfers from Carolina room with coffee every morning. Distance to beach/ pool area was a little disappointing as we had to drive. The house could use some TLC…. China chipped, some pots & pans I would not use, throw rugs worn, washing machine stained with mold & toilet seat also stained. Bedding & pillows average. Other than those few suggestions for updates, great home & week in Seabrook!

This place was very nice and had plenty of space for our friends and family. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with a short ride to the beach. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table. We really enjoyed the screen in area off the living area and watching the sunrise.

Great place
Great house and layout. Will truly fit 6-8 ppl. comfortably. All bedrooms are large. Second master upstairs with separate door dividing bathroom and bedroom, for privacy. Loft upstairs provides second tv/hangout area. Quiet street which is good for the summer’s busy season. It’s on a cul de sac, so kids can play in the yard or close by, without dodging cars. Only complaints are the back screened porch was not cleaned of debris/spiders and the tv in the family room doesn’t have great internet coverage. When watching HULU or Netflix, the screen “skips” a lot and drops the signal. This home is a better option than our past visits on the island and is an overall great place to stay!

Perfect Week At Seabrook!
This property was perfect for our group of 8, one 2 years/old and the rest adults. Plenty of room for all to stretch out, or all be together. The views out back of the golf course were lovely. Also loved the proximity to the beach/pool area, and the waking trails close by. So many things we didn't get to do this time but hope to return next year!

The property was nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed the bedrooms were a nice size. It would have been nice to have a few more chairs on the upper deck. We were close to the beach and pool area.

My family and pup had a great time at this fabulous property! I would highly recommend-super clean, close to the beach, and a perfect layout for multiple families to enjoy. The property managers were super helpful with questions. Book today for a relaxing getaway you and your family won’t forget :)

Great overall
We loved our visit! The location of the house was as stated in the description. My kids loved being near the alligator pond. We were glad we had bikes. Overall the house was very clean. On our first morning in the house we noticed the coffee pot was missing a part. The rental company delivered a new coffee pot that day. We were impressed. We will return to Seabrook again and hopefully this house. One improvement could be with the kitchen supplies. We like to cook and felt the house could use a newer set of larger pots and pans and large bowls for serving family dinners. One clarification with the amenity card would of been helpful. We thought the amenity card would include free access to the lake house health club. We learned we had to pay an additional fee per day if we wanted to use the health club. This was a bit disappointing because we like to exercise daily. We ran and walked around the island instead. The amenity card does grant you access to the pools.

Practically Perfect In Every Way!!
My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful property. It was extremely spacious and very clean and fresh. This home is updated and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware and everything we needed for large family meals.The location is excellent - a quiet street just a short bike ride to the beach or pool. I would highly recommend it and hope to return some day!
