About this apartment rental
Just 300 steps from the beach, Harbor Lane Court is a 4 unit resort, with 3 one bedroom, one bath apartments, and one two-bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Renovated in 2016, all units are ground floor and this little resort has lots of Old Florida charm, with the original 1962 terrazzo floors and cathedral ceilings. Look at our photos to see a site plan with all 4 units and their ID numbers and read their reviews. Apartment #4 (Harmony) has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 6 comfortably with our queen size Bellagio Hotel mattress & a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom & a twin on the top. It also has a low curb shower in both the master and 2nd bedroom baths. All units are full apartments and feature new stainless steel appliances: full-size refrigerator with ice maker, natural gas range, microwave, and dishwasher. They each have energy-efficient natural gas tankless water heaters.
All living and bedrooms have LED Flat Panel TV's. Living Room TV features a Google device that provides access to our FREE You Tube TV account for all live news, sports, movies and more, so you can be confident that you won’t miss a thing. Also, you can use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime TV, Hul and a lot of other streaming channels. All streaming uses a 500 mbps FREE WiFi which works throughout the property so you can stay connected. Living room also has a blue-ray player. All Bedrooms & living rooms feature LED flat-panel TVs with a powerful HD Direct ClearStream TV Antenna that receives channels from networks like ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CW, PBS, Univision, MeTV and 60+ more in full 1080 HD where available.
We have hotel-quality towels and linens, including pool/beach towels, and also have beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagons.
Our vacation rentals are located 2 short blocks from one of the most beautiful gulf beaches in the US and are within walking distance to food markets, pharmacies, and restaurants. The FREE trolley stop is just 1/2 a block away, & the trolley runs from the Anna Maria City Pier at the north end of the island to Coquina Beach at the south end. It runs every 20 minutes from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm. You really don't even need a car while on the island. The 4 units are Serenity (#1), Tranquility (#2), Sanctuary (#3) and Harmony (#4) and feature a heated swimming pool, courtyard, 3 gas grills, laundry room, & outdoor showers with hot water. The pool has a small children's area, & also a 28' swim lane.
This small but upscale resort has a relaxing tropical theme throughout, & just opened in late 2016. Everyone that has stayed here has absolutely loved it, just read our reviews! The owners are locals and will see to it that you have everything you need, and everything is owner maintained for quality assurance. We can’t say enough great things about Harbor Lane Court! The effort and attention to detail that Joan and Olga put into this place show in every way. The location is perfect and just a few steps to the beach. You feel like you’re completely secluded although you’re close to the beach access and Gulf Dr which is so nice. The items provided such as the beach chairs (nice ones at that!), beach wagons, umbrellas, towels make a world of difference. We have visited the island 4 times now and this location has by far been our favorite! We can’t wait to return!

We loved it! We booked for next year! Everything is beautiful from the lush landscaping to the cozy interior. It was wonderful for our youngest son (37) have his own bedroom and bathroom when he flew in to visit us. The laundry facilities were such a convenient thing to have and so tidy. We so enjoyed sitting by the beautiful pool. I made chicken, carrots and noodle soup by stewing my chicken thighs in your crockpot (so thoughtful to have) then bought a large vintage aluminum pot and lid to add my deboned chicken, carrots and noodles to cook. I left it with you because we drove a Volkswagen Bug down and it was just too big. It was great to be able to make pizza in the oven. My husband and I are low salt people so that worked out great. We forgot to write in your journal. So I’m happy to tell you how much I appreciated all the thoughtfulness you put into our stay. We are looking forward to next year!

From arrival into the pristine, tastefully decorated apartment to the little touches that made the stay effortless, our whole experience renting at Harbour Lane Court was absolutely lovely. The initial entrance with the sitting room / kitchen diner with loght and airy furnishings and decor and the bedrooms to thw left and right made us feel instantly relaxed. The beds were comfy, the Towels were soft, the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. Everything was organised. This was a definite arrive to hit the beach holiday. Wagons, comfy beach chairs, towels, beach and pool toys etc. It was all there. The heated pool was lit prettily in the eve and the outside seating areas were festooned with lights. There were lovely festive touches in and around the apartments. The position allowed for walking to the local Anna Maria Beach Cafe plus the local shops and a few steps to the free trolley bus stop to the North and South of the island. A perfect holiday for a family with children, teens or the elder family members. All apartments faced into each other for shared time but with privacy if you are in separate groups. We would definitely return if we were welcome and we hope to visit again as soon as we can return to Anna Maria Island. Thank you for our stay at Harbour Lane Court.

The property was fantastic! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were fantastic to have for our children. The amenities were wonderful! Heated pool, tables shaded with beautiful palms. Beach wagons were such a great touch! Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, pool noodles, beach ball. Kids had such a fun time! And adults too :). Joan was extremely communicative and receptive. We will definitely be back!

My family and I (myself, husband & 4 kids ages 7-14) stayed in the Harmony unit for 4 nights during October and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was immaculate and well-organized. The grounds were also very neat and well-maintained. We had all that we needed in the bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces to be comfortable. HUGE bonus were the beach supplies provided, including boogie boards, sand toys, noodles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a wagon to haul it all to the beach! The beach was a short 2 blocks away and was not crowded at all - calm and low-key, which we like. The *only* downside to the unit is that it is right on a decently busy road, which makes it sometimes tricky to cross when going to the beach and fairly loud when sitting outside on the patio. However, we still enjoyed spending time outside and most of the drivers would stop to allow us to cross the road with all our gear and 4 kids in tow. The pool was great too - we all enjoyed taking a dip after cleaning off in the outdoor showers after a day at the beach. The co-owner, Joan, was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family! Thanks for a great stay!

Delighted with this Condo.
The condo was clean, well equipped and the location was perfect. Loved all the touches that Joan and Olga had thought about, from tubs with dishwasher tablets to shower gel/ shampoo sets and the carts for the deck chairs for the beach. It is very clear that they take pride in the condos, gardens and pool area and we would love to come back and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Our condo at Harbor Lane Court was meticulous! Everything was perfect! The condo was so clean and Joan and Olga thought of everything from beach chairs and umbrellas to a full operational kitchen. They were both very accommodating and welcoming! The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants!!! Highly recommend Harbor Lane Court- Can’t wait to return very soon!

This place was so cute and so well maintained! It was absolutely perfect and was perfectly located to the beach! . They had everything you needed for a day at the beach and everything you needed for a hassle free stay. Joan was so nice and accommodating when we got into town super early and she let us use the beach chairs and beach access while our unit was still being cleaned. We appreciated that so much. This was one of THE best beach vacations we’ve had and we will definitely recommend This property to our friends when they visit Anna Maria.

Everything We Needed
We just got back from our stay on AMI and loved every minute of it. This rental has everything, from the needs like kitchen things and laundry access to the fun things like the pool, beach toys/chairs/umbrellas and most importantly close proximity to the beach! Paradise found!!
Harbor Court is a wonderful small group of condos that are beautifully kept whilst still maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. My family (2 adults and 2 boys 6 and 8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We found the owners - Joan and her partner - to be super friendly. Nothing was too much bother (not even to answer a silly question from me when I should’ve read a sign properly).
The location is perfect - 2 easy blocks away from the beach and on one of the main roads on the island. We really loved this place and would really love to come back one day!!

My sister and I were happy with the accommodations. Everything was very clean and neat and quiet.
The pool is too small for laps or playing for older children. More of a lounging pool. Warm and clean and would be great for small children.
The free trolley stop is nearby.
The street to cross to the beach is busy but the cross walk is at the end of the block. The wagon and all of the extras were handy for a day at the beach.

Great Beach Getaway
This property was perfect for my family (3 kids 9 and under) for a quick beach vacation. We liked that it had everything you needed to have a fun day at the beach (wagon, cooler, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc...) which is a very short walk across the street. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay
Our first visit to AMI and our condo exceeded our expectations. It was beyond clean and well stocked as was the common area and the pool. Joan was very accessible and the check in process was flawless. The location is perfect in the middle of the island and the beautiful beach was just a short stroll away.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the property. There wasn’t anything Joan and Olga hadn’t thought of! The property was immaculately kept and everything was so convenient. This property is in the middle of the island and in great proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store. Joan has thought of everything you could need to make your stay pleasant. The court yard is beautiful and feels very private even though you’re on a main road. We were so happy with our stay we can’t wait to go back next year!

Joan and Olga’s rental is top notch. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this one takes the cake. It was updated and clean. I mean really clean. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach- no need to buy anything. The pool was perfect, as was the courtyard. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice rental property, extremely clean and well kept. Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. We are real estate investors ourself and were very impressed. Joan has everything you need there and it looks like it was just remodeled yesterday. Close to the beach and centrally located to all the fun things to do on Anna Maria. We had a great time!
