About this villa rental

Oceanfront top floor unit that was completely remodeled in May of 2016. This is an end unit and very private. Watch the sunrise from your private balcony and living area. Also, the balcony and unit are shaded in the afternoon, so very comfortable sitting outside having evening cocktails. Mirrored wall in the living room makes you think the ocean is all around you. The sea breeze from the balcony is amazing and no need for a ceiling fan on the deck. Walking distance to the heart of Hilton Head, Coligny.

Stainless appliances, new sofa in June 2022, chair and table with chairs, deck pub table and chairs made out of decking material is just beautiful and perfect for looking out at the beach.

Place was small but everthing worked well. Place would be great for 2 adults or maybe 2 adults. And 1 or 2 small childen. We had 3 adults and it was a bit tight but fine. View from room was very nice of the ocean.

Enjoyed this property for its amazing location, loved walking to the beach for sunrise. Condo was clean, and very cute. It is pretty small and I'm not sure it would be comfortable for more than 2-3 people but it was a good size for us (me and my husband). Property manager was very easy to work with.

This unit was in an older complex. We chose it for the view which was nice. Some negatives was lack of A/C in bedroom which made sleeping very uncomfortable. There was also hardly any room on either side of the bed to safely walk to the bathroom during the night without bumping into the bed frame. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and leaked on the balconey so walking baefoot there was not an option. Lastly, smokers below us kind of ruied our enjoyment of the balcony. The complex really should prohibit this.

The location doesn't get any better. Stunning ocean views, and just a short walk to the ocean. The full moon over the ocean was an extra bonus. We saw bunnies, hawks, deer and an osprey while enjoying our morning cup of coffee on the balcony. Coligny is very close, we walked and biked there a few times during our stay. The unit was comfortable for 2 of us. We thought the bedroom was a little too warm for our liking, and the mattress wasn't great. But the rest of the unit was wonderful. Appreciated the Keurig machine and toaster! Looking forward to staying here again!

The views from this condo are absolutely amazing! We were able to watch the sunrise from our condo. The weather was mild and there was a nice gentle breeze that enabled us to enjoy the porch. The space is like described - very small but perfect for our quiet getaway.

We had a nice visit. The quarters are small but just the right size for my husband and me. I had prepped some meals, which was nice to bake as there is not much counter space- it would have been doable, but it was hard to do much cooking. As others have mentioned, the view from the balcony is incredible. It was like having the joys of the beach without getting hot or sandy.

You just cant beat the location of this top floor / corner unit. Sunsets were amazing.... and a easy walk to Coligny and all it offers. The unit is small but ok for 1 or 2 people.

Beautiful and clean. Nice comfortable furniture. Could use a little TLC. Knobs missing from some kitchen cabinets, drawers, and closet door. Towel holder over bathroom sink was hanging out of wall, could not be used, some touch up on paint needed. These are all small items and fixing them would make more user friendly and a much better impression etc. But overall, we loved this place and had a wonderful monthlong stay!

Unseasonably cold on Dec 19. We cut our visit short as we couldn’t enjoy the island! The villa was very clean and had great quality towels. It had every thing necessary for 2 people.

Loved the location of this little condo. It is very narrow but worked well for us. Best for 2 people as it is very tight in the living spaces. Near Coligny and right at the beach. Can't beat the view from the deck. Bring your own blankets as the bedding is light if you are coming in the colder months.

We’ve stayed on the island many times, but this location had the best view and most convenient location by far. I’m not sure how the crowds would be in this area in peak season though. The condo (while small and cozy) was clean, comfortable, and the balcony view cannot be beat. We were able to watch the sunrise and dolphin pods from the condo. But if we wanted to be directly on the beach, the beach access is right outside the door. We loved our stay. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

The beachfront view is perfect for waking up with a cup of coffee in the morning. Linens provided were sufficient. My daughter said couch fold out not too comfy. The kitchen supplies were adequate for the time we spent. We ate out most of the time. Location is easy to find and close to shopping.

We have stayed at Sea Side Villas many times and this unit is by far our favorite! When they say million dollar views they mean it. We have 4 kids so space was very limited but the benefits definitely outweigh the negatives. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need for a week away. Our favorite aspect of this condo is it is the perfect location. We can’t wait to come back!

We had 3 adults, and 3 teenagers and the space was very tight. People had to sit on the floor when we all were together socializing/eating. Limited cookware-no casserole dishes to bake in. A live baby roach was in the bathroom. A live large roach was in the living room. 2/3 bogie boards were broke. Refrigerator is very small. Knobs came off calumets/closets very easily. We weren’t given the code to access the pool so we had to get someone inside the pool area to let us in. Bedroom was extremely hot-used the fan in the closet but it just circulated hot air. We weren’t told anything about a laundromat being on our floor. I know this seems like a bad review but I think it’s mainly because of my group size. I think it should be a maximum of 4 people. And more detail should be given about the amenities.

Absolutely loved this place!! Already booked it again for next year! The only downside is that the bedroom has a lack of air flow and gets stuffy but they do provide some fans to help with that. It didn’t hinder our stay at all and we can wait to return! The view is STUNNING!

Unfortunately, my stay was less than 24 hours. However, my sister and I enjoyed our short escape. Not far from home, but yet we feel so far away when we stay on the beach. The room was very nice and suited our needs. I extremely enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the dunes onto the beach. The view was amazing, and the breeze was awesome. We even got to see the wild rabbits and deer around on the grounds. The moon was full that night so that view was even more amazing.
