About this villa rental
Treat yourself to the perfect vacation! A private, spacious villa inside a private community that has 3 miles of private beach, an 11 mile lagoon perfect for kayaking and plenty of pools.
Many guests tell us our villa is the best place they have ever stayed on any vacation. Really.
It's a renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bath garden villa, all on Ground Level (no units above or below) with a beautiful, private back patio including Live Oaks and Palmetto trees. Take a 7-10 minute walk to the Private Beach or hang out at one of the 5 Pools. Enjoy the open kitchen (fully stocked, and then some) and the huge, vaulted family room.
Favorites things are riding the bike to Kroger's for any last-minute forgotten items.
You will be amazed with the level of comfort in this spacious, 1,500 SF villa. (Careful, many Queen's Grant 2 bedrooms are much smaller with a second bath squeezed in later on). You're sure to appreciate the attention to detail so many guests have commented on. We are near-ocean, not ocean-front but also not just resort-oriented because we are so close to the beach. A seven minute walk from our front door and your feet are in the sand.
The General Store (most guests LOVE the proximity to this) is a minute's walk for newspaper, coffee, hot breakfast, hot lunch, forgotten items, ice cream, candy, souvenirs and some grocery items. Robert Trent Jones Golf Course is a three minute walk and the world-ranked Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center is a two minute walk. And of course the beach is really close too...a seven minute stroll.
This unit is situated perfectly for privacy with convenience as it is extremely close to many venues, yet it is private and secluded among the scenic live oak and palmetto trees.

FURNISHINGS:
From the minute you enter this all-one-level, private unit you'll feel at home with the warm and inviting colors and decorations, which are neutral and designed to reflect the natural colors on the beach. From the elegant master bedroom to the whimsical 'Lighthouse' card table, you'll realize you've made a great destination decision.
UNIT FEATURES:
This villa features vaulted and beamed ceiling over 20 feet high, ceramic tile and LVP floors with quality rugs, maple kitchen cabinetry with stainless appliances, and updated bathrooms with furniture vanities. This villa also has three sliding glass doors leading onto the back patio where you'll enjoy what the Lowcountry is famous for: plentiful palmettos and magnificent, sprawling, grand oak trees draped with spanish moss.
KITCHEN:
The furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features a full-size stainless refrigerator with an ice maker, oven with smooth top range, a built in microwave, and a dishwasher. We also have all the cookware, baking and serving dishes (complete set for 12 of over-sized earthenware) you'll need in addition to the plastics you'll want for beach and pool days. And we have a great assortment of glasses to meet all your drink-serving needs. More detailed info below.
DINING ROOM:
The dining room opens to the kitchen and family room and hosts a table that easily accommodates 8 adults with additional seating for four at the built-in bar. Come dinner time, you'll run out of guests or family members before you run out of seating! There's also a chic china cabinet that houses a set of champagne glasses and some antique white serving dishes you're welcome to enjoy.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room (600 sq. ft.) features a full size butter-leather sofa, loveseat, oversized chair and matching ottoman. The sturdy wooden coffee table is perfect for kicking up your feet or a resting place for your refreshments. Placed against the wall behind the sofa, there's a whimsical hand-painted 'lighthouse' card table with matching chairs and an additional loveseat that opens to make a child's bed.
Of course we have high speed internet. We also keep a few books handy for a rainy day...or a beach day. Two 8 ft. slider doors open onto the river-rock back patio and showcases the wooded-resort view of palmetto trees and massive oaks.
MASTER SUITE:
The master bedroom features a comfortable, plush king size bed with a Tempur-Pedic top and an ottoman bench at the foot. Soft colors with neutral tones are used to help create a pleasing ambiance for the end of the day. Another 8 ft. slider glass door leads to the patio and frames the canopy of trees and wildlife. A TV is mounted to the wall between two 7 ft. mirrored closet slider doors, and a full size dresser with mirror is on the adjacent wall. This spacious room also boasts an upholstered chair for additional comfort. The master suite has private access to the master bath.
We are handicap friendly, although not fully handicap accessible. Our 97 year old grandmother loved how easy it is to get in and move around the villa.

We loved the villa! It had everything we needed, I felt like I was at home. We used the Dune Buggy transport to the beach everyday, it was so easy. We were picked up and dropped off at the door. We will definitely stay at this villa again! The host is wonderful!

This villa was lovely -- so much space in the living area, beautiful kitchen, big dining table, and spacious bedrooms. Perfect for our stay with two teens for a family get together. Host was super helpful and gave us tips to help with our stay. Quiet area, well appointed. Would stay here again for sure.

You are within a 5 minute walk to the pickleball courts (don't worry, you can't hear them), and the beach is probably another 5 minutes. Loved that it was a large 2BR villa with plenty of space. And in a very quiet setting. We would do it again.

My boyfriend, my parents and my niece stayed at this property to celebrate my niece's birthday. The house was absolutely gorgeous and was by far the best place we have ever stayed. I wish I could just pick it up and take it to every vacation destination that I visit. haha There was so many extras included in the house which was wonderful. The owner was very responsive and so kind. The walk to the beach only took about 10 minutes which wasn't bad at all and there's a cart to pull things to the beach which was a nice surprise. If we decide to vacation in Hilton Head again, we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

It had been some time since we last stayed in Queens Grant (about 12 years) and we were not disappointed. It was truly a lovely unit - as we walked in, the unit was so spacious and clean! It was beautiful!
We were glad it was so close to the general store and tennis/pickleball courts. And it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

This was an excellent property, well cared for and could not have been in a better location. Bikes, brand new beach chairs, well appointed kitchen are just a few reasons we hope to stay here again. Location to Pickleball courts, the beach, the resort bike trails and Alexanders restaurant as well as across the highway to restaurants and concert we fantastic. The owner is very responsive and helpful, I hope we can book again.

I chose this place for its location and it did not disappoint. Close to everything! We walked to Pickleball and tennis. Went to the General Store every morning. Close to the beach and The Dunes House. Very quiet and well stocked - we had everything we needed for a great family vacation and more. I wish we could have stayed longer.

This villa was not only exactly as advertised, but better! It had everything we could possibly need, and anything we may have forgotten. The entire place was very clean, the beds were super comfy. The walk to the beach was easy (10 minutes, mostly shaded) with two grade school age children.Two Bikes and cart were provided along with 3 beach chairs, and sand toys. A Keurig coffee pot and a regular coffee pot were available, a crockpot, blender, and every type of utensil and cooking dish you could imagine. Plenty of living room seating and dining space. Telie was very responsive to all questions. The air conditioner had a little bit of a hard time keeping up in the heat of the day, but did better in the evening. Overall a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful place to stay
I think this was the best vrbo we stayed at so far. This place was so clean, well decorated, and it had everything you need for a beach trip. I mean EVERYTHING. We took ours, but it had beach chairs/umbrella/towels, boogie boards, bikes, and oh the kitchen had everything we needed too. Telie was so prompt and kind. We really enjoyed our vacation and want to be back soon. Thank you Telie!!!

I just loved this condo. It was very spacious. Great location. Quiet area. Short walk to the beach, steps from pickleball / tennis courts. Owner was the best. Communicated so well. The owner really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and had a nice time. Highly recommend this condo.

Great mini vacation
We live in Charleston, SC and wanted to take a mini vacation not too far away from home and this location was perfect! The villa is spacious & very clean and very well located to everything! You can easily walk to general store & beach! Across the highway like 5 mins you are close to shopping & restaurants and grocery store - super convenient! The owner is super nice , helpful & responsive! We enjoyed the bikes! We would def go back and highly recommend ! 5 stars !

We had a terrific time staying in this beautiful, spacious, well equipped Villa. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and it was more than we expected. The Island is amazing, from the food, to the beach and weather were perfect and the proximity to everything was within walking distance. Family came from California and Florida to join us and they loved it as much as we did. We will definitely be back!
